Great place. The guard at the entrance, Marcus, was very nice. The room was very clean and welcoming. Stephen was very quick to respond and stayed in touch the whole time. Everything was working great and will definitely recommend this place! Note.. if you are above 6’3’’ the bed might be a-little tight.

This is an incredible and value infused location, right on the beach, don’t even need to wear shoes anywhere unless you leave the condo’s. Has a full kitchen with utensils as well as a coffee maker. Highly suggest utilizing the rental closet service as it has more than we thought. The host also provided a set of sand toys which are kids thoroughly enjoyed. We would stay at this low key and laid back location in the future!!!

Sugar beach condos is a great place in the right spot. It’s nice and clean and you have several great pools. Our host and room was great with tips for local dives. You must have breakfast at the Ruby Slipper at least once. Bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. Will be back!!!

So nice having everything you need for your stay right there !! The Condo has little extras in it for cooking & baking , dressers , magazines , kids toys , extra blankets , chairs , umbrellas, toys ,for the beach ! Arrival Easy In & Departing Easy out !!

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach! Perfect sized unit for 2. Great for a quick getaway. The condo is located on the beach with its own access walk, and 2 swimming pools, 1 wading pool, and 1 heated pool. Condo is in a great location. We will definitely be back!!!

This place is wonderfully placed right on the beach. A short walk down the hallway and you are there. Three pools to use in addition to a great ocean and white beach. Plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Best thing for me was being very close to Gulf Shores State Park. Lots of places to walk, ride bikes, view wildlife and the longest pier on the Gulf, 1850 feet long.

The condo was cute & comfortable. The bath tub is amazing, super deep!!!! We were right off the beach, you can see the water from the balcony. Close to everything you would want to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The host was amazing! His communication was excellent, he sent us local food favorites and fun destinations. He checked on us throughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip memorable. I will definitely book with him again. The space was real nice too, plenty of sleeping options, just steps away from the beach! Nothing bad to say about our visit!

We’ve stayed in Stephen’s condos a couple of years in a row and have enjoyed it. He is quick with responses and ran over to replace a beach umbrella that was broken. Great location, safe and pretty. We will be back next year!

We had an amazing vacation! Stephen was more than helpful starting before the trip with hints and suggestions. The beautiful white sand beaches are just steps away. Highly recommend renting beach chairs and umbrellas from Stephen, very convenient! Very clean and was as pictured. We will return.

The penthouse condo was "As Advertised!". Great location with all the amenities one could ask for. Condo was well furnished, beautifully decorated, and of course the amazing view!! Natasha exceeded all expectations.

Great unit, great price, the view you are looking for if you want to be beachfront for sunsets and people watching. Natasha is a great host and communicator and we would stay at any of her properties if in the area again.

Natashas condo that we stayed in was wonderful! It is decorated so pretty and anything we needed was there. The views were spectacular and it was located close to shopping and restaurants. We will stay here again next time!

John was a great host. Everything was sparkling clean and he thought of everything. It's small and was perfect for my husband and I. He answered all of my questions, and it seems I always had a question. The scenery was spectacular and it was just a short walk to the water. I've no doubt your stay will be wonderful.

Great place for a week long getaway with our family! Fully stocked kitchen, better than any we’ve stayed at. You can hear the ocean from the spacious balcony. Grills were super clean in the public use area. Three large TVs are in the condo and Rokus with each TV which our teenagers loved. Laundry room in the unit which was a huge plus!

Beautiful space right on the ocean. The condo itself is wonderful, highlights being the jacuzzi tub and king sized bed in the master bedroom plus the huge balcony was lovely for morning coffee. The space was so nice we spent most of the time just hanging out and enjoying the ocean views. Condo has two pools and two hot tubs which were completely empty in early December. The condo is also walking distance to the Florabama (you could either walk on the beach or down the street) which is a local institution and must-do experience for out of towners. This was such a nice getaway! We would definitely rent Stephanie and Jennie's place for future beach trips.

You can’t beat the location or the view. It’s absolutely stunning. My only real complaint is that we didn’t know about the indoor pool being renovated or the sofa bed being unusable. Other than that, it’s just as described. A really beautiful spot.

We loved our trip at 7th Heaven so much. The kitchen was great. Location was perfect. Ike’s beach service made going to the beach everyday so easy.

Awesome view of the ocean on this end unit, thus the balcony is larger than others in the unit. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast while listening to the ocean waves. Stylish decorations and fully stocked kitchen also made this a great place to stay. The beach is right there, which is so very nice when you want to take a break from the heat to cool down or get a bite to eat upstairs. My family and I enjoyed all the space we had - three full bedroom. We had six and had plenty of space. Stephanie is fantastic and we had all the info we needed the day of arrival.

I came here for a week with four teenagers. The accommodation is exactly as described and our hosts had equipped the place with everything we needed. Also, the furniture was a step above what we expected from a BnB. The location is great, on the beach and we liked the fact that the large balcony did not get much direct sunlight. Restaurants and bars are only a short drive away. We did have a small maintenance issue but this was taken care of quickly and in a friendly, professional manner. We had a great week!

This place is what is promised. Note there is a $35 per car parking fee - regardless of how many nights you are staying. The indoor pool was closed during our stay which was an issue with us since our 2 year old wanted to swim and it was too cold outside. Notice would have been helpful.

This home is just amazing and the decor is gorgeous! It was super clean and the beds were heavenly. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and sooo wonderful because that’s hard to find. The added balcony space is so nice because the view is breathtaking and everyone wants to be glued out there. Leanne is kind and quick to respond to every message. She was even patient with all of my questions. The amenities on the property are awesome! There is definitely something for everyone. Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay and we can’t wait to go back:)

This is a nice condo, good location with spectacular views. The place was very clean and spacious. The people at the front desk were very courteous. There are carts and grocery shopping carts to help transport clothes and luggage, which is a plus. Bring your own toilet paper, trash bags and especially coffee filters. There was one roll of tp in each bathroom and only one trash bag. We stayed 5 days so what was provided wasn't enough. There were no coffee filters at all, but a paper towel was a good sub until we were able to get to the store. If you intend to cook, you will need to get salt, pepper and other such items. All in all, we had a really good stay.

This unit is located in Phoenix V, which is one of my favorite complexes because the boardwalk brings you out fairly close to the surf. The beds and living room furniture are comfy. The view from the balcony is awesome.

Renee's place is wonderful!! We love to stay there. It is in thw beautiful spot and everything you need(beach, park, resort, starbucks and grocery market) is near the place^^ We really appreciate Renee's quick response and kindness!! We loved our stay. The beach was right behind the building but it was so close you could walk. There was plenty of items for cooking and also items to take to the beach so you wouldnt have to take anything. The condo itself was spacious with comfy beds! Thank you again!!

The Condo was just as described, incredibly clean and cozy. Renee was a great hostess and answered questions quickly and offered info every step of the way. Location is great with water views off the balcony, no busy roads to cross with a young child and close to shopping and restaurants. I will be back.

This condo is in a smaller 3 story building and is a perfect location for the beach, restaurants and grocery. These smaller buildings are the best for less people, easier to haul stuff from the car and a faster trip down to the beach. Renee was always helpful and quick to respond. The condo was clean and the beds comfy! We SO enjoyed our week here!

This place is perfect for a family getaway or just a weekend with the guys! It is on the beach which is awesome! The price is very reasonable and we went in the peak season of July! The California king was a real nice surprise! It was so clean and the furniture was in great condition. This place was more than I expected and will definitely stay again!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Family of 5 for comfortably, and very close to the beach! Wonderful restaurant directly across the street as well. Cozy pool for the kids and the place was super clean.

This is a cozy place with 2 BR and 2 Ba for a reasonable price, located on beautiful Wolf Bay. Close to good eating places, the beach and fishing opportunities. A great vacation space.

Randy was very responsive and everything as promised. Very good information he supplied, in addition. Manx cat was one of the most social cats I've ever met. Belle, the maintenance guy's dog was also very well trained and loving. If you are a bird lover and in Pensacola check out Uncle Sandy's Macaw Rescue.

Great location and absolutely cozy, comfortable, adorable condo. It had all the amenities needed for our visit! My husband and would love a month here in warmer weather. Owner was great with the communication and with adding days to our original reservation. First time in OWA and really enjoyed it. The Christmas decor around town was so enjoyable. Would rent again!

We absolutely loved staying at Randy’s condo. Decorated in beach theme and very clean. Just steps away overlooking the bay and it’s absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. So many non-chain restaurants to choose from in the area and just a short drive to the beach. The bed was so incredibly comfortable, makes me want to find out the mattress and purchase one for my home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Orange Beach or the surrounding areas I would highly recommend making reservations at Randy’s place. You won’t be sorry that you stayed there.

This was a great place to stay right on the beach. Very beautiful and clean home. Thank you for the lovely stay.

The condo was beautiful and larger than I expected. It can sleep about 6 people comfortably if necessary even though there were only 2 of us. This gave us the option to lay on the sofa bed with balcony door open to listen to waves. They had all of the kitchen and bathroom amenities and more! There were countless amounts of silverware and towels. The water was so clear at the beach and sand soft as baby powder. Also, all of the other guest staying in the condominium were super sweet. They had a hot tub and heated pool as well as regular outdoor large pool all open until 10 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. Absolutely wonderful stay all around and I would give 5 stars.

The pictures give an accurate description of the place. It is old and dated but fine for a weekend get-away. We had 4 adults and fit comfortably. i would not exceed that amount. Right on the beach. Each car you bring has a $20 fee but there was no limit on cars per unit. We had a fun stay and would stay here again. I did send an email with a few questions about the car situation beforehand and never got a response.

Very cozy room. All the workers were extremely nice and helpful.

If you're looking for a place right off the beach, this is it. I have no complaints about our stay. My friends and I loved it! It's clean and they have great amenities.

Jennifer’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! It is right on the beach, and there are lots of beautiful things to see around the condo that you can access with the bikes she offers. It is well decorated and very clean. Jennifer responds very quickly and is a very helpful host! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Jennifer’s place for a quick beach weekend, and it was perfect for my husband and I. It’s right by Gulf State Park, and we biked the trails and also enjoyed the beach during the cooler weather. There are several great restaurants close by, and we ate at Fin & Fork for dinner one night, Woodside in the state park for brunch, grabbed coffee at Southern Grind both mornings, and then drove about 5 miles to one of our favorites, Cobalt, for dinner the second night. Overall, a great weekend!

Great location close to everything you need. Apartment was very clean and well stocked. What I appreciated most was being able to have my dog along when so many other places in the area did not allow them or charged you an arm and a leg to have them. Trina was very responsive to all communications.

We enjoyed staying in this wonderful apartment just a short walk to the beach. Watching the sunrise every morning was truly special. The home was spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Great value for the money. The only negative we could find was the fact that we had to leave! We will be back to stay in this apartment definitely 5 star *****.

Ocean view, top floor condo, with nice shared balcony and bistro table and chairs outside front door. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Very comfortable bed, and spacious bedroom. 5 minute walk to Flora Bama.

Can’t find a better location for the money. The ice cream shop is the cherry on top. Off season it’s closed but my daughters couldn’t stop taking pictures of themselves because of how neat the building was. Public beach is across the street too! We will stay here again.

This condo was better than described. It was SPARKLING clean. I got the impression it was newly remodeled it was so clean. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere! It was decorated to feel like home, and equipped with great dishware and utensils. It had wonderful beach access and we used the beach both days of our stay. This condo is well appointed with kitchen equipment and tools if your preference is dining in and convent to local restaurants (We particularly enjoyed breakfast at The Ruby Slipper). The view is amazing for both sunrises and sunsets. A great space for a couple or small family.

Everything needed is just a stones throw away The balcony over looking the ocean was so relaxing. Karan was a fantastic host, every time we had contacted her, she had an immediate response. Perfect place for a weekend getaway!!

This condo is sparkling clean, perfect spot! You have the best view on the balcony on the 14th floor! My child played out there for hours, just loved looking at the beach. The condo was perfect set up for me and my child! full kitchen, that was beautiful. The bathtub had jets and so modern and clean! The bathtub even had lights, which my 3 year old absolutely loved of course! We felt very safe, there were always people in the lobby. Checking in was super easy, keypad for entry. Karen was always a call away, answered immediately! Everything was wonderful. When we go back, we will be staying here again!!

This was our first visit to this region and our stay exceeded our expectations. The condo was instrumental in those sentiments. It is located in a massive complex, which provided some nice amenities (large heated pool, (2) indoor jacuzzis, decent fitness facility, tennis and basketball courts, and more). Having a corner unit provided stunning views of the gulf, as promised. We agree with posts that some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but everything worked. The living room is excellent for hosting or watching the game on a large LCD screen. The bedrooms were comfortably appointed, clean, and fully functional. The location is great for getting to grocery shopping, restaurants, or the Gulf State Park — all short driving distances away. The beach is steps away, offering wonderful views, walking and jogging. All in all, a great stay. Thank you!

This condo was awesome!! There is a keypad to get in, so no chance of losing a key. Was there with 3 other adults and there was plenty of space. The view is spectacular and the balcony was where we spent a great deal of time. The location is very convenient to many great restaurants. Claire was very easy to work with. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

Great location and awesome place to stay in. We have a little one, so we were even more excited to see that they had a kiddie pool. Awesome access to the beach with an amazing view of the beach (could see the sunrise and moon rise over the ocean everyday!). Would highly recommend staying here!!

This little condo was perfect for me and three teenagers. Cute decor, close to public access beaches and very quiet. Justin was a great host and even rearranged my stay twice! We had a last minute conflict, which he allowed a shift in days for and it was such a nice stay, he helped us arrange an extended stay at the last minute because we just didn’t want to leave! Very flexible and personable host.

The location was perfect! Right across the street from the beach and there is a crosswalk conveniently located in front of the condo. I also enjoyed the Bay Area behind the condo. It was nice to take a break from the beach and sit and watch the boats pass and seeing all the jellyfish was really neat.

Very cute condo! Easy access to beach! This was our first time in Orange Beach, and we WILL be back!

This place was ideal. The condo was the first one off the elevator, has a view and was just charming. Could not have asked for a better host. Yvonne was available anytime I had a question or needed her. I will MOST DEFINITELY be back to stay with her again.

Space is super clean. Smaller than i expected, but perfect for my visit. Great access to beach and i felt extremely safe, a big deal because i was traveling alone. Easy accessibility to local attractions as well.

Perfect place for a trip to Gulf Shores! The entire condo was perfectly clean. 3 bedrooms, 4 baths was exactly what we needed for 11 people to sleep. It's a quick drive to all of the local things, 10 minutes to the Florabama.

Condo design was exactly as pictured but it is even more pristine and clean in person. White shores was sooooo easy to work with and it was the perfect spot for a low key bachelorette weekend with some girlfriends!

Great condo in beautiful Orange Beach! We stayed at Randy’s place for a week. Everything is just as depicted, with just a tiny bit of ocean view (mostly a view of the condo across the way.) The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated and well equipped. The bed and furniture was adequate, though a little worn. The location is ideal for getting to anywhere in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. The beach is wide, soft and perfect for walking. Stunning!

This was our first time in gulf shores and we had a great time! The condo is updated and very nice, it is clean and plenty of space for my family of 5. It has a great location close to restaurants and stuff to do for the kids so that was great. Randy was a great host and we really enjoyed our vacation. We really liked having the chairs and umbrella on the beach it was perfect for us and a great way to relax! We would love to go back, very pleased all around with our stay!

Such an amazing stay! It was right in the middle of everything. The rooms were spacious, quite and cool. the porch was a perfect ending spot for our day, as it has a gulf view and great breeze. The complimentary chairs and umbrellas were almost the most relaxing part of our stay! Would highly recommend

Lindsay’s home is in a great place to spend some time on the beach, it’s very easy to get around and she gives you a map and a list of good places to go! Lindsay is a great host and seems pretty cool. If you have cats at home that you miss her cat is awesome and will make up for it! Everything was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay here again!!

I just adored this home Everything was spot on and lindsay was extremely helpful with activities and food. The fur babies made everything even more of a home feel Can't wait to get back to my new favorite home.

Very homey feeling stay with the shared spaces, super friendly pets (especially the cat who was my little shadow lol), and alot of plants inside and out which I appreciate cuz we're also huge animal&plant lovers! The beaches all around were excellent, and surprisingly not too crowded for such a busy time of year. We were told Big Mike's was a good steakhouse, and that by far was the best food recommendation I've ever had! Communicating when needed was easy too.

The view from the balcony is amazing. Condo very clean and all the necessary amenities provided. Kevin is quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend, and will definitely return in warmer weather.

Patrick was a great host. Super responsive! Cute place! You can see the beach from the balcony but you have an obstructed view. There is a large outside sitting area just down the hall though that overlooks the gulf. We sat there in the mornings and drank coffee. There are 4 pools. We went during the colder months and were worried about not having an indoor pool. But one of the pools is heated which was an added bonus. We swam in 60 degree weather. The complex is directly on the beach. Great stay!

We loved staying at this cute little condo! It was right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Patrick always quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great place to go for a weekend. There is a view of the water from the balcony. Direct access to the beach. We went on Christmas, but would be great place to take the kids in the summer because there are several pools on the property as well.

The condo was very comfortable and stylish. All necessities were provided to make for an easy stay. It is close to many attractions and great restaurants and grocery stores. Beach access is very close and offers beach rentals at affordable prices. We were very happy with our choice

Mary’s condo was fantastic. It was right on the beach. Perfect for our family of three. Me, my husband, and our 2 year old. We had so much fun. Everything we needed was in the condo..cooking utensils, toilet paper, and a washer and dryer. Mary was quick to respond. Check in was a breeze. Location was perfect. We will definitely be back

This condo is excellent for the budget beach traveler! We loved being able to walk to the beach with a quick walk from our room. You can use the elevator to move your belongings upstairs and carts were provided. Having pools on the premises was a great addition. The condo itself is minimalist and comfy. I appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. We had everything we needed while there and I would stay here again!

I love how close it is to the beach. You literally walk right out there! The apartment was super cozy, stores were close by. Just perfect localization.

Great spot! My husband and I went for a mini getaway without kids and we enjoyed it so much! We plan to report next summer with the kids.

We loved our stay and we found the place perfect for our family of 4. The condo was very clean! The location was great and we were able to walk across the street to the beach and everything else that that we had planned was just a short drive away. We will definitely try to book this place again if we return to the area. Great value!

Bella’s place is cute and comfy has everythinh you need to enjoy your vacation. It’s located right across the road from the beach, you can walk but I would recommend driving because it is a busy road. Lots of great restaurants and shops around also.
