Villa holiday rentals in Orange Beach

we loved this property. close to beach, shopping food ect. located in a cute community. we fell in love this week!

We were in town for the first time for the Sand in My Boots festival. The house is beautiful and clean, comfortable beds and had everything we needed! Loved access to the two pools and the beach chairs and umbrella. Super easy walk to the beach right across the road from the house. The location was great.

Perfect stay. The house had so many little touches that made it comfortable and restful. We used the shuttle to get to the beach each day. Walkable pools and restaurants. Perfect mix of quiet and activity. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay. The photos were pretty accurate, though a few pieces of furniture were different from the photos, but nothing major. We enjoyed the proximity to the pool and gym, but it's a decent walk to the beach. James was very helpful in getting some replacement beach towels delivered as the prior guest stole the ones that were there. 10/10 would stay here again!

I love our stay. The place is super clean, well equipped, and has plenty of space for 6 people. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Will surely book the place next time. Thank you so much you make us feel at home.

Private. Gated community. Matthew’s place was clean and free of clutter. Although not beach themed inside, it was clean, and as described and pictured on listing. Pool which was AMAZING was literally next door. Tiki bar avail along with a simple grill. Indoor pool and gym were typical and gym. 0.5 mile walk to Johnson’s Beach. Nextdoor is a sports bar and a Mexican place walking distance down the road. Matthew was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful.

We liked everything about this place. It was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was refreshing, and clean. We had our dog with us and there were plenty of areas to walk him. The first couple days he cried when we left him, we heard other dogs occasionally also, but the buildings are far enough away from each other that it wasn’t a bother. The furnishings were nice and clean, and didn’t look like dogs had been in the room. The only complaint would be the loud trucks on the road behind it.

House was nicely furnished and well equipped. The games in the garage were a nice added touch. It was also well equipped for those with little ones. Owners are great and you will have a great time!

Great, well appointed property. The only issue we had is we did not realize the golf cart was an additional fee, as we missed the fine print. All in all a great stay and great location.

This is our 3rd year staying with Patty and Dan and they go above and beyond to accommodate! Stunning home with everything you could possibly want or need. Wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful house. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but they provide shuttles to the beach club which was nice. We really enjoyed the large pool and the gym. The bikes that were available for our use came in handy also. Would definitely recommend.

Terry and Yvette’s place was perfect for my family of 6. We had more than enough space. We really loved the upstairs apartment. A get away within a getaway. The backyard was beautiful and very relaxing. Great location - minutes away from downtown Pensacola and very close to Pensacola Beach. Me and my family had a great time.

Please stay here! The house is amazing and comfortably fit 8 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space to relax and play the games that were provided. Shannon was super and responded quickly to all of our questions. We had a breaker trip, and she let us know where the box was to get the power back on. The screened in deck was perfect for sunrises and coffee. The bathrooms were a nice size and lots of towels were provided. The beach was a quick stroll away with white sand and blue water. It wasn't too crowded and the weather was perfect We had the opportunity to ride through the property on the golf cart and stop for lunch at the on site restaurant. The pool was perfect! Everything you need was within a 15 minute driving distance. We even got to see the Blue Angels Demo. We traveled to the surrounding beaches and shops. Shannon, you thought of everything which made it special. Thank you for your hospitality. Your home is absolutely beautiful and we would definitely stay again. 😊💚

The booking was exactly like what the photos presented. Great host and even greater experience. My party of 16 were all able to find home in the booking with plenty of bedding, kitchen space, and functional amenities. The host provided plenty of recommendations, tips, and weather reports! There was a storm brewing near the end of our stay and Jane kept my party up-to-speed.

Wonderful stay during my four night stay. The property was clean, spacious and provided all necessities for home away from home. Private pool within community is a delight for all ages. Beach access with pool and dining was an added perk that we enjoyed. Being on the beach and relaxing with food and/or drinks before going back to property to relax was perfect. Cooking on vacation is not my preference. Patty was responsive when necessary and upon arrival all details of do’s/dont’s are outlined. Definitely will book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach Villas. Our unit was clean and very comfortable. The community pool was nice but could have been kept a little cleaner. The location was perfect!

My family & I had an amazing stay at this beach house in Orange Beach, Alabama! Holly and Todd were incredibly kind and accommodating — they even offered us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach getaway. From beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen, they truly thought of everything. One of the best parts was having access to a golf cart — such a fun and convenient way to get around! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We had such a great stay here. Super close walk to the beach and the pools were great too! We had a few hiccups, hard to find the villa (it’s when you first pull into the complex) and we found a few bugs around the villa. However, the hosts were quick to respond. We would definitely rebook!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for me, my husband, and our two boys. As soon as you step onto the beach, there are chairs available to rent, which made things super convenient. The security guard really stood out—he did a great job keeping the indoor pool area calm and safe, making sure kids weren’t getting too rowdy, which I really appreciated. He was also very attentive during storms, clearing the pool immediately at the first sign of lightning. I saw him regularly walking the property, which is something I rarely see at other places we’ve stayed. !!10 outa 10!!

This was seriously THE BEST beach vacation we have ever had. This place was the perfect amount of space for our family, very clean, absolutely beautiful! Betsy provided ALL the beach accessories that we needed which made for such an easy trip each day to the beach. Access to the beach was easy to get to and just perfect! The pool was right out the back of the house and all the people were so kind. We would stay at this place every year if we could!

Great stay, nothing of significance, got exactly what I expected and would stay again.

Perdido Key is a great area for a restful family vacation. Pool is walkable, but we didn't walk to the beach with all our gear. This home is set up for a family with open kitchen/dining/living room and connected covered porch. We spent much of the week together in this area making memories with our small children. Careful when you time your visit. We visited end of Sep into Oct and just barely missed a hurricane!! We drove out of the rain into beautiful sunny Florida, and no rain for us until the last day. We drove back home to sunshine. We were very fortunate.

This was a great place!! It was centrally located. Close to the beach and the bay. Close to the wharf. Only a 4 minute drive to the beach. It is right beside a cute little pond, right beside the swimming pool! We had a great stay and will definitely be back!
