I just spent my first week in Oshkosh with Tim and Wrigley. It couldn't have been better, it was clean, quiet and met my needs on all counts. I'm going back for my 2nd of at least 3 weeks.

Ten out of ten! All is true what is said. Tim welcomed me. And was a terrific and xharming host. Room was neat and clean. Well equipped. Bathroom was right on hand. Priced right. Located perfectly.

Tim was a great host. The house was very nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood, and the bed and room were very comfortable and cozy. The dog, Wrigley, was very sweet. We were hardly ever in the room/house except to sleep during our two night stay and to take a mid-day nap, but Tim was very accommodating for us. We didn't need anything special, but if we had, I am sure Tim would've gotten it for us. He was very quiet and didn't disturb us at all, but if we wanted to hang out, Tim seemed like a very friendly and interesting person to talk to. Oshkosh was a wonderful town with great food and friendly people!

Tim's house was great, and very quiet. Just what I needed for a quick two night visit to the area. The check-in process was a breeze, and the dog is adorable! I would definitely return if in the area.

Tim was a great host. His house is clean, quiet and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. His dog, Wrigley is such a sweet girl and makes the stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is peaceful and has grocery stores near by. It is right off of the highway to make day trips to door county and Green Bay Area very easy and convenient... Barely saw Tim in passing but was always pleasant exchanges.

If you need a nice clean quiet place, Tims place works out quite well.

Wonderful neighborhood...definitely a friendly community that is quite safe. Tim made sure that we had keys and his schedules. Loved Wrigley (his dog) and will miss her! Overall a fantastic experience for our first Air BNB.

I stayed with Tim for an extended stay while waiting for my apartment sublease to open up. Tim was very accommodating, and it was exactly the kind of place I needed during my stay. His dog was also very friendly, and I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a place to stay in Oshkosh.

Jef supplied additional items upon request including a coffee maker. The listing suited our needs well.

We had a wonderful stay in Oshkosh. Plenty of space in the home and very comfortable beds! Enjoyed the close proximity to downtown, shopping and Menominee park. All of our needs were promptly addressed by the house manager.

Oshkosh Cozy Home provided us with a great location for our two days in Oshkosh. The location was perfect for our County Fair experience. The home is roomy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the back yard fire pit and chairs. A nice way to unwind after our flight.

We enjoyed our stay at Jef's house in Oshkosh. The location was perfect - a few miles from the university and a short walk to downtown. The house had everything we needed and Jef was easy to reach if we had questions. (Great internet!) We've already booked the house for our next stay in Oshkosh.

The house was welcome and spacious. Jef provided everything we needed. It was warm for May in Oshkosh and AC would have been nice, but Oshkosh doesn't typically have long periods of warm weather. There were a few items that took some time to find due to limited space in a few areas. The home is convenient to anywhere in the Fox River Valley. The laundry facility in the basement allowed us to return home with minimal laundry. The items we didn't like are things that can't be changed, like the steep narrow steps to the upstairs and only one bath. The fire pit in the garage worked well. The driveway is narrow, but you can turn around in the back. Being able to use the garage was a real plus! The WIFI worked perfectly once we logged in. There are really 2 separate areas that can be used for entertaining as well as the spacious porch and back yard. The key pad works as long as you pull on the door as you enter the code.

Great instructions for your sweet home! A perfect location - we had a nice jog to the Lake and back. And all the amenities we could want. A nice jumping off point for our trip to a Green Bay Packers game. Thanks again!

B's fully fully furnished 1 bedroom was perfect for my extended work stay in the Fox Cities. I found the location perfect. I particularly enjoyed morning walks along the river following a general route B described when I arrived. The apartment itself is fantastic with wonderful decorating touches that you simply don't expect in an older building, including art on the walls, a well appointed kitchen, and abundant closet space, and an up to date, clean bathroom. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting, touring or working in the Fox Cities.

Small apartment on second floor of building. Cozy. Barbara was wonderful hostess. Great location within walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Close to major arteries in town also.

This was my first Airbnb experience, and I'll be surprised if the next one can match it. I've never felt more welcome at a family member's house! Thanks Lorrie!!!

Three of us rented Jeffrey's lake home for 7 nights. We loved it! The location was fantastic, across the street from a public park and about 100 feet from lake Fon Du Lac. There were wonderful sunrises coming out of the lake! We will definitely return again next year. The down side was the railroad track nearby. We got used to it and is hardly bothered us. The upside was that the house is two blocks from one of the most famous traditional drive-in diners in the country -- Andy & Ed's -- complete with roller skating waitresses! This area is like a Norman Rockwell painting. Loved it.

Jeff was so pleasant to deal with prior to our arrival. Who replied promptly to any questions or concerns we had. Our main travel to Osh was for the EAA, and couldn't have asked for a better condo, or its location. It was so convenient for us. Jeff's home was so clean and well looked after! There were even supplies of toiletries and amenities for our needs, including a little gift of local Wisconsin Chocolates! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant Jeff... We look forward to our return next year.

Jeffrey was very friendly, accommodating and flexible which made our stay great. He was also very responsive while planning our stay at his condo. Convenient location.

everything was fine, Even though the host was in Florida, phone calls were immediately returned....

The little box of Oaks chocolates waiting for us on the kitchen table was a real treat. We love the Oaks chocolate store in Oshkosh so that was just perfect. Everything in the condo was as described and clean. The little toiletries were a plus. The condo is across the street from a nice public park and definitely within walking distance of Ardy and Ed's, home of wonderful milkshakes and roller skating wait staff. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer and the ping pong table was also a hit. The neighbors and the street are very quiet. Making arrangements to pick up the key was easy.

Smooth, accurate and attention to details. The hosts were flexible and the home was located in a ideal place. Walking distance to the lake , a fantastic park and shops nearby. Would highly recommend .

The place was great. The house is well appointed. The front porch is a great place to chill out in the evenings. Town, including some great food, is just a short walk. The neighborhood was welcoming. It felt like home.

i felt welcomed and was told to use the kitchen as if i lived there. i was gone most of the day but i felt comfortable there.
