Superposition on the Alps, only 40 km to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 50 km to Munich or 100 km to Innsbruck, Kochel and Walchensee lakes can be reached in half an hour, Starnberger See and the Ostersee lakes are in the immediate vicinity!

Holiday apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is via the Isar promenade in 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping facilities such as bakery butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. Rooms are located on the 1st floor. Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly outside the front door. Your home is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sights. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was built in 2018. So everything's brand new, including your decor.

Not suitable for small children! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.
