We stayed at Beth's place for one night for my boyfriends birthday, on arrival their were thoughtful touches of confetti and napkins saying happy birthday and even a card. The apartment was very clean and homely it felt like we had been there forever! Lovely area and lovely hosts, we plan to go back in the future probably in the summer for a few days as it was so nice this time.

Easy communication, thoughtful touches such as flowers, birthday confetti and biscuits to enjoy. Well stocked cupboards, ideal for self catering. Within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants and beach. Perhaps the best feature is the view. Endless hours could be lost gazing out to sea.

Rory is a lovely host! The cabin is attached to his house, a very modern ecological beauty, that has his own entrance and is connected to the main balcony showing you one of the best view in Cornwall! He made us feel at home, leaving us fresh local butter in the fridge and delivering local milk every two days in lovely little glass milk bottles. You could really taste the Cornish milk. In the house there were already coffee, tea and shortbread to start our lovely stay. The house is fully equipped with modern and new facilities and he has everything settled if you need to go around Cornwall, maps, books and himself advising you on nice spots where to go! The house has everything a couple should need for a lovely staying in Cornwall! I highly recommend Rory! Thank you!!

A fantastic Airbnb space. Really well thought through layout which is very practical and clean. The space is bigger than it looks in the photos. Rory is a great host. He was easy to communicate with before we arrived and had provided some nice personal touches to the space. There are sea views from the lounge down the side of the main house and we wrapped up warm to enjoy local Rattler Cyder on the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, beach and town. We visited Perranporth when it was stormy with sunny spells and still found plenty to do locally! A really lovely place to visit.

Amazing location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful space with everything you need for a get away. The shower is ten out of ten! Rory and Sarah both very welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

A very well equipped, elegantly designed comfortable modern flat. Immaculately presented with many additional features such, streaming TV (Netflix, iPlayer etc) Bluetooth speaker, an exceptional shower, high tech insulation & ventilation that keeps one cosy in winter. (we stayed in Feb 2020 during storm Dennis!) and pleasant in summer. Beautiful view from the shared balcony a short walk outside from the flat entrance door down the side of the house & up some stairs. We were sad to leave.

I can not fault Rory’s place, it’s beautiful, clean, open, and comfortable! Great value for price, and Rory was so lovely and helpful to us! Location was great too, with amazing views.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was really cool and clean, and the area was much better than we expected with plenty to do. The pub tips were brilliant and we enjoyed the food. When the storm hit we had an amazing night in with plenty of entertainment. We’ll definitely be back!

A lovely cottage with beautiful features inside and out! The place was lovely and clean and there were small things such as teabags, coffee and sugar provided which I was very grateful for as I forgot my own teabags. Highly recommend for people wanting to shut out the world and have a cosy, relaxing stay.

We had a lovely stay in this quaint cottage with our two young children. We stayed during the winter and it was very cosy and warm. We didn’t make use of the hot tub but hope to return soon without our children where we will. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. There is a local pub and corner shop but also a Morrison’s not too far away either. We would recommend this beautiful cottage for a little get away!

The house is so beautiful and perfect for a getaway. 2 mins walk to the nearby pub, little shop that sells the essentials across the road, hot tub, fully functioning kitchen.. the list goes on. Couldn’t recommend enough!

An extremely spacious property with lovely views of the countryside. Even for March, you can see how amazing this property would be for the summer with so much outside space. Jane was very helpful and friendly. It was relatively easy to get into Newquay town centre and conveniently located near Morrison’s. We all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the property and at Newquay

I was looking for a venue large enough to accommodate my family for Christmas and the Barn was perfect. It was very cosy, warm and inviting. The property is huge with plenty of space for the children to play and the adults to relax. The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking our Christmas dinner and seating sufficient for us all to be able to sit around the table and enjoy the food and company. The property is enclosed with large gates to the front which was perfect for us to let our three dogs out. There is a large back garden but we didn’t use it as with all the wet weather we’ve had we didn’t want the dogs to bring mud into the house. The property is very clean, beds were comfortable and to top it off there is a jacuzzi bath which was amazing! A thoroughly enjoyable stay, Jane is on hand for any queries but gives you total privacy and exclusive use of the Barn and parking areas for the duration of your stay.

Lovely place for family get together

Lovely, spacious house with a friendly host that gives you complete privacy. More than enough room for our group of 8, great lounge area for everyone to relax in and a big kitchen to get together in for meals. Jane sent us excellent directions and information beforehand and there's a folder with all the house info in when you arrive. Thank you for an excellent stay.

We had a great stay at Jane's place. It is ideally suited for large groups and has more than enough space. The distance too Newquay is also not too large though having cars is very advisable. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would definitelyrecommend the house to anyone who wants to visit Cornwall.

I think this may well be the best example of Air B&B we’ve experienced. We loved the studio from the moment we arrived. It may be small but it’s perfectly formed, the space is used very cleverly and it felt perfectly spacious for us - a couple and our baby. It was spotlessly clean and Melinda had clearly put lots of thought into making sure the space is well appointed with everything you might need, with quality furniture and fittings and some lovely extra touches too. The location is beautiful, quiet and within easy reach of many of Cornwall’s beautiful towns and beaches, it’s an ideal spot to explore from. Melinda was very welcoming from the first time we talked and she and her husband were very friendly in person. I hope we are able to return one day and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

What a fantastic and beautiful place to say. The studio was beautiful and the hosts were amazing. The studio is so nicely laid out, full of light, and clean. It also had just about anything you could ever want of need while staying somewhere other than your own home. The location is perfect as well and wonderfully quiet, with a lovely pub just a short walk away. Our hosts went above and beyond for our little one, and made sure his stay (as well as ours) was comfortable and fun.

The cottage is a very stylish, homey place to stay. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the attention to details (beers in the fridge, heated mattress pad, etc.). The kitchen is great, but we had problems with warming up a pizza as the smoke detector is right above and it started beeping every time we'd open the oven. Give my boyfriend quite a scare. So maybe eat out instead, there are some restaurants nearby! Highly recommend the place!

The is a lovely quaint space that is exactly as described. Ideal for single or a couple travelling. Right in the centre of Mount Hawke ideal spot to travel from and see the fabulous coastline.

Really nice get away for the weekend, good position for getting to good beaches down the coast. And short drive from st Agnes. The place is very cosy and the bed is very comfy!

Dan’s place was everything we wanted & more. We had such a fabulous few days- it rained a lot, but it was so lovely to sit snuggled by the fire & listen to the rain on the windows. We can’t wait to return in the new year!

We had the most amazing weekend! It was so lovely to have such a homely place stocked with lots of the essentials. The beds were comfy and the evenings by the log burner so cosy. Lots of attention to detail and great location for exploring north Cornwall, We would love to Return in the summer!

We were expecting a stunning place but Dan's cottage exceeded our expectations...the home is beautifully furnished with lots of thoughtful touches and probably the best amenities/utensils (I won't spoil all the fab surprises!). Beds are so comfy it was a struggle to get up but a thoughtful 11am checkout helps! Shop, pub and chippy 2 min walk and Crantock beach a 5 min drive. This cottage retained it's cosy old feeling (some low doors!) with a nice contemporary feel, perfect for families/groups. Only suggestion I'd make is - stay for longer than 2 nights, we were pretty sad driving home!

What a fantastic little find, the Lookout was absolutely fab. Super close to the beautiful beach - just a short walk from the property. Lovely touches having a stocked fridge and breakfast supplies. Definitely great value for money.

The lookout was such a beautiful space to stay in and Angela was the best host! She had left us with juice and snacks in the fridge, also the lookout has the comfiest bed ever which was exactly what we needed after a night down at the wateringhole!

The Lookout was a lovely little place to stay. Angela communicated with us really well and kept us informed of things happening in the area at the time of our stay. Everything was lovely, stylish and clean and the Lookout had everything you’d need for a stay from shampoos and bath towels to a range of cereals, fruits and yogurt for breakfast! Really fab place! Perfect base for the night easy walk to the town and beach . Lovely warm retreat to come back to after venturing out on a cold wet evening. Enjoyed waking up and knowing there was food readily available really felt relaxed before taking on the coastal paths! My only wish is that I had booked another night! The Lookout was a lovely place to stay. Angela made us feel at home even before our arrival. The accommodation was lovely and easy to walk to Perranporth and the beach. The breakfast was great with a nice selection of food and there was also a choice of dairy free milk and yoghurt. It was very clean and tidy and nothing was too much for the host. I’d definitely recommend Angela’s place for a great stay and base to explore Perranporth and the surrounding area. Thank you 😊

Great place to stay. Gordon was very helpful and responsive to our requests. For us and our 2 dogs it was the perfect place, central to travel throughout Cornwall to visit friends. The food left for breakfast was lovely and ice in the freezer for my gin was perfect. Would definitely recommend and we hope to visit again.

Great stay. Visited for a week during winter from the city and was a welcome break, we had sunny weather on our side which is always good. Friendly hosts and also very gay friendly. Our dog had a little accident there and Gordon and Jill were very understanding. Very homely with everything you need for a short stay. I've already recommended to a friend and would stay again .

We couldn't recommend this place enough. We had a great time during our November stay. The place remained lovely, warm and cosy and was a fantastic base. The place is equipped with everything you need including secure parking outside the property.

We had a wonderful stay here. Biz is a fab host, the room is super clean and has everything you could possibly want. Location is brilliant, our only worry was the parking, as we have a Land Rover, but we shouldn’t have worried, got in and out fine, don’t let that put you off! We can’t thank Biz enough and will definitely be back!

We had a lovely six nights in the Annex from the welcoming bottle of Prosecco to the home comforts of a Mira shower. Parking is a little tight, but the location is great so we did need to move the car again until we left. Thanks for being a great host.

When my brother inlaw found the apartment on AirBnB and it was in Perranporth we booked it straight away. It seemed almost too good to be true. There was no catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The Host friend was the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed as well as milk, tea, coffee and Prosecco. The apartment was just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern with a good shower.The outside seating area is south facing was excellent. The WiFi was fast and a good TV with a lot of dvd's if you needed them. We have Amazon fire stick and Netflix so it was home from home when we used the TV. Location is incredible. The parking was a little tight but gave us no problem. The door lock had been fixed and now works fine. We had a lovely holiday, one to remember.

Sue's caravan is extremely clean, cozy, well kitted out, reasonably priced and exceptionally well placed, on a small private caravan site, to explore the rest of beautiful Cornwall. Sue is a fantastic host, communicating promptly, welcoming us thoughtfully, and making sure we were well looked after and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend a stay in her caravan.

Beautiful Cottage, spent four nights here and there was not one single fault at all. The cottage was spotless, fresh milk for us in the fridge and box of sweets. Definitely would recommend, 2 min walk to the beach also, will definitely return!!!!

Fantastic location, amazing when you can be at the beach within 30 secs walk

We spent 10 days in Perranporth at Surfer's Cottage. The parking is a little bit tight if you have a big car but manageable. Lots of steps inside and out and the path down to the beach is steep so if you have mobility issues this isn't the place for you. However for us, mum and 2 boys, it was perfect. Lovely big kitchen which meant we could all sit together and cook dinner and chat about our day. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed. Lounge is cosy and comfy and bathroom clean and plenty of hot water. Bedrooms ideal and lots of storage. The location was what really made our trip. In just a few minutes you are on the beach or in the town. The surf school (Ticket to Ride) on the corner as you walk down is highly recommended, they taught both boys to surf and are so friendly and helpful. The welcome booklet provided is so helpful with lots of ideas of things to do and places to eat. We have fallen in love with Perranporth and hope to come back and stay in Surfer's Cottage again.

We had such a lovely stay at Surfers Cottage, it is like a home away from home, so comfortable and well equipped. Fantastic location, really close to the town centre and beach. Luchie and Paul were fab hosts. Can’t fault it at all, we would most definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be back again next year.

A perfect place to stay if you are using the beach, it really is a 5min walk. The cottage was spotless, comfortable and we loved the welcome pack. We had 1 issue when we arrived but this was dealt with as soon as we reported it. I will use the cottage again and would highly recommend it.

What a great find this was! Luchie was great at communication from the first message. The online brochure easy to use. Check in great. Welcome pack was really welcoming. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. The location is really good, very close to beach and all amenities. There are a lot of steps involved in this stay, both inside and outside the house and the beach is down a hill, but if you're able to walk /use stairs then it's great and soooo good to be so close to the beach and also to have your own car parking. We drove the equipment for the day down to the beach and then drove back up to the house to leave the car in the drive. Location is great. Highly recommended!

A clean and comfortable room in a small house. Shared bathroom next door. The house is in a quiet cul de sac close to pubs, restaurants, shops and the beach. Steve is a considerate and unobtrusive host and the whole experience was very pleasant.

Conveniently located close to the town centre and space for parking, the room is comfortable but quite small.

Fantastic clean room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent extra touches with the TV, Alexa and a Devon & Cornwall guidebook. Steven's listing is very near the centre of town which was perfect as we stayed for a gig at The Watering Hole. Steven was a wonderful host, responding to all questions promptly which was helpful when planning our trip. He also recommended places to eat in town and we enjoyed a delicious Thai meal from Piran Thai. We would definitely return as it was a lovely place to stay. Thank you very much, Calli & Adam

Great location, close to beach, shops, town, everything! Lovely clean en-suite room with everything that I needed - recommended!!

Very convenient as it is on the street corner of Perranporth Town centre. It is on a busy road out of the town but the double glazing means the traffic is barely noticeable. The bed is a combo of bed and sofa that is already pulled out when you arrive. I left it made up as a bed and it was comfortable to lay on and watch Sky TV which was a real Bonus! This is a great base for Newquay, St. Austell and the A30.

Cannot rate this accomadation highly enough. First time we have used any airbnb so we were a bit apprehensive. Needn't of worried the accomadation and location were perfect. Spotlessly clean, cosy with a modern decor and lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. A very short walk to the stunning beach and restaurants and shops. A perfect place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Jo and David's place was fantastic to stay for a couple of days! The location is fantastic right next to a supermarket car park or just 5 mins down the road. The high street is literally just round the corner so it is a fantastic place to stay for those who want to be centrally located in Perranporth. With an on-suite bathroom, big double bed and little kitchenette; the place is perfectly equipped and would definitely return to stay if I drop by Perranporth again! Thank you Jo & David!

Tamsyn,s home is very nice and has everything you need for a very pleasant stay, while we were there we had a power cut (only for half an hour )but we lit the log fire and candles ,which added an extra special experience as we all around the fire chatting. We loved staying here and had a great time, it was perfect for us, our baby & dog. Its a great size with lots of space in living room & upstairs bedroom, very comfortable & great location. The host Tamsyn was great, so helpful and she went out of her way to get us a high chair. We would definitely come back again.

Lovely house with everything you need for a comfortable stay right next to the stunning perranporth beach. Pet friendly, comfy beds, clean and stylish...Janes a fab host i highly recommend stones throw to anyone! In fact it was our second time staying there and we would do it again X

We stayed at Stones Throw with our two teenagers and our small dog. The location is perfect, literally a stone's throw from the beach and local shops. The house is well equipped and felt like a home from home. Jane was a great host, keeping us informed on availability and check in information.We would love to return in the summer.

Brilliant location, just a few minutes from the beach. The room was stylish and modern with such clever use of the space - particularly appreciated the coffee machine and kitchenette facilities! Whitney left very clear instructions for a quick and easy check-in and we had complete privacy for the whole stay. I really appreciated our dog being allowed to join us as well! Would love to come back the next time I visit Cornwall.

Awesome little find. Fun and quirky. Great TV, Xbox, and the sofa/bed is SOOO comfy! Washing facilities were beautifully clean. Enough equipment to enjoy snacks but not suitable for dinner. The room has it's own private entrance but is connected to the main house so it's not the most private place to stay, we screamed at a horror film and I'm sure the house heard it, whoops! In any event, was a lovely place to stay!

Whitney’s place was amazing. We travelled as a couple and found the apartment small but perfect for the 2 of us. We weren’t keen on the bunk bed so we chose to use the sofa bed downstairs and it was so comfy!! It had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The apartment is attached to the side of their house but I always felt that we were in private accommodation and that our privacy was respected. The accommodation is in a great location, 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach and shops however the walk up is a bit steep and not recommended for those with reduced mobility. Whitney did say there was a bus that went up and down the hill although we didn’t need to use it. Whitney and her husband were the perfect hosts, going above and beyond when we had some small technical issues with the shower that was fixed straight away. Their communication was super quick and helpful. We got engaged during our stay and the whole trio was just perfect. Thank you so much, next time we are in Perranporth this is where we’ll stay!

Lovely little cabin - perfect for my partner and I and our 5 year old to stay for the night. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet and close to family in the area. Will definitely be back !

Unfortunately I only stayed one night! I loved the way Alan and Jo welcomed me. It was really easy to find and the room was more than clean and the bed was so comfortable, I didn’t even want to get up. You can see Netflix and prime on the TV in the room, which is pretty cool. There was fresh and tasty bread and even more for breakfast. Better than any hotel!

Katie’s place is clean and spacious. There are lots of extra touches like blankets and additional heaters for cold days and she put out some cake and fresh flowers for our arrival which was lovely! We enjoyed being walking distance from Holywell Bay and would highly recommend a trip to Healey’s Cider Farm which is a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!

It was our second time we have stayed at The Pottery. This time it was with a new host, Katie. She is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The communication was fast. Katie lives in the house in front of The Pottery so she was on hand if/when we needed her. The location is superb, a quiet hamlet next to costal paths and beautiful beaches, lovely walks. But to not too far to drive to Perranporth or Newquay. There is a shop, a bakery, a pub and a fish & chip shop nearby. When the weather is warm there is the opportunity to buy freshly grown veg and eggs from houses nearby. The Pottery is compact but has everything that is needed to have a relaxing and cosy stay. The kitchen is well equipped. There are books, dvds and board games to play. Two tv's. There isn't any wifi but 4g works no problem and making calls on a mobile is possible with a good reception. The shower room is clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of space to put clothing and belongings. The out door space is great to sit in the sun. I would highly recommend a stay here. It is good value and in a beautiful part of Cornwall. We really enjoyed our stay x

Adore this lovely cottage and its beautiful location with beautiful walks across some of national trust best countryside. Fantastic welcome to a cottage with everything I could want. It could have been a summers day on Holywell Beach. The cottage was snug and warm during the winter chilly evenings. The cottage has been tastefully decorated since my last stay and was spotlessly clean. Can’t wait for my next visit.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Katie and her partner made us feel so welcome and gave us lots of good tips about things to do nearby. It was a gorgeous short walk to Hollywell the most beautiful beach and very close to the village with such a sweet bakery and great pub. The BNB itself was very clean and the had a well equipped kitchen as well as a great BBQ area. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come again!

This is a wonderful spot 10 mins walk from Perranporth beach- Yvonne is a fantastic host: very warm, welcoming & has some great tips to make days out just that bit more special. The Yvonne apartment is perfectly located midway between the city center and the cliffs. Yvonne is very attentive to detail and does everything possible to satisfy you. I highly recommend this address

Great hospitality from a lovely friendly couple. A nice cosy old cottage in great condition. The cooked breakfast was really good. The bedroom is well set up and has a comfy bed, and the private bathroom is only just down the hall. It’s a really easy walk down (and back up) the hill into Perranporth and the beach. We’d stay again.

We love everything about Yvonne and Cliff’s cottage. The beach is only a few minutes walk and the location is perfect for exploring key places in Cornwall. As hosts, they have exceeded our expectations and made sure we had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our three night stay at Yvonne's place. We had a private room and large bathroom, both beautifully decorated, in a stylish Cornish cottage. The cooked breakfast every morning was a definite plus! Yvonne and Cliff were lovely hosts and really made us feel at home. A great place to stay in Perranporth!

A old place full of natural character, lovely welcoming hospitable hosts, lovely rooms with tea/coffee making facilities and very comfortable beds, very central to shops. I have stayed twice and will stay again if in the area.

This was our first trip to Cornwall and we liked it very much! Beautiful view to the beach, Perranporth is not too crowded but still convenient with everything a tourist wants. Alan and Susan were amazing hosts. The b&b is at a beautiful location above Perranporth with an unbelievable view of the ocean waves coming into the beach. The beach is only about a 5-minute walk down the hill and Susan’s breakfasts were delicious. Alan was full of great tips on where to eat and what to do. Lovely relaxing weekend away from the city. Hope we can visit again!

This flat is lovely, everything you need is there should you need it and lots of lovely homely details made it just like home from home. Kim the hostess also left a welcoming gift for us and some treats for our dogs, we thought that was really kind.

Kim is the perfect host, leaving welcome gifts was a lovely touch. The studio is bigger than expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely fluffy towels, a comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen area. Great place to stay if you just need somewhere to lay your head. We were visiting for a wedding so just needed somewhere local. It was clean, and we were greated with scones and jam. There was basic kitchen accessories like a fridge and kettle and kitchen top top ring. But there are lots of local cafes and restaurants that were not too expensive. Great value for money x

The place is about as near to the beach without actually being a sandcastle, Edwards place is a self contained room with toilet, fridge, toaster, microwave, and he provided a choice of cereal, bread, butter, jam, coffee, and tea, so an ideal light breakfast. The area has many bars and restaurants.

Had a couple of days at the seaside with my daughter. Ed and Rachel were wonderful hosts and we would definitely recommend.

Michelle's cottage provided the perfect bolt hole for myself and my wife with everything considered, characterful and of the best quality. The bed and be linen were second to none and the quality of the kitchen equipment simply made me jealous. Michelle obviously cares about her guests as much as she obviously adores the cottage, with thoughtful touches and splashes of luxury and oodles of style. The stairs to the bedroom are very steep and you do need to use the rope hand rail but we soon got used to it and the extra care needed. The bathroom agin is uber stylish and the highest quality and the outdoor area, even though the weather didn't really lend itself to making full use of it, was charming. Mithian itself is lovely small hamlet with a decent country pub less than a minutes walk and St Agnes, just 2 miles away, is full of Cornish charm with easy access to the South West Coastal Path - just exceptional walking. Overall? And exceptional place to stay and well worthy of the accolades its reviews bestow.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful few days in Cornwall staying in this beautiful cottage. I couldn't recommend it more - wonderful relaxing break!

We had such a lovely time in a beautiful home and every detail was just so thought out. Really nice touches in terms of decorations and also a great use of such a small space too made our stay really comfortable. We had an awful weekend in terms of weather but the cottage was very cosy and we managed to spark up the fire and chilled out with Netflix on the smart tv which was a nice touch! Bed was super comfy and the robe and slippers again another nice touch! The host made us feel at home and was on hand at all times, making sure we had everything we needed. Garden was so pretty and quaint, would love to go back in summer when we could enjoy it! Will certainly be taking some of the ideas for design features back into my own home, and may even buy some knitting needles after being inspired by the ones in the cottage! Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

We loved the Cottage. Warm and cosy and so easy to spend time in. Michelle goes the extra mile with the little details. Special section for our pooch with treats and welcome furry toy was a special touch. This is one Airbnb host who goes the extra mile. The village is very picturesque and the local (Miners arms) is what you would imagine a pub should be.

Lovely home from home, perfect for us and the dog to stay. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfy and contained everything we needed and more. Having the enclosed garden was a massive help with the dog, even more of a bonus was how sunny it was so we could sit outside and enjoy the weather! The place has beautiful countryside views and is only a short stroll into Perranporth and great (dog friendly) pub is only 5 mins away. Perranporth is also a good location for getting out and visiting other areas of Cornwall. Other good points - Speedy and friendly communication with host, car parking and good directions/easy to find.

Me and my dog Tilly loves staying here. Access to a garden was great for Tilly and the flat was everything I needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

What a beautiful place. This was ideal for us and our dog to spend a week away. Everything has been thought of and the place was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy and the garden a lovely little sun trap to sit outside and enjoy some peace and quiet away from the main town.

This is an ideal location for accessing the coastal path and is within walking distance to Perranporth beach and village. We avoided the steep hill by using a public right away which although slightly overgrown in places, was ideal for walking the dog off lead and a safer route. The holiday home provides all you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, it was very clean and decorated to a high spec, the bed was extremely comfortable. The sole use of the enclosed garden was a godsend to allow the dog to wander around safely. Sabine is a very friendly and helpful host and offered us use of the beach hut, however we did not have time to use it. The home does have a hob and microwave but no stove, however I can recommend the Bolingey Inn for dinner, it is within a 5 minute walk and dog friendly. This is a great base for accessing all of the south of Cornwall and we highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, then look no further! Porch Cottage is cosy yet spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Suitable for young and old, I was blown away by it. Five star hospitality is matched with a great location, and comfortable beds and sofas make for real relaxation. I cannot rate my stay here highly enough.

Porth cottage is a beautiful place to stay. We didn’t make the most of the amenities but there’s enough to keep the family busy if you wanted a more restful day. Kids play area, swimming pool and hot tub all on site. The cottage is great and well presented. We are a family of 4 and it accommodated us easily, the rooms are large. There are 2 steps leading to/from the hallway, my 20 month old navigated these easily but it’s something to be aware of if you have a child just learning to walk or if you have a disability. The kitchen is well laid out and the appliances work great, everything is easy to operate. Overall a great place to stay, I would definitely like to visit again!
