There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

A fantastic vacation home as part of a lovingly preserved property from the 18th century, in the middle of beautiful Dreiburgenland. Enjoy peace and relaxation in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, surrounded by green areas, forests and a lake. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing or biking and walking trails are right outside the front door. The wonderful Bavarian Forest with its national park, or the three-river city of Passau, the Ilztal and the Wild West Town of Pullman City are very close.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

(Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heated with a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's wagon can also be rented. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
