We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Studio was gezellig ingericht en heeft een bad en een mooie open keuken met uitzicht op hun tuin en zwembad. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Aartine. Michiel kwam zich later nog voorstellen. Ze zijn heel soepel qua aankomst- en vertrektijden. Aartine kon ons goed informeren over evenementen in de omgeving. Dus we zijn met Botter dagen naar Elburg geweest. Elburg is trouwens een erg leuk plaatsje. Omgeving is echt prachtig. Kortom de studio is een goede uitvalbasis om de prachtige omgeving te verkennen.

Tja... wat kan ik zeggen... Het was meer dan fijn. Rustig, stil, goed matras, lekker bad, mooi uitzicht. Alleen maar lof. En het nabijgelegen dorpje was pittoresk en knus. We will be back :))

We were warmly received on arrival by Adrian and his wife Janneke at this beautiful detached house, situated on their own plot. The house is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home. The fridge was even stocked! A beer, juice, local breads, spreads, chocolate bar, everything was there. Downstairs a nice living room with sofa, a kitchen with all the trimmings, a dining table and a shower and toilet. All very neat and perfectly clean. Above a very attractive double bedroom with a comfortable bed. We were 3 people, while the house is designed for two people, but that was no problem. We did not have to pay for, very neat! The third person has three nights in the living room sleeping on an air mattress brought their own. Adriaan even had a pump for us (which we ourselves forget). If we needed anything, he and his wife were waiting for us immediately. The car we were allowed to park under a carport at the house so they also had good shelter. Definitely a must so to stay a weekend or longer. There is no TV but we saw in this case just as a plus. A lovely place to unwind. On behalf of the three of us again thank you and goodbye!

Was a pleasure to meet Adriaan and his beautiful family! They were extremely helpful with me and my first steps as an expat... They supported me so much and were always gentle. A fortunate meeting ! Also the place they have is really cosy and neat, a perfect small house in the Dutch countryside. Hope to meet them soon again!

Really nice welcome from Adriaan and his wife, even with fridge filled :-) For our daughter there was a baby bed + toys to play around. The photos/description matched fully, the place was spotless clean, cosy and perfect for a small family trip. It is a separate house with everything necessary in it, and offering plenty of privacy. It is close to Elburg and other Hansa towns offering plenty free time opportunities.

Adriaan's place is perfect for a relaxing visit to Zwolle and the surrounding area. The accommodation is well equipped and comfortable and a great place to relax after a hike in the forest, visit to the tulip fields or site seeing in Zwolle or Elberg.

Adrian and Jane are very friendly people and have called us fine welcome. As with the others with us also stocked the fridge to eat breakfast a few days; incredibly fine! All necessary is present, the area is cleaned and snug. There is no TV and wifi was not optimal, but it actually means that you really get away. Thanks a separate parking for the car was on site. Also very nice that check in concert could be regulated in terms of time so that we had a quiet morning to end the weekend. Elburg in the area is a must for eating out; especially Da Pietro. Again, many thanks!

Warmth and comfort amidst a beautiful setting! The cottage of Adrian and Judy offers everything you are looking for. Especially the incredible hospitality we will not soon forget - as well as the technical support for the repairs of our supercooled car;-) Highly recommended!

In my search for a room around Heerde, where currently the European Championships in Speed Skating take place, I accidentally discovered the room of MANON and AARNOUT in Doornspijk. :) Their new home is peacefully situated on the outskirts of the village, the house and the rooms are very loving and tastefully decorated in country style, bright, friendly and clean, from the terrace you have a wonderful view over the surrounding fields and even on WIFI you do not have to renounce. Manon and Aarnout welcomed me warmly, showed me everything necessary around the house, provided me helpful information for my stay and even offered me breakfast. Whoever wants to travel in this region of the Netherlands, the staying with Manon and Aarnout is highly recommended – with pleasure again ... Thank you! ;(URL HIDDEN) Bei meiner Suche nach einem Zimmer in der Umgebung von Heerde, wo aktuell die Europameisterschaften im Speedskating stattfinden, habe ich zufällig das Zimmer bei MANON und AARNOUT in Doornspijk entdeckt. :) Ihr neues Haus ist ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen, das Haus und auch das Zimmer sind sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll im Landhausstil eingerichtet, hell, freundlich und sauber, von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die angrenzenden Felder und selbst auf WLAN muss man bei Bedarf nicht verzichten. Manon und Aarnout hießen mich herzlich willkommen, zeigten mir alles Notwendige rund ums Haus, versorgten mich mit hilfreichen Informationen für meinen Aufenthalt und boten mir sogar Frühstück an. Wer in diese Region der Niederlande reisen will, dem sei der Aufenthalt bei Manon und Aarnout wärmstens empfohlen - sehr gerne wieder … Danke! ;)

It was a very nice place to stay , the owners of the home our very kind too the home was also very beautiful itself as well ! We loved it !

I had the best time at Manon and Aarnouts place. The room was big and the bed really comfortable. The room as well as the bathroom and the kitchen were clean and neat. They provided me a delicious breakfast and we had dinner together once, which was also really good. There were towels and shampoo for me and I could borrow a bike. Manon and Aarount were very nice and helpful with giving directions and other questions. The communication in English was perfect. I really recommend staying here!!

Wer dort in der Umgebung ist, sollte unbedingt bei ihnen übernachten!

Amazing is an understatement. I reserved my stay at Aarnout and Manon's place without knowing that its a bit far from Amsterdam, so when i got there it was at first bad news. But the hosts made it so easy for me: first of all, Manon picked me up from the closest Train station (which was about 5 minutes by car from the house). The house is gorgeous, brand new, very very clean and beautifully decorated. The room i was staying in is really nice, spacious and comforting. Once i got there, clean colorful towels and shower soaps were ready on the room's table. It felt like home from the very first minute i stepped inside. My trip was mainly an adventure, so i wasn't staying much at home, so the hosts were so understanding, they made it very easy to me, and they gave me all the tips of the things to do around the dutch country side. we had a few deep conversations about many interesting topics, to a point that at the end of my trip, i didnt want to leave. All i can say to anyone reading this review, if you want to feel all the comfort you feel at home, stay at Aarnout and Manon's place. Totally recommended place. Thank you guys.

I only stayed one night with Aarnout and Manon but I absolutely loved it! They are such a warm and friendly couple and made me feel right at home. The home is about 2.5km from a supermarket and town centre but i enjoyed the location in a quiet, green are. Check in and out was very easy and communication was great. the bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious and beautifully decorated, as is the whole house. Aarnout and Manon went out of their way to help me when I arrived late due to bike issues while riding to their home, I would definitely love to stay again!

Warm welcome by the owner. Very nice home, nice views and a great guest room. I could eat fresh eggs from the chickens and even use bicycles. Everything was very clean. Ellburg and Camps, a short drive, are fun to visit. Highly recommended !!

Had to work in the region and wanted a comfortable place to stay. This I certainly found in The Family! A very hospitable family in beautiful surroundings. The cottage is cozy and spacious, clean and with everything on it. Lovely bed and shower. Big plus was the extensive breakfast !! I'll definitely come back here if I need to be around!

A nice house in a very quiet place! At the brasserie at the park you can eat, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Anna Maria responds directly to email / SMS etc., fine touch. Children linger, the shifting sands is a beautiful walk where you can also see a camel, zebra, deer and llamas are! At t park is also a pool and playground.

We really enjoyed our stay in the chalet. It's in a remote location, surrounded by lots of trees and similar chalets. It's very peaceful and quiet (at least off-season) and the countryside is beautiful. Annamaria and Harro were great hosts, very helpful and quick to answer any questions. They have a well equipped kitchen (no oven though!) with lots of plates mugs and cutlery. The place has hot water and central heating and heats up very quickly, in case like us you are unlucky with the weather ;) There is a small pond outside the cabin and some garden furniture in case you want to enjoy the dinner outside. Despite the weather we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our stay! (For anyone coming from outside Netherlands, check in and checkout required a quick phone call/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) message to Harro so make sure you have a phone that works outside of your country!)

The stay was very relaxing. The whole house was very well kept. Gerrie welcomes you with a drink and a snack and takes some cozy time for her guests to be called a fine welcome, it is a sweet and caring woman. You sleep on the floor in a spacious and airy room which is very pleasant. evening can also be turned on the stove on request and can be as cozy and warm for it to sit on the bench. In the morning you get a nice rich dutch breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea. For children there is plenty to do. there are toys, a trampoline outside and a number of animals where they can bring sweet. Without doubt highly recommended.

What a beautiful place! Nice location overlooking the meadows. Not far from the house you can walk right in the Veluwe. In the forest on the moors and sand drifts. By Gerrie is very welcoming. You can get a delicious snack cooking and use a hot shower. Gerrie had a delicious breakfast and set out a jar in the bed because of the cold winter days. Gerrie is flexible, that's fine. Highly recommended for a time to spend a night!

Had pleasant stay. Beautiful area, cozy cottage in the green; located on a residential estate but well screened from the other houses around. Cozy brasserie with terrace walkable. Arrangements for keys was clear and easy. On arrival there was in the house a lot of tourist information of the area ready. Nice to come so! Therefore recommended.

We (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful stay in the cottage Rose. The house was very neat and very private, despite the adjacent houses. Once you go off the park you stand almost directly on the sand drift. And from Doornspijk denotes no time in Elburg, Harderwijk and Zwolle. The brasserie on the ground is surprisingly good. And popular so booking is advisable.

Romantic cottage, lots of candles inside, Christmas lights, beautifully warm interior! There is a very nice and cozy restaurant 3 min walk from the house, good food, but Poppy pricy! Beautiful nature and fresh air, you can enjoy it by walking around in the woods, super relaxing!

Our stay at the cottage Rose was very nice! The cottage is fully equipped and the electric log fires made the rainy evenings even cozier. The garden is really beautiful and well sheltered from the other cottages. Walking on the sands of the 'Sahara' (almost literally around the corner) is a must!

really cozy cottage as described, cozy, everything you need. We were personally welcomed by the landlords. They explained how everything worked and tips for the area. We were 4 people and that was in space do just fine! The park is great with pool and cozy brasserie. The park is pretty centrally, many small villages and larger towns nearby. We enjoyed 12 days.

A really nice hotel in the countryside, quiet area where you feel very comfortable. Ideal for bike rides or trips to Lake Veluwe or in some atmospheric towns like Elburg, Hattem or Kampen. We enjoyed it very much. Nice friendly landlord, always happy!

Berrie and Brenda have been waiting for our arrival on us and showed us everything important. They were very friendly and accommodating. The house had everything we needed. With the equipment we were very pleased. The house was clean and nicely decorated like the photos. For our son, there was even a little toy. We liked it very much and we can recommend the chalet.

As the description says, "A cozy chalet" ... very neat, everything we needed was provided and the reception was warm ... Blessed peaceful setting surrounded by nature! Repeating!

The reception was very warm and there was us, beside the bike that was already there, immediately offered a second bike. The park is quiet and not widespread. You can enjoy walking and the sand drifts and heaths, which both border the park. There are short distances cozy places like Elburg, Nunspeet, Harderwijk and the Veluwe.

A nice place to spend a relaxing time. The decor is very nice and comfortabel, the surrounding environment is very beautiful, many great places for excursions. The campsite has a lovely small public swimming pool and is very quiet. All in all we were very satisfied and there is on offer really nothing to complain about. Maybe next year one more time.

The chalet is very cosy, bright and convenient with kids, with lots of toys and games for them (inside and outside) and a great playgroung in the camping, just nearby the chalet. We loved the area, calm and surrounded with lots of trees, it's a very nice part of Holland that is less well known by tourists and thus is worth a trip !!

We have been 2 weeks on holiday in Chalet Noah and had a wonderful stay. The cottage was clean and very well cared for. The cozy and large veranda, we could practically every hour of the day outside. Nice place on the campsite and beautiful surroundings. Definitely recommended!

We have had it very much in the cottage and Arie Ben. Everything was taken care of with attention, super delicious breakfast, warm welcome by the hosts, cozy decor, fine beds. Very comfortable all. We can definitely recommend this place and get yourself another love to return again!

Arie&Ben are very warm, kind and helpful hosts, Their B&B is very well equipped, super clean, very cosy and the breakfast is SUPER. One can enjoy this place at any season of the year regardless of the weather conditions. Wonderful place and people.

Arie en Ben zijn geweldig! Wat een lieve mensen. Ons verblijf was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het huisje is heel lief, gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien, wel koud soms, maar dat vonden wij ook wel prettig (fris en goed om in te slapen). Elke ochtend werden we voorzien van een rijkelijk ontbijt en schone handdoeken. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden en kom er graag nog een keer terug.

Arie und Ben sind sehr nette,aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein so reichhaltiges Frühstück haben wir selten erlebt. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fein und gemütlichen Aufenthalt, nette Gastgeber, gutes Frühstück. Auf Fahrradabstand beider Nunspeet und Elburg (Fahrräder hatten wir uns selbst, und das könnte in der Garage vor Ort geparkt werden). Alles wie vereinbart, werden wir diesen Ort erinnern.

De hartelijke ontvangst met verse, zelfgemaakte appelsap was fijn. Toen we de kamer binnenkwamen, zagen de knusheid van de ruimte. Eerst de slaapruimte met twee fijne losse bedden. Dan de huiskamer met keuken. Achterin de badkamer met toilet en ruime douche. Wat jammer dat het slap straaltje was, maar voor de rest prima. Het is een beetje donker in de ruimte en het staat vol met leuke spullen en allerlei info om de omgeving goed te kunnen verkennen. De kamer grenst aan het woongedeelte van de boerderij waar de heren zelf wonen. Eromheen een grote tuin met gras en planten en....vol met dieren. Super leuk. Het ontbijt elke morgen is een feest. Ongelooflijk wat een keus ze bieden, echt geweldig. Het was mooi weer dus wij hebben buiten ontbeten op ons zitje. Toen de zon wat fel scheen, kwam er een parasol tevoorschijn. In het centrum van Doornspijk heeft Ben ons met de auto naar de fietsenverhuur gebracht. Voor 7,50 euro per dag huur je daar een fijne fiets. De omgeving is zo prachtig. Vol bos en hei en veel fiets/wandelroutes. Niks is ze te dol om het je als gast naar de zin te maken. En als we dat afzetten tegen de prijs die je betaalt dan is het super veel waar voor je geld!! Wij kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het knusse huisje. Ben en Arie zijn allebei zo ontzettend gastvrij. Aan alles was gedacht, heerlijk rustig en het ontbijt ontzettend uitgebreid. Mooie plek, goed achterland. Elburg en Nunspeet om de hoek. Een echte aanrader! Wij komen graag terug.

Wat een gave ervaring! Prachtige, afgezonderde plek dicht bij de natuur. Enorm knus en gezellige chalet. Wij hebben het enorm naar ons zin gehad en dagelijks genoten van de warme hottub bij lage buitentemperaturen. Een aanrader!

Een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in de Zwevende hemel met z'n 3-en. Het prachtige huisje staat wat apart van de boerderij en is gericht op de weilanden, wat maakt dat je je, zeker 's avonds, alleen op de wereld voelt. Ruime bedden, goede douche, veel speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen (o.a. konijntjes knuffelen en trampoline springen). Eindeloze wandelmogelijkheden zonder in de auto te hoeven zitten, je loopt van het terrein zo het bos in.

Geweldig huisje om met het gezin te bezoeken. De boerderij met alle dieren is erg leuk voor de kinderen, de bosrijke omgeving is heerlijk om doorheen te lopen en het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien om eens lekker te ontspannen!

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in dit huisje. Het huisje is top, mooi ingericht en de bedden slapen heerlijk. S'avonds hebben we onder de sterrenhemel in de huttub gezeten.

Heel fijn huisje, rustig en toch genoeg te doen op de boerderij waar je altijd een handje kan helpen. Leuk met kinderen!

Eine großartige Unterkunft, um entspannte Tage auf dem Land zu verbringen - mit vielen tollen Ausflugszielen auch für kleinere Kinder in der Nähe! Toll ist natürlich auch der Hof selbst, wo mit Spielplatz, Trampolin und vielen Tieren immer für Abwechslung gesorgt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I had a very nice stay. Barbera was a delight to get to know. I enjoyed spending time talking with her and learning about the town of Elburg and the surrounding area. I even got to meet her neighbor, who has a son living in my hometown in the U.S. The room was very neat, clean and comfortable. I have stayed at a dozen AirBnB's and Barbera's breakfast was my favorite of all of my stays! Thanks, Barbera!

We had a great stay in Elburg , the room and bathroom were very specious , private , clean and thoughtfully equipped . The host , Barbera, was very friendly and helpful . We also had a lovely breakfast and loved the city ! Highly recommend ! We will definitely be staying there again ! Thank you !

Barbera is an excellent host! She knows the importance of treating customers and delighting them during their stay. Her background in Hospitality industry is clearly shown in her way of hosting guests. We even considered extending our stay for a second day even though we had booked it for one day. Whenever I go to Elburg, I would prefer to stay here.

We had a very relaxing evening and morning in Barbera's place. The room is big and light and the bed is huge and very comfortable. Barbera allowed us to put our motorbikes into her garage for the night which was great. Breakfast was plentiful in true Dutch tradition. The 10 minute walk into the historic town of Elburg took us to a variety of restaurants and cafes and a beautiful walk on the dyke surrounding the square moat around the old city. Very picturesque and peaceful! I highly recommend staying with Barbera if you are visiting the area.

Barbera is a very nice person and a very nice host, i liked my stay there more than in a big hotel.

Barbera is a great and flexible host who enjoys a nice conversation. The neighborhood is quiet and calm and a walking distance from the bastion of Elburg.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Barberas place for the Defqon1 weekend festival, for us it worked perfectly since it's quite close to Biddinghuizen. The bedroom is really bright, nice and clean. The toilet and shower (Also modern and nice) is next to the bedroom which is very convinient. There is a lot of space inte the room to unpack luggage. The area is calm and the apartment is walking distance from the beautifull old Town in Elburg. Barbera is a wonderfull and helpfull host, I would definitely recommend staying at her room when going to Elburg or events taking place in Biddinghuizen. Thanks for everything Barbera and we would love to come back next time we are going to Defqon1 :)

Cozy reception for a snug and cozy cottage in a quiet environment. Convenient base for hiking, walking and cycling. Cottage itself is lovely and very spacious, especially if you're with a friend.

A fine stay in a cute, cozy cottage with flea market items. It is fully equipped and includes a good breakfast. They are nice people and we have had a wonderful short stay after a day in the sauna.

Cozy, comfortable and cozy cottage in a quiet wooded area. Wonderful bed, good mattresses, only for tall people (> 1.90m) on the small side. Breakfast was fine, tasty sandwiches, eggs, etc. Well prepare yourself, but we were fine. Hospitable and friendly owners. Highly recommended, we would go so again.

Very cozy cottage has all the comfort you need. Breakfast can be found in the fridge and the bed was blissful. Small gifts (chocolates, beer, perfume) give you something extra stay. Everything has been thought. The reception was very friendly and you have all the privacy you could ask for while the occupants are still available, should you require them.
