Couldn’t really fault Manuel’s place. The room was as described, clean, bright, with a place to store clothing and a tv on the wall. Kitchen and bathroom were both super clean with lots of storage space and good facilities. Check in was incredibly easy and the instructions were clear. Couldn’t have a better location, 5 min walk into the heart of the city, 10 mins walk from the beach, 1 min walk from the airport bus drop off/pick up stance. Manuel replied to all my queries quickly and accurately, and even went the extra mile to provide an amenity that I didn’t bring (that isn’t normally provided). I would definitely stay here again wren back in Palma! 😊

We’ve only spent a night ar manuel’s apartment, but the experience was just great! Althrought we came a bit earlier than expected manuel’s quick response was simply amazing. The place it’s really tidy and clean and the location as well isn’t that bad quiet close to the city center and whit everything you need just all around the building. 5/5

Very very nice! I spent only one night at Gabriel's house, but I would have happily stayed even longer. Very nice and spotless room and bathroom equally. The bathroom is shared only with guests from the other room. In the room there is a small fridge and coffee and tea to be prepared in the room with a water heater ... Ten / fifteen minutes walk from the Plaza de España ...

Very good apartment. Very clean. Everything you need for an incredible stay. Javier is an amazing person. He had made us coffee, shampoo, shower gel, brush and toothpaste. Our flight was late at night and he provided the apartment as we needed it. The location is great. There are shops, restaurants and many nice places to stroll around. I recommend it and will definitely be back again.

Javier's stay at the accommodation is amazing. A super nice house, well located downtown and the airport.In addition the house has a lot of details as well explained in the description. But what would really highlight would be Javier's deal, to offer you the best at all times, from a guide with bars and places, he has recommendations to park in the center, help at all times that you need ... Answer everything and immediately , it is a wonder. I recommend it 100%. When I return to Palma, I will surely stay there again.

The apartment, amazing !!! It has everything, private terrace and parking. And in the apartment there is EVERYTHING you might need to find yourself at Home. As for the attention, amazing !! They give you all the information you may need and accompany you at all times. And all this, to a street of the promenade and next to Palma de Mallorca!

What a great gem! Balbina's place was amazing! The location of the flat is perfect, not too close or too far from the city centre, and the free bikes are a great addition. The flat itself felt like home straight away and had anything you needed for cooking and having lovely meals, even a BBQ! We rented a car and Balbina helped us with giving us guidance on where to park, although I have to say Palma, in general, is a nightmare with cars and we experienced crazy drivers and tricky parking but nevertheless it did not affect our week, we had the best time. Balbina also recommended some local fish restaurants which were incredible. Overall a great week, highly recommend for a young couple/friends.

We loved staying in the container house. Uniquely stylish, everything we needed and great location. Having 2 bikes with the property was a bonus. It’s only 5 mins by bike from the house on a proper cycle path to Palma old town (or 15 mins walk). We also cycled along promenade route to beaches and to Fundacio de Miró. Drivers are much more courteous to cyclists than UK! Thanks for letting us stay.

We had a wonderful time at Balbina’s Container House! It’s such a beautiful house and the outdoor area and pool really made it for us. The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk from the supermarket/shops/local bars, and a 15 minute walk into the city centre (or a 5 min bike ride). The house is really well equipped and we were very comfortable. Balbina is also an amazing host! She is so welcoming and friendly. She met us and showed us around, gave us some great local recommendations for restaurants and activities, and even helped us book a taxi and find a place to send postcards at the end of our holiday. We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Palma.

Miguel is good and hospitable host. His place has great location (very close to the historical center and port + there are a lot of cool bars and restaurants around). It's a really nice and cozy appartment. Also Miguel's dog is very cute and friendly.

Stay here! It is a perfect location. It's not a far walk from anything you'd want or need. The Ocean is a few minutes walk. Restaurants are on every corner, but also secluded. It's small and cute. The ceiling is low, so tall people beware. Shower doesn't stay hot forever, so don't take too long. Regardless, stay here. It's 100% worth it, and I'll prolly seek this location out again one day.

The apartment of Mercedes is very well equipped. She used the small space optimally and made a small stylish apartment out of it. The location is great. On foot you are in a few minutes in the city center and in the area are many small restaurants and cafes. The equipment was also good and we felt very well. It is also very easy to reach from the airport. The only thing that could be faulted is the rather stuffy air due to the small and small window. However, the air conditioning in the fans help against it. The toilet is separated by a glass wall, which did not bother us, but not for everyone. We really enjoyed the holiday in this apartment and would book it again.

Amazing location, slightly smaller then expected although for me and my friend it was perfectly fine! So easy to travel around the island by bus from this location and just a 2 minute walk from the cathedral.

A great location: barely 5 minutes to the old town and the bus stop almost on the doorstep. Very nice reception, despite the very late check-in (12:30 pm). Everything was very clean and very functional. Water in the room and coffee in the kitchen - what more do you need in Palma for good accommodation. We were out all day in wonderful weather.

it’s a great location minutes from city center and buses. We stayed at Darlens in january so it was a bit cold but they provided a lot of blankets. They are very friendly and helpful despite they do not speak english but that is not a big deal. Apartment is very clean and tidy at all times. Definitely recommend.

Darlene’s place is in a very good location, everything is within walking distance and her hospitality was next to none. Good value for money!

We had to book the room late at night less than a day before the arrival and Darlene replied in the morning and since we had an emergency she let us check in early in the morning. The house is really clean and big. The room was perfectly clean with big warm blanket and a very comfortable bed. Tiny details like tea and coffee were just a nice addition to already nice room. Very happy with our stay.

We had a great pleasure to live in Monzly apartment during our stay in Palma. It has perfect location, wonderful view from the window and includes all things we needed. It is clean, cosy and comfortable. We certainly recommend it!

Very good experience, the apartment was really clean, the kitchen set was good enough if you’re thinking about cooking something during your stay and more importantly the views and location of the apartment are stunning! It’s right in the middle of the touristic area and parking was easy o find just across the street. It can get a little warm during the morning and afternoon but that’s when you’re supposed to be out exploring so it shouldn’t be a problem. The management company was very responsive and prompt they made the whole experience very smooth and pleasant. Definitely would come back!

The property is in a bombastic location, in the evening it is a bit noisy from time to time. But this can be endured. The top location definitely makes up for it. Getting from the airport is also super easy. Bartolome is very helpful with questions and answers super quickly. I would book the apartment again and again for a trip to Palma.

Bartolome's place is accactly like it is on the pictures and how it is described. Perfect located, clean, everything you need is there. We had a great Trip to Palma and could visit everything perfectly because the place is really in the Center of Palma. Unfortunately in the morning the streets get cleaned by the city and because the flat is very clairaudient you wake up very early because of the noise. I book this apartment several times a year when I come to Palma because exceptional location right next to the main square of the old town, we do everything on foot, very close train station, bus to airport, the studio is very clean, great team , very pleasant, wonderful experience every time I absolutely recommend, the top !!!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s the best location, the noise others mentioned is not a bother at all, the windows and shutters drown most of it out. Anything else is just the sounds of Palma! The space is great, comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen. Bartolome was very responsive, accommodating, and the luggage storage was a huge plus. Love loved it!

The apartment is very well located, in the center of Palma. Bartholomew gave us all possible facilities to be able to enter the accommodation early and leave our luggage on the last day until the last minute. The apartment is super cuckoo, ideal for two people, and the bed super comfortable! In addition Bartholomew was always attentive to anything we might need. If we return to Palma we will return there!

A really sweet accommodation! For couples or solo travelers only to be recommended :) We arrived at midnight but that was not a problem for Miguel. All important things and the harbor are within walking distance. On my next trip to Palma, I'll definitely ask Miguel again :)

Good flat, exellent position in old town.

The flat is very well located and the communication with Carlos and his wife worked perfectly. We were alone in the accommodation which a luxury. The room was nice and the flat was equipped with everything you need. There were no towels, which I didn't know but we bought some small ones in a Chinese. In the kitchen there was some salt and oil as well as what was necessary for cooking.

We had a good time at Carlos' place, questions were answered immediately.

What you see is what you get! I got quick replies, the check-in and check-out was very flexible. The Wifi connection was very good, which is important, when you re traveling alone...... The apartment is next to a little square that has great place to hang out.

Chic and very well equipped apartment with pool, perfect for a short vacation! Good transport links (the bus to the center leaves from the front door) and shopping facilities opposite. Diego was very accommodating and hospitable. We felt very comfortable.

Diego's apartment is very well located a few minutes drive from the center of Palma, it is a small but cozy apartment with a lot of decorated style. The only downside I see is that noise comes at night and light, but for the rest everything is very good.

I had an extended stay and this place felt completely like home. I locked myself out on the first night and they were there within 10 minutes and were so lovely and kind. The apartment is beautiful, really open and airy. I loved the way the sliding doors opened and made you feel like you were outside. My other personal favorite was the amazing rain shower which is everything when you are traveling. Karina and Daniel to make it home and it really feels that way. My only comment was that I didn’t realize this wasn’t in the Palma city center but rather in Cala Major. If you have a car, it’s not a problem. I highly recommend this apartment and will come again if I’m back in Mallorca!

This apartment was amazing! So close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Check in was very seamless and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks! Karina and Daniel were amazing hosts and very quick to respond to our needs ! If I could give 10 stars I would!

This was a great apartment as we had the whole space to ourselves (unexpectedly !). It had everything we needed (towels, well stocked kitchen etc.) We were warm enough at night with thick blankets, though there was an extra heater if you need. The location was perfect - less than five minutes walk from the beach and easy to walk to any main attractions / restaurants / bars in the city. A 10 minute bus ride from the airport. The apartment was quite noisy at night - we thought probably the neighbours upstairs - but it wasn't too much of a problem, especially if you wear ear plugs ! Apart from this, a quiet street. Altogether, we had a really good experience with Xavi and Diana, and would return to stay again !

Prime location in the heart of Palma, very friendly and reliable hosts, simple yet very nice flat that has all you need situated in the first floor of a charming house. The neighborhood is quiet, the street postcard-like as such.

Extenuating circumstances got us off to a shaky start. However it was dealt with and I must say Diego’s charming appartment is authentic stylish and central. I would heartily recommend it to anyone ( who can climb stairs)

Everything was well arrange and clean way before I arrive. I know because I checked in three hours before as expected. I recommend her place as is very very close to the airport but also to reasonable walking distance from the city centre of Palma. Bea is such nice host. She offered to send to me a few things I forgot in th e room. I strongly recommend her and her wonderful place

Bea despite being on vacation the first day, she made us find Monica at the house to check in. She offered us water and presented our room, living room and separate bathroom. Bea proved to be very helpful (even to leave the bags in the house on the last day) and welcoming. Two cuddly black cats also hung around his apartment. The apartment is located in a good position, we moved every day on foot and with two buses we arrived at the airport easily.

I stayed at Bea's place for 1 night only and I really felt good there. The room is quite small, but it does have a little terrace. The place is clean and the check-in was super easy. Bea is also a very nice host.

Our stay at Bea’s was wonderful with the accommodation being as adversities, very clean, and in a great location for both our walks into town and drives out to other areas of Mallorca - I would highly recommend to travellers looking for basic accommodations to serve as a base during their time on the island. Parking can be hard to come by on the local streets later in the evening, so if you stay here and have rented a car it is best to find a parking spot before 5:30pm and then walk into Palma for the evenings!

The apartment is very well located. Santa Catalina is a nice area, with various bars and restaurants. The cathedral and old town are not far than 20 minutes by walking. The apartment is clean and comfortable for a short stay. For guests that are comfortable with shared bathroom, it would be perfect for longer stays as well. Perfect apartment for me, the best I've been to in Mallorca, mainly because of the location. The only negative things are the bed and you have to pick up the key in another direction completely destined with suitcases.

Cozy apartment with a fantastic view! My husband and I enjoyed staying at Grigory's place - we had a great time and our stay was comfortable. The apartment is very clean with a great view. We traveled in December and wanted a place to unwind, have a nice view, but was still in our budget. This apartment hit what we needed. We preferred to stay in the apartment vs adventure into the town. It was also easy to catch a bus into Palma. The area around the apartment is a bit worn down, but we didn't have plans on be outside a ton so this didn't bother us and is out of the control of our host anyway. We just wanted to hang out and watch Netflix. The communication was also great. I can assure you- this apartment does exist. I read a previous review about difficulty checking in so I was a bit nervous, but the check in process was so descriptive (complete with pictures) that we had no problems. Any question I asked was answered. I recommend.

Macarena is a wonderful host, kind and very welcoming. She was amazing at giving me directions and tips on attraction places to go. The room is cozy and very clean, as well as the bathroom, with a great breakfast. It's well located and easy to reach. I totally recommend this location.

I've had a great time at Macarena's. The apartment is 15/20 minutes from the center, walking. The place is clean and Macarena is a very kind person. She helped me find right places to explore and she helped with public transportation info as well. I reccomend this apartment if you're traveling on a budget but you still want to be in a nice private room

Excellent. The only detail is that there is no elevator and the bathroom is shared. For the all very good!

The apartment is great, it's new and beautiful. The location it's perfect, close to the city centre. It's cheap so I definitely recommend.

Excellent place close to the center of Palma

We had a wonderful week in the middle of the old town of Palma.

Great little apartment in the heart of the old town close to everything. Parking is almost impossible here. But everything is within walking distance anyway Any time!

The accommodation is in a great location. In the middle of the old town of Palma. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. We didn't use the kitchen but pots, pans etc. are available. The construction site next door in the description is currently still there and it looks as if it will take several months. The work started at 8 a.m. and lasted until around 6 p.m. but everything was still in order, you are actually only there to sleep anyway. The only extremely loud are the other guests who slam the doors in the stairwell, which is very noisy, or came home in the middle of the night and had a marriage! But the apartment can't do anything about that either! It was my second time in the accommodations in the house and I would book it a third time! Gracia's Mercedes!

Laura's place is in a perfect location. It's in the center of Palma's old town, close to the restaurants, main attractions, shopping streets, beach etc. Check in and out was very easy and all the communication was smooth. Laura's recommendations were appreciated a lot! The place itself is stylish, clean and comfortable, we had such a good sleep. As being used to airbnb's relaxed vibe, that place felt a bit like staying in a hotel with lots or rules and restrictions but overall we loved our stay and would be back!

Functional accommodation in a fantastic location!

The apartment is in a great location and well furnished. The construction work already described by some visitors in the neighboring house, we have also noticed. They did not bother us. Between 6 and 9 o'clock was quiet. We like to come back to this apartment.

I’m tempted to lie and say this place was awful so it’s always free when I visit but it was too great to say anything even remotely negative about it! It’s perfectly situated to go out bar hopping, to the markets, or to walk into downtown if you want to. It’s got an amazing view of the harbor for sitting and enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. It’s quiet and feels very safe and has everything I needed if I wanted to go shopping and cook my own meals. Communication was excellent; Tony was very accommodating and Lucia was incredibly helpful with anything I possibly needed at any time. I’m already planning my trip back to Mallorca and I will definitely be planning on staying here again! Thank you so much!

Really enjoyed Tony's place - brilliant location, especially if you use the bus from the airport - it's only a short walk to the apartment. Really handy for great bars and restaurants and not too far from the Old City and the Cathedral. Will definitely use again if we're back in Palma.

I recommend Michel's house. The room was clean and comfortable. Michel is really helpful and nice person. Check in was on time and she was really friendly. In the room was quietly. The House is in very good location, very close to shops, public transport and the most popular attractions. House is clean and has amazing Spanish climate. In the kitchen I can use basic home appliances. Moreover I had good price for accomodation. Thank you Michel for your hospitality.

This place at Michel ‘ s was very nice, basic room but the location was just great ! All beautifull places on walking distance ! , not suitable for older people , steep stairs , good shower , neighbourhood with several nice bars and restaurants ! And short walking distance to the see/ port . We enjoyed it really , the 3 nights we spend at Michel ‘ s house .

We had a nice stay at Michel's place. If you are looking at a nice place to sleep in a great neighborhood then this is it! The location is fantastic and Michel was accommodating. The room is too small to hang out in, but that didn't bother us as we spent most of our time exploring.

I stayed for two nights in this apartment and everything was great. The owner is very nice and the room was exactly like in the discription. I can recommend it!

This is the second time we have stayed at Carlos's apartment and I maintain my opinion: clean, quiet and very welcoming. The room is spacious and very nice. We will return.

We never met our host, but sure if he even lives there, but the place was nice and clean and right in the center, so we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Perfect for discovering Old Town. My travelling companion loved the authentic style and I thought this room was a great size. One of the bigger places I have stayed at.

Great central location , simple style, all you need to explore Palma

Nice apartment, with large rooms. Very roomy. The apartment is placed very centrally, with only a few minutes(5 maximum) to both the harbour, in one direction, and the large shopping street in the other direction. There are many interesting and good, + affordable restaurants nearby. Will especially recommend the cafe dedicated to Frida Kahlo, which is located at the Place de la Drassana.

Very clean, nice host. The bus stop is not near from the house, so it’s not easy to access from the airport. But there is a taxi. The house is near to IKEA, and supermarket, so very comfortable. I recommend here!

Clean accommodation, easy to reach by bus and just a few minutes from the stop. Going out late is not a problem either, because no matter when the door is opened. Very nice people. However, there was no heating, which made it a bit cold. Otherwise everything was great. We were also allowed to come in before check-in and refresh ourselves briefly.

The apartment is located in the center of Palma city and has everything you basically need to spend your short stay, especially a fan in case of warm weather in the night. There are all the utensils you need to use for cooking in the kitchen and also free space in the living room to sit either on the couch or dining table. Although she cannot probably speak English well, we have no problem at all to communicate with body language. Darlene is really kind and easy-going person. Lastly, I highly recommend this place to stay and you will like it ;)

Tim's place has an excellent for visiting Palma de Mallorca and the vicinity. The apartment was clean, well equipped with some maps and tips where to eat and to shop. The access to a rooftop terrace is a plus where you have extended views to the city and the cathedral. The communication with Tim was very smooth and prompt. Overall a great place to stay.

Tim's apartment is very nice and cared for down to the last detail. The location is great because it is in the center of Majorca and 15 minutes drive from the airport. I recommend everyone to stay!

One of the best places in Palma to stay. The view and proximity to the church can not be rivaled. Our host was extremely accommodating and friendly. If we were to visit again this apartment would be our go to.
