John was very accommodating and the place very clean. Off street in separate world with a pond and animals. Close to midtown and everything I needed.

Cosy simple studio, fun surroundings, perfect for a solo traveller. Located in a quiet neighborhood, accessible but own transport recommended. Sorry not to spend much time there and meet you John!

John's place is a perfect place to spend the night or a few days in Phoenix. The urban farm area is wonderful. Spend at least a few minutes sitting outside toward sunset, if you can!

John is so cool! He has ducks!! Communication was great and John met me at the gate. The place is perfect for the solo-traveler and has a fridge and a microwave. Only thing--no WiFi! I definitely recommend John's place and if I had the opportunity, I would stay again.

Definitely would stay here. If you're on business it's like your own little secluded getaway yet still remains local to everything you need to access. This place would also be perfect for single budget travelers. You'll love hearing his animals! Very very cool stuff.

Not what I pictured. You get what you pay for, unfortunately. I'm not trying to be cool and leave a good review to not hurt anyone's feelings. This room was less than decent. The initial location is great but where the room is on the property was beyond strange. The shower needs a desperate remodel. Bring flip flops. This property is an "urban farm" slash "junkyard", heavy on the junkyard.

This place had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable, and I love that it had a separate entrance. I would highly recommend it!

Bret's place was lovely to stay at. Everything you needed was there. He even put some water bottles in the fridge and free coffee in morning which was a big plus for us.

Great place! It's small but definitely good for two people. Bret offers some toiletries which was very useful since we forgot body wash, and he also has a mini fridge of water for his guests. This was a very comfortable place and Bret is very accommodating.

Stayed at Bret's lovely casita this weekend on the way back to Texas. I have to say with complete honesty this is the best Air BnB I have stayed at on this trip. It was so luxurious and quiet it felt as if I was staying in a high end hotel. The room and bathroom are both spacious enough to fit two tired travelers comfortably with room to spare. There was also great privacy and security with two different locks. It was incredibly clean with fresh linens and fluffy towels available at arrival. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case someone forget. There was even a tiny hair dryer! The room also had a fan and cold air conditioning which is a major plus in Arizona. Finally, free coffee in the morning; so kind! Overall, this place seems like the best one we could find in the Phoenix area-- you will not be disappointed!

Bret is quick to reply to correspondence and accommodating to last minute changes. Although I wasn't able to stay here Bret seems like a very friendly and attentive host. I would book a stay here in the future

Bret's listing is only several minutes from Phoenix Airport. Great location as it's also close to South Mountain where there are plenty of hiking trails for amazing sunrise and sunset views. I can tell Bret put a lot of thought into his Casita. I really enjoyed the stay as everything was perfect. Comfortable bed linens & bath towels. There were many useful charging stations around the Casita. The large desk was perfect to do laptop work. Mini fridge was stocked with lots of water. Bret also includes a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, Ironing board and a pretty big flat screen TV. There is a ceiling fan and a super duty AC unit easily controlled by a Nest Wall Module. Wifi worked great & free street parking. Bret is also very responsive and made check in & out very simple with keyless entry. 5 star Airbnb!!

This place is amazing! It was super clean and has everything you would need for your stay; iron and ironing board, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, 2 ply toilet paper, super clean towels, smart TV, AC, etc etc! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and looked like a safe place to be. I was able to park on the sidewalk 10 feet away from the door my entire stay, woot! Bret was also the most responsive host I've ever had. If I'm in the area, I'd definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

The place was excellent and I LOVE IT. Derrick and Cindy is very cool and chill, the it feels like I am hanging out at a friends place! Cindy shared the same passion on 1980/90 cars with me and we had a lengthy conversation about it lol. I only stay for one night and definitely come back whenever I visit Phoenix. Thumbs up!

Our flight was delayed almost 2 hours so we arrived very late but they were so amazing, showed us right two our room, even brought us a bottle of wine and gave us advice on food options. The welcome diner down the street from them is spectacular and unique and just great. The room we had the art box I believe it was called was so awesome, it has its own AC and is decorated with all kinds of art. Our stay was very short but we'd gladly come back!

Cindi and Derrick were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we got out of the car. The Artbox was perfect for us; we were in town for the night for a concert and really just needed a place to crash. The space exceeded our expectations! The bed is comfortable, the A/C is as cool as advertised, and the space in general is bold and beautiful.

Really cool space! The room was clean and really cool. You do have a share a bathroom with others and the bathroom is located outside but it's actually really cool. You feel like your in a foreign country. Everything you need is there hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, nice towels, a waste paper basket and a bottle of wine. I would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough nice things about Kevin's property. From the very simple check-in process, to the close proximity to downtown, and how clean the home was, everything was excellent for our stay! Kevin was super responsive, and nothing but helpful with any questions we had. We really enjoyed having coffee on the back patio, which is perfectly secluded!

The place was perfect, just like in the photos, with everything you need! The small house but all at hand! Kevin and Dan mensajean you constantly to know how you, I really liked the place and would recommend!

This was our first time using Airbnb and Kevin made the process very easy. He was very communicative and the place was very comfortable and had plenty of great amenities. We would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area!

The owners are great! I told them up front, we are a touring band, hoping for a call back so we could get to know each other and relieve them of any possible worries. We ended up having a great conversation and both parties felt comfortable and confident. We were able to easily let ourselves in upon arrival. We were only able to sleep, get up and hit the road again, they have all the amenities one could want. The only draw back, if you need to sleep in, is the neighbor's yapping dogs. You'll need ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. This is a great price for a the area!

The house was tastefully decorated, had modern amenities and comfortable beds. Kevin and Dan checked up on us and the location was central to a lot of things. The accommodation was great.

We were visiting Pheonix AZ for a night and stayed at Kevin & Dan's place. This was by far one of the best Airbnbs we have been to. The location is fantastic, the home is very well done up and the entertainment system is a plus. The best part of the home was the bedrooms, very well done up and the beds are very comfortable. Kevin and Dan communicated with us effectively and promptly, they were even accommodating to a late check-out as we had a late flight. I highly recommend this place, and will come come back to it during our next Phoenix visit.

This place was everything Cody said it would be. Exactly as the pictures portrayed. Cody informed us of everything we needed to do for check in and check out so there were no questions. Everything we did was within 30 miles and easy access.

There is within a few minutes walk the most interesting park very large water way lots of grassy area. Keri informs you of some of the best eats in the area.

easy place to stay in if your stopping through Phoenix

Keri was very pleasant to book with! I had requested her place on such short notice, and Keri was very accommodating. Her house is just as described, and I was able to take an Uber from the airport to there just fine. I stayed for one night and was out in the morning, and since she wasn't going to be there when I arrived, she was very communicative with me with what to do upon my arrival, as well as gave me tips about the area (like the closest convenience store, since I'd forgotten my contact solution).

The location was as described and Keri was extremely welcoming/concerned about my stay. Neighborhood appeared safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Large, tastefully furnished studio in gentrifying neighborhood. Street itself is still a little rough around the edges, but nothing at all compared to other major American cities. Very quiet at night with off street parking available as well. Cool little property, vintage 4plex that also serves as an urban farm. Lots of stuff growing, chickens and ducks on property, pet friendly. Great value for the price too, especially during the busy season! Host is very friendly, nice and considerate. Would definitely stay here again.

Cindi was absolutely awesome. She was friendly, welcoming and informative although I arrived after midnight. Entering through the gate, I already felt a different vibe. The long brick walkway takes you to your flight. I could see airplanes softly light in the darkness. Its Cool. Weird. And Unusual. I imagined Elvis dressed in his pilot uniform, handing me a coconut with a tiny umbrella. (He did play a pilot in a few of his movies, thought i should tie those thoughts together..) Any who. Not only is the Airplane House a unique and creative idea, it's Functional Art that will benefit financially. Its a Win/Win. Great Job, Cindi and Derrick. A NOON check out time. Yes.

Great place. was very very clean despite being a room half buried in the ground! The shower is outside and is a fun experience. A very very good sleep, so cosy!

This was my favorite air bnb yet. Very cool. One small room under a plane with AC, Heater, Very comfortable bed, clean sheets/blanket. I loved the painting on the wall. Very well done & gave it a magical feeling. The restroom & kitchen area were clean. I loved the outdoor bathroom - taking a shower under the stars is nice. The big shower head was also night; the fact it lit up was extra cool lol. Would recommend to any couple or person on the move that wants a unique place to stay. I love to see small business owners working hard & creating cool things. This little "Airplane/Bus graveyard resort" is one of those things.

This little place is the perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfy bed, place to lock up your stuff, and a fun place to stay. The location is perfect, as you are right in the middle of some of the best action Phoenix has to offer. We stayed for 4 days here and had the best time. The price was unbeatable for what you get. Perfect.

My son and I enjoyed our stay. He particularly loved the airplanes and wanted lots of photos with them. The pass to the Science Center really put our stay over the top and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Super cool and interesting place in the perfect location for a downtown Phoenix gallery crawl and exploration. You can walk to Roosevelt, main library, Heard Museum and more. The property is very unique. A lot of fun. Interesting murals and art. Airplanes everywhere! Showering quasi-outdoors as the sun set was great. Still a work in progress though. Not enough lighting in the common space, bathroom didn't lock, airplane house window needs a curtain for privacy. A little outdoor seating would be fantastic. I had a great time, but it's definitely an adventure.

The Coronado suit was perfect for my short stay in Phoenix. Quite neighborhood, walking distance to downtown and museums. Nice homey feel that I appreciate when traveling.

The place is very cute and clean. The bed is really comfortabul and the towels are really soft. I like that I had my own door to the room and didn't have to bother others when returning. Very close to public transportation and restaurants.

This was a good value place to stay. Victor kept the place clean and tidy and offered guests to use the kitchen. The only downfall would be noise from the other renters. If they were talking loudly after 11 pm in the living room, it would go into the bedrooms. Also when renters have a late check-in and are banging doors and making other noises, it is unsettling if you want to have a quiet night. For some people, this wouldn't bother them, but I like to have it quiet after 11 pm. One couple came in at 1 am. This is why most Airbnb places have a time deadline for checking in. However, for these people traveling from afar, it was great for them to be able to check-in late.

The place is very easy to find, located conveniently close to airport/downtown. It can accommodate 1-2 people comfortably. It also has a private parking space. All other amenities were just as described.

Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The kitchen is updated and very nice with a great refrigerator for filling up water bottles with ice and water. Though we didn't take him up on the offer, he kept eggs and other items in supply for guests to use. If you don't have a car or transportation, he lays out a map and ways you can get around the city. Be mindful there may be another guest occupying the other room he hosts as you may then need to share a bathroom. The pillows were thin even when folded in half and also, it's slightly noisy when others close the door without being gentle. Overall, very nice house and place to stay.

Victor left very clear directions and contact info. We were looking for a quiet place near the airport and this was it! We arrived late and let ourselves in with the key from the lockbox. The house was clean and organized. We had an early flight and did not take advantage of the nice kitchen. We were happy that there was a close gas station to top off the tank before returning our rental car. We were a little worried about morning traffic but our trip to the airport from Victor's house was easy and quick.

It's a great cozy place and Victor is kind to offer anything from the kitchen, which is awesome! I struggled with the lock box but finally got it. It's a safe place to run and not far from downtown and the mountains.

My 6th stay with Victor and my second in this particular room. Clean, quiet, and checkin/checkout a breeze. Victory is one of the easiest and nicest hosts I've had to deal with.
