We stayed at Rosemary House for just one night, but I kinda wish we could have stayed longer! The space was cute and comfortable, and our hosts were very helpful and responsive. It was so nice to relax there after a long day at Disney.

The house is beautiful. Michelle was very helpful with any questions. We happened to be very familiar with the area, but Michelle was able to answer any questions we had. Otherwise, we had a beautiful, quiet time in the home. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Rosemary House is a lovely place to stay. The home is so cozy and beautifully decorated with bright and airy tones. Michelle is a great host and communicated well prior to arrival and through the duration of our stay.

Michelle's place delivered as promised. It was spotless and well-kept. The 1901 home retains its original character but has been modernized. The bathroom has been updated recently. The room was cozy and bed comfortable. Michelle was friendly and helpful and check-in was easy.

The room at Michelle's house was great. It was quite and private and separate enough from the rest of the house. The location is great - just a few blocks walk from the circle and downtown Orange. Super convenient for Chapman. Would certainly stay again.

Perfect for a one night stay! Host is absolutely amazing...let us arrive before the room was ready so we could leave our luggage. Offered so many tips on places to go and ways to get around. They also let us hang out until we left for our cruise. Our kids didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be back to play in the pool this summer 😊

Great location! Close to the places I needed to get to. This place is close to the beach, shops and the Colorado lagoon. A fun place for the kiddies. My son grew up playing there and brought home things that I wish he hadn’t :) There’s a Dunkin’ Donuts located on the same Street for breakfast .The house manual was very helpful for getting in and out of the property; and knowing where everything was at. Thank you for the stay!

It was very comfortable. If anything is consulted, we will reply immediately. There was enough towels and the air volume of the dryer was strong and easy to use. I went to winter and it was cold at night, but there is a heater in the room so I can stay warm at night. We don't have a lot of interaction with the host, but it's always friendly, friendly and reasonably close. My dog is very healthy and cute.

Clean room, comfortable beds. Having a nice place to stay during trips is everything to me. Not only was having a private bathroom extremely pleasant but I also loved the extra touches such as the mini fridge which made it super convenient and easy to store food for the few days I was visiting.

The apartment is cute and although small, it's exactly what we needed. Check in was easy and the beds were very comfortable. If you're using this for a trip to Disney however, be prepared to have to Uber or take the city bus.

Beautiful space, great hospitality, convenient location minutes from John Wayne Airport and just up the road from Newport Beach. My only regret was that I couldn't spend more time there.

This private beach house was super cute and cozy. It was not that far from Disney Land and the Anaheim Convention Center (about 15- 30 minutes if you don’t mind the drive). It was also within a 10-15 minute drive to the beautiful Newport Beach area. The host was very courteous and responded to my text messages. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and I would also come back again.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed . The location, the space, little touches like having a google assistant and a great blue tooth speaker, brilliant. The decor was tasteful and elegant. Not gaudy or overstated. Highly recommend treating yourself to this spot when in Costa Mesa or Irvine. Book with complete confidence! Thank you so much Mark. Stay was great, Eliza was very attentive and quick to respond. Location is second to none, surrounded by great food and shopping. She frequently checks in with you to see if you need anything. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking about staying in the area.

Great experience. I would stay here again. You’ll be surprised how nice and clean it is inside. Also has a nice little patio in the sun. Walk over to Panarea Bread for breakfast it’s a 5 min walk.

Elizangela is an excellent host and the location is perfect. She has an amazing list of recommendations that were all superb and made sure we had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were immaculate and the tones are warm and comfortable. It is definitely a home away from home. I do not typically give 5 star ratings, but Elizangela deserves it!

Vicki’s place is perfectly clean, safe, private, quiet, and very pretty. She has really thought carefully about how to make guests comfortable. I particularly appreciated the excellent lighting. The neighborhood is great, lots of good food nearby.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was so great! Vicki and Cecil were warm & friendly to me and the location is very close to everywhere I needed to be. Parking on the street was easy and it’s a very nice neighborhood. I stayed in the queen room which is very comfortable and cozy. I found the room and property to be immaculate and well-appointed. I appreciate how Vicki stays on top of everything and is quick to respond to questions or needs. Sharing a bathroom was no problem because I think all guests are vetted and follow the house rules that are clear and posted conspicuously. It was a very cozy Airbnb. The bed is incredibly comfy and everything about the decoration is inviting. Amenities were what we need and it's located in a very centralized location, close to everything. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend staying at Vicki’s house. It has a perfect queen size bed (best bed we have slept in ever). You have loads of privacy. You have your own front door to the room which is really nice. It is also very central do loads of dining facilities and shops. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect after a long trip. So stay here and you wont regret it!

This is my second time staying with Douglas and Chris and it was just as lovely as the first! The bnb is always sparkling clean and the bed is very comfy. You really can’t beat the location - especially for the price! It’s a quick 15 minute drive to Disney when the traffic is slower, and an Uber from their place to Disney was only $12 for me! Great place to stay and super close to everything you would ever want/need in Orange County. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. We appreciated the complimentary Keurig cups and their guide for the neighborhood. Street parking is easily accessible and abundant. 5/5 would stay again!

Julia’s place is a total gem in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Even though she may not be there, she responds right away with helpful information and is obvious she takes pride in her abode. You have your own private wing and private bathroom and everything was clean and ready. She even has a car garage available, since street parking is ample. Thanks, Julia!

The perfect spot to crash after a long day at Disney! When doing a solo trip I didn't want to spend money on a hotel room. Lisa's place was such a great price for what I needed. She was very commutative before my arrival to provide all the information for my stay. Also gave great info on getting to the airport the next morning.

Lisa was an exceptional hostess and her place was exactly (or better than!) advertised. She was communicative and very accommodating of my rather late arrival time. Everything was clean and nice, and the mini fridge was a great touch. I'm a bit shy so I didn't interact too much but Lisa and her partner were very welcoming and also respectful of my space. In the morning Lisa even gave me a ride to a cool thrift store nearby. 10/10 thanks again!

It's a wonderful place. Lisa's house is very cozy. The neighbors are quiet and her cats are all lovely. The bathroom is in front of the private hall and it's very clean. The towel is clean and the color is lovely. There's a drink she prepared for me. The tangerines in the yard are really juicy. Her husband was kind enough to let me eat tangerines freely. They are good at keeping personal privacy and are quick to respond. I want to tell everyone who's hesitating that there's no need to worry.

My boyfriend and I stayed here so we could have an easier trip to Disneyland. Lisa, her husband, and their pets are very polite. You will have an excellent stay here!

Fabulous host in a great place. Must stay here when visiting Disney!! Lisa and Craig went out of their way to make us feel at home. It’s a very cute and clean room, with nice Disney touches everywhere. We appreciated the private fridge and all the rides that Lisa gave us (to the park when she could, from the train, to the airport, to Walmart....). You must love cats if you are staying here...they are super friendly and like to cuddle (and sneak in the room). I would definitely return in a heartbeat !

Excellent place to stay, a nice stroll towards disneyland. It takes about 30 minutes to get from airBnB to the parks on foot. I would highly recommend staying here just for the service alone!

Ana's place was in a nice location and was great money-saver for my husband and I. It is about a 25 minute walk to the park or a quick 5 minute Lyft/Uber for $6-$8. Check-in was super easy and the shared spaces were nice. Just a reminder that it is a shared space, so time your showers accordingly!

Exactly as pictured on the web site. The place was clean and comfortable. The beds were a welcome after a long day at the Disney parks. The location was perfect. Only a $10 ride by Uber from Disney, and very close to the John Wayne Airport. The host was very helpful and had great communication with us. He made sure we were able to check in easily and had everything we needed. I think it was a great value for the location and ease of our trip.

The place was very spacious and described as is in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place easy check in and out just make sure you read the check in manual thoroughly so you understand how to check in. There is only 1 parking space available but there is plenty of parking outside the complex and very safe to park outside as well. The parking is on the other side of where the apartment building is located but you can just walk strait down the walkway and you’ll find the building to your right. Also they were able to accommodate me in an early check in which was a plus and he was very prompt in responding to me.

Maria's place is exactly like the pictures only better. She is a friendly and kind host who pays attention to the details of decorating your space. I felt at home and would have stayed longer if she had the opening. The wifi was fast and I was able to cast shows from my phone on Netflix and Hulu. I had some work to do during my stay and she even gave me the option to use her office space and/or connect using my ethernet cord. She's locating near lots of stores, restaurants and a nice little park. I often took leisure and exercise walks and traveled to stores by foot. This is a great value and lovely place to stay.

You can expect lovely accommodations and a breathtakingly beautiful neighborhood at this “Top of the World” home away from home. We slept comfortably and enjoyed the warm hospitality of our hosts and their adorable and well-behaved cat and dog. If you want to stay with a family and feel welcomed, this is the place for you. Although we were invited to share Christmas dinner and enjoy the use of their home and deck-with-a-view, we spent most of our time with our daughter, whom we came to visit for the holidays.

Anne and Everett were so kind. Could not have ask for a sweeter couple to communicate with. Their home is comfortable and decorated so cute for Christmas. Anne even played the piano and sang Christmas carols for us one evening. Just delightful people.

The best view of Laguna Beach! If you wanna feel at home, Anne and Everette are an amazing choice! Would definitely book with them again.

B room is the first room before the rest of the house, which allows you to get in and out of the house first. Plenty of street parking at any time of the day. The host is warm and will suggest food places nearby, and easy to be available for other inquiries. Francisco and his two beautiful young children are home, so I recommend future guests bring earplugs in case you need it. I'd still give this place 5 stars all across because of everything else per description.

Nothing bad to say at all. Responds quickly, clean and safe. Every other review says something about children making noise. What do you expect? They are children, and children do what children do. PLAY. So of course there’s noise, barely noticed it. Would recommend 100%. Thank you Van. 🙏👍

Check in and check out was super easy. You have your own private entrance which makes the location very personal and easy. Van is also very quick to respond.

Suitable for one person maybe two if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Good bang for your buck if you're budget conscious.

Great hospitality overall. In a nice and quiet environment as well.

I had a great stay! Luis was a great and attentive host and when he wasn’t around his mum was able to help with local directions or whatever was needed. Luis messaged me every morning to check I had everything I needed and to wish me a good day. There was loads of toiletries + microwave, coffee machine, fridge, tv etc which I wasn’t expecting and was a great surprise. Lastly the area is very convenient as there is a grocery store and several restaurants etc all within a short walk. I will definitely stay here again and would have no reservations in recommending to anyone :)

Thanks for your outstanding hospitality, it’s very quiet and clean house with small Fridge full with bottles of water. Very friendly family. You have your own keys to your room and the house. Great couple, they are super nice and welcoming

The place was all my girlfriend and I could ask for. After a long day at Disneyland we were able to return to the Airbnb and rest before our next outing to the park. We didn’t utilize the living room or kitchen but they appeared sparkling clean when we would pass them. Euler was considerate and asked if we needed anything during our stay.

Euler is very responsive. Simple check in procedure. Comes with private parking spot. The bed is awesome, so soft and comfortable. Toilet is very clean with good hair dryer. The room has only 2 table lights, it can be quite dim at night. But we spend most of our time at Disneyland and outlet anyway. So the light doesn't really bother us since we are not doing any reading in the room. 15mins drive to both orange outlet and disneyland.

A great value for an amazing place to stay at.

I was in the area for a residency interview in Anaheim and Lilian's place was perfect for what I needed. The room was clean and private with a lockable door. The bathroom is shared but was well maintained and always available when I needed it. Lilian was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They do have a dog (which I never happened across during my stay) who barks sometimes, so keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper.

The location was easy to find, check in was smooth and quick, and the room was clean!

Jason’s study was very clean and perfect for our short stay. We didn’t interact with Jason much, which I honestly prefer, but he was readily available and quick in communication.

Clean and good location

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. Check in was easy, furniture was comfortable, well decorated, the place was clean, everything was fantastic for the price. Only dings I could give it are that it was cold in the mornings and if you are scared of dogs you can hear them barking occasionally.

The dogs are very affectionate towards their owners.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great stay. Check in was super convenient. The kitchenette is good enough for simple cooking. The suite is nicely decorated with some stuff from the film industry. Highly recommend.

Jason’s home is the perfect stay for a short weekend traveling. It was sparkling clean and just the right size for my boyfriend and I. There was a glitch with the air bnb website the night I checked in, but Jason communicated with me immediately and was SO friendly in helping me get checked in. Thank you!

Very good communication, check. Very clean, check. Separate entrance with a sense of privacy, check. Place was as advertised. George was professional from the start through the app. He greeted us as soon as we arrived to quickly show us how to navigate around the place and a few rules/tips of how to treat his property. All in all would definetly stay again!

I had a great stay. The bed was very comfy and the room was beautiful and was much bigger than expected. He was so nice enough to greet us and tell us about the town and great places to eat.

Private room in a home but feels like your own space. George was very easy and fun to talk to for our brief stay in the area. Clean and comfortable with directions/instructions that are easy to follow for check in/check out. Very safe and quiet neighborhood as well, which I always look for. Would stay again if we got the chance!

We had a great stay with Meagan and Thomas! It went above and beyond what I could have expected. Loved all the coffee options and creamers, true Southern California touch with all the lactose replacements. LOVED it! Especially since my fiancé and I are lactose free! The fridge space was perfect for the one night! The aesthetic was super light and airy. A true getaway. Felt like we were on the beach! It was quiet and felt like a very private space despite being attached to the house. A minor detail that I really appreciated was that the lighting was beautiful and the lights with dimmers were super convenient for the evening to have a more intimate setting! Also the checkout procedures (basically nothing) was super convenient as we both had to leave early for work in the morning! Our staycation was a huge success thanks to our great hosts. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful stay with lots to do!

Wonderful hospitality, very responsive to AirBnB texts when anything is needed. Extremely clean and beautiful space located in a hip neighborhood. Quiet at night. Was able to park directly in front of the townhouse. Perfect choice for me as an attendee at the Anaheim Convention Center.

This is a cleanly modern space that is very convenient for a trip to Disneyland. Comfy bed and a nice room with hangers and a vanity. Clean bathroom with nice shower head . Great stay.

You will be provided a private room, not the entire house. Be aware that you might share the restroom with other people who book other rooms

It is super nice place when your visit to Disneyland! It is very close and easy to catch lyft or uber. Also there is no words to say about Philee's house! what a nice place!

The location is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to large supermarkets and parks. The rooms are gorgeously decorated and very clean. The most important thing is that the kitchen utensils are very complete and can meet all my needs. It is a perfect experience.

Great place to stay the night; the bed is superb!

The house and the host is nice. The location of the house is also good. It’s quiet at night. The pool is a little bit dirty (if you want to swim in there), but it’s chill to hang out around the pool at an afternoon.

The place was very clean, matched pretty much exactly like the pictures, and the host was very helpful in responding to us quickly and accommodating to our needs when we needed something. The location is quiet and quaint, and very close to Disneyland to boot! Great stay overall!

A nice and simple space. Enjoyed having a cozy chair in the room to sit on and not just the bed! There was water, soup and a bag of treats which was delightful after a long drive!

Alexandra was very thorough with her instructions so it made finding the place very easy! Cute and snug, the place was very clean and stocked with towels, toothbrushes and even a hair dryer. She was very quick to respond to us when we had questions about the heating system and she was really helpful! The only thing is if your staying here to go to Disneyland, the Uber trip to the park is gonna be around 6.50$ instead of 5$ (depending on traffic) . Overall it was a great stay!

This place was great! Spacious room, comfy beds, great for a quick stay at Disneyland! While I wouldn’t describe it as being close enough to walk to Disney, a Lyft ride was only five minutes and around five dollars. Plus Alexandra was incredibly thoughtful! One of our days at Disneyland it poured the entire time, and she was gracious enough to let us use her clothes dryer so we would have dry jackets to wear the next day! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location! The Anaheim Convention Center was only about a 15 min walk and ubers were fairly accessible in the area. Pretty clean room as well!
