It is situated at Cala Llamp, just 2 km. from Port Andraxt, it is one of the few houses in Mallorca with direct access to the sea, you can enjoy the view from 3 different terraces and the large one is over 70 sqm with sunbeds, sofas, hammock and 2 places for lunch or dinner. The apartment has wifi and satellite TV and there is air conditioning and heating in every space

The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.
