It is a centrally located mini apartment, close to the Universidad Veracruzana, the Government and Municipal Palace, two blocks from downtown. The famous Xalapa writer Sergio Galindo was born in this place. It is well lit, with good ventilation, no noise, inside the courtyard of an old house full of plants with chairs that invite you to read or meditate. It has a separate entrance. There is privacy and weekly cleaning and linen changes, and handmade soaps are provided.

On the property there are three cabins, if you want to book for more people. It is 4km from Coatepec on a dirt road. La RoRa is a country house located on the outskirts of the city of Xalapa. It is 20 minutes from downtown, it is all fenced with mesh and is safe. It has all the amenities: Internet, bathroom, 24-hour hot water, TV, stove, oven, coffee maker, children's games, a small cabin, etc. The property is 2000 meters long, has a lot of vegetation, is very safe, and is in a good location where the sunrises and sunsets are very beautiful.
