It was a very pleasant experience, the house is fully equipped , very clean and it’s walking distance to the historic center . The owners are so kind , there was a delay on the bus so I arrived later than I’m supposed to and they were communicating with me and went to the station to pick me up and bring me to the house, they were very sweet and they made sure they have everything I needed :) I will definitely stay in their place the next time I visit

A wonderful studio within walking distance of centre of Perpignan, with magnificent view of Mount Canigou - especially at sunset. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and large, comfortable bed (not pullout) makes this studio a home from home. I stayed one month and enjoyed it immensely.

We have spent a relaxing weekend in a family residential area, very quiet. The apartment was ideal for 2 people but had room for 4 to spare. We loved the decoration and cleanliness, and the little garden that had a small BBQ and a table where we had lunch, breakfast and dinner. Ideal to relax! The location is perfect and within walking distance of the city center. You need a car to get around but it is ideal if you are looking for tranquility. We also loved the pool and the gardens in the area. It should be noted that the attention and friendliness of the host have been unbeatable !!

The room has a cute balcony, is nicely decorated and the breakfast was nice and healthy as well! The bathroom is private so that's another plus. Very nice little apartment below Matthieu. Very clean, the place has just been redone. Matthew was very responsive and available. We only stayed one night, but the apartment is very well located ten minutes walk from the city center, and you can park the car in a small courtyard.

Great accommodation, let's spend a few days to go to the bacares to visit the cite du noel and visit narbone, for the location of the ideal accommodation, Fatima was super friendly and very attentive, 100% recommended.

Welcome and availability of Fatima at the top. We had a pleasant stay and the apartment was ideally placed for what we had to do. To renew.

The accommodation is as it appears in the photos. The kitchen room is very spacious and comfortable however we have missed some more kitchen utensils or other utensils, for example there was only a pan or there were no tongs for cooking or mop. The bathroom is comfortable although sometimes you smell something because the cistern is something peculiar. The rooms are comfortable and warm. The area is curious because there are apartments between some industrial buildings but rest is assured as it is a quiet area. There is a supermarket nearby for a walk and Fatima and her friend who received us have been very kind and solicitous at all times. Sheets and towels are optional and have an additional cost

The building itself is a bit run down - but to me this only added to the charm, I'd not want it any other way. And the space is teeny-tiny - but so well appointed that it feels spacious, and nothing is wanted. The view, quiet and location make for a wonderful little sanctuary.

A fantastic, modern room - Alex has thought of everything you could need! The Murphy bed was comfortable and folded so there was plenty of space. Amazing views across the city and of the mountains. We loved seeing Perpignan from here and it was also close to the main square and river area.
