Find Places to Stay in Oia on Airbnb

Not sure where to start, this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in to date. It’s exactly as in the pictures, perfect location, great size, authentic feel and incredible views. Angelo was a great Host, he gave us loads of tips on restaurants and locations to visit. The kitchen is fully equipped and we were given more than enough things to make breakfast and sandwiches. As I said the location is great! It’s in the middle of Oia so 5 minutes walk from the most popular sunset spots. Next door to a lovely little cafe/pizzeria (Best Baklava I have ever had) The Bus from Thira/Fira drops off a 5 minute walk away from the villa. We can not recommend this Airbnb enough. If we ever come back to Santorini we will be staying here again.

Very cute house, view is very good, location is also very good, very close to bus station, there is a restaurant called Skiza next to the house, the owner also prepared a rich fruit and other food, good value for money!

The landlord is very kind, and his reply is very timely. He often asks me if I need help or if I have any questions. He keeps a lot of food in the fridge, so guests can eat as they like, which is great. Since my bus did not leave until two hours after the prescribed check-out time, the landlord made thoughtful arrangements for me to delay the check-out for two hours and took great care of me. Oia is a very beautiful place and I enjoyed the evening here.

This was my first AirBnB experience, and I couldn’t be happier about my choice! Mariela is a really kind person and taught me interesting techniques, and I didn’t have any knowledge about watercolor. This experience is for everyone, if you don’t know anything about painting or drawing, Mariela will kindly teach you. It was a real pleasure to spend my morning with her, I felt relaxed. Even though it was raining, she found a way to carry out the experience and made me feel comfortable. You can note she actually IS a teacher (and a good one). Now I found an amazing and easy way to record my travel memories.

Watching the sunset in a hot tub with a glass of wine. Pure heaven. A great place to relax. Bed very comfortable with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the sun. A home away from home. A great workout as you climb the 152 steps to enjoy the town of Oia. Pano was a great host and quick in replying to requests.

Panos' cave house is exactly as advertised, but there really is no doing justice to the view of the sunset and Ammoudi Bay. A wonderful place to slowdown and watch the boat traffic. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast on the patio is an incredible touch. The porter who helped us with our bags was very accommodating, and Panos arranged for all transport (have cash$ to pay for this). All in all, a terrific stay in an indescribable locale. This “cave” as they call these cliff side homes was PERFECTION! From arrival to departure we were taken care of with car service and bag service to the room, which includes toting the bags up and down many stairs. The woman who provided daily cleaning and breakfast to us every day was very friendly and kind. The sunset view is breathtaking and likely the best on the island. We are also far enough away from the tourists that you feel secluded on your own private villa.Everything was very clean and well decorated with plenty of places for food and shopping within a very close walk. Our only con was that it would be nice to have some sort of sign saying “Private Area” or blockade (gate, rope) blocking off our patio because we did have random people come up into our area multiple times thinking they could go through the patio to get to somewhere else. Many of them villas near us had this type of small white gate but ours did not. I am so glad we booked this!

The cave house was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what we wanted. Everything was beautiful and the best sunset views. I hope to return one day and stay for longer.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it so much that we decided to stay here again. This is prime real estate and the views of the sunset are amazing. Panos is an amazing host. He was very flexible and allowed us to store our luggage as well as arranging the transportation since our ferry didn’t leave until late in the afternoon.

I had a fabulous time! The studio is perfect and the view amazing. Jackie is an incredible host and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I highly recommend staying here!

You won’t find a better host or a better view!

Paradise View! This is one of the best accommodations we've had so far. Not exaggerating but the view is to die for. I think staying at Jackie's place is one of the highlights of our trip. Will never forget waking up with the sea and the caldera in front of us. We didn't meet Jackie but she's been a very kind host. In terms of communication, she would sometimes respond within 1-3days (this was days/weeks before our booking with her) but when we were already in Greece, all our messages were responded to instantly. In fact, all our concerns during our stay were all addressed and we highly appreciate those actions. Expect that you do have steps to take going to and from the house, sometimes steep ones, but you'll encounter this anyway anywhere in Santorini. Not an issue to us but maybe for some people. We also requested for her to book a transport for us to and from the port/airport (our driver was so great!). Upon arrival, there was a porter who carried our luggage. Con: There was a thunderstorm on our second day so we had to roll down the cover for the balcony and that thing made a lot of noise. Sometimes it was startling. We also kept it down the whole night because the water might go inside the studio if it rained again. Overall, not sure if this review gives justice to the place but I swear I didn't want to leave and will surely be coming back.

Jackie's is a charming studio is right under the famous blue domes of Oia with a beautiful view of the caldera. We had the most wonderful time spending quiet mornings and evenings on the small balcony with the gorgeous beautiful view of the sea. Jackie was extremely helpful in arranging a pick-up from the airport and a porter to bring our luggage to the studio. We would love to stay with her again!

Perfect location. Make sure you meet colleague at second atm at bus stop as there are many. Huge help having porter carry our bags also.

The most romantic place in the world!:)

This apartment is a lovely and cosy studio - perfect for the 2 of us - literally right beside the Blue Domes. The views from our balcony were stunning and sunsets from the shared terrace were so amazing. Every morning, we would watch the sunrise from our balcony and drink coffee and eat breakfast; the studio's kitchenette is ample for making coffee and cooking breakfast. The studio is behind "private residents only" ropes so you don't have to jostle with tourists for the sunsets and was actually nice and quiet. The stairs down to the bathroom were quite steep but we enjoyed using the rope. There are many stairs down to the apartment but definitely manageable for us with all of our packs and luggage. Jackie was a great host; very prompt communication and clear instructions for us to find the place depiste our 3AM arrival. I highly recommend Jackie's place!

Words can not describe how special Laskarina made us feel for our anniversary. From start to finish she has been the greatest host we could ever ask for on our 5th year anniversary. Her place is phenomenal and location is exquisite. She went above and beyond to make our stay the best while we were in Santorini. Beautiful house with an exceptional view. The place is clean and has all the amenities needed. Laskarina even had an assistant to help us carry our luggage to the house and on check out day. I would totally recommend to friends.

Wonderful story behind this apartment. Remember to ask Laskarina about it. The stay at her apartment is definitely the highlight of our trip, very stylish - traditional architecture crossover modern luxury. Will definitely recommend my friends to stay there.

Unique and modern. Convenient (5 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and bus depot) at the top of the hill (not many stairs to climb), and a view that left us breathless every time.

Look no further - if you are looking to stay in Oia and be in the middle of the action and have a close proximity to everything Oia has to offer, stay here! The bed on the main level was amazing! We did not use the bed upstairs as it was only the 2 of us. I am hoping I can find the bed and purchase it for our home it was that great! The location is wonderful - you get to watch all the action below on the main pathway through Oia from the deck/balcony. It's a prime location to peacefully watch the sunrises and only about a 1 minute walk to the main sunset watching spot. If you walk further towards the windmill, you'll find some more spacious sunset watching locations which I would recommend. This location is also blocked from the wind so even on a super windy day, you don't have it too much and can enjoy sitting on the balcony. They have an amazing maid who comes and cleans the place daily and they update the towels and sheets every other day. You truly feel like you're getting the hotel experience, but with the luxuries of a home including a kitchen if you don't feel like eating every single meal out. The kitchen had all the cooking basics which was great for us as we ate breakfast here each morning and cooked a few lunches which we then ate on the balcony. Kyriakos, the owner of the cave house, stopped by on our 2nd day and helped us plan out the remainder of our trip which was super helpful as we didn't plan anything ahead of time. I truly can't say enough amazing things about this location! We will most certainly return and will stay again at this cave house!

Right off the main road in Oia. Balcony has great views - perfect for drinking wine during sunset and avoiding all the crowds.

Kyrakios was a tremendous host with a sparkling clean, beautiful home and sat down with us and gave us great tips on where to eat etc... and this location is only a 30 second walk to the Oia Castle where everyone goes to watch the most magnificent sunset we’ve ever seen!

Highly recommended! The space is a perfectly authentic experience for Oia and Santorini, and has a wonderful view of the Caldera. It was immaculate, and well appointed for comfort. The only thing to note is that the space is fairly open and semiprivate with one room on the first level and an open [and very small] staircase to a loft, and no doors. It was private enough for my friend and I to travel but something to be aware of. Tania was a responsive and helpful hostess, arranged for luggage service and transfers that made travel a breeze. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is better than the pictures and the hospitality is wonderful

Unforgettable views! The location is terrific right off the main area, right by all the cute shops and restaurant and all popular picture spots. We could easily walk down to Amoundi Bay or the sunset point. They host was great at recommendations and organizing all our transfers. It’s was just as pictured, very clean and spacious! We will definitely be back!

Tania’s place is amazing!! Exceeded my expectations. The space is beautiful and very roomy. We sat on the terrace every morning when we woke up to watch the sun rise, and every night before bed to watch the moon light up the bay. The staff at Lucky Homes was very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nicoletta was a wonderful host. Excellent with communication and very attentive to my friend and I during our stay. The location is otherworldly and I doubt a better location in Oia exists. We had such a magical time and would happily stay again!

This is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Such gracious hosts and a wonderful space with a great view!! Made our vacation absolutely amazing!

That view. Completely amazing and unbeatable. Coffee and watching the sun come up on the balcony every morning was unbelievable and the +/- 2 minute walk to watch the sunset from the lookout point was amazing as well. Fantastic location within easy walking distance of everything you’ll need. The hosts were so incredibly helpful with maps and tips to maneuver the somewhat labyrinth-like streets of Santorini and how to interpret the bus schedule/routes if I didn’t want to take a taxi to other towns. The daily cleaning service was also so appreciated. The biggest con was trekking in and out with my bag. Not the hosts fault AT ALL (they actually helped me carry things at arrival) but be prepared for the rocky streets that are often very steep with uneven stairs. A bit of a workout if your bag is large! This is to be said for anywhere in Santorini because all of the streets are this way, but worth the warning if you’ve never been :)

We highly recommend this cute little terracotta house! The view is simply amazing... We also had a relaxing time in Oia in February. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed so there were few people in streets and this was the laid-back feeling we were hoping to get.

Amazing Place to stay, with Beautiful views - Even in Winter!!

Nicoletta’s place has one of the best view in Santorini, we enjoyed very much the stay. We were awaken by the sunlight come into the room and the balcony is also facing south so we had great sunshine during the day . She also give us very detailed tips about things to do here, we’re very thankful of her hospitality. If we come back here again, will definitely choose her again.

Nicoletta’s property is incredible. Everything you’ve ever thought about Santorini exists in this beautiful property: the aesthetic of the decor, the seaside view, the charm of the surrounding streets. It was like waking up in the middle of a movie every single day. In addition to the beauty of the property, Nicoletta’s hospitality was INCREDIBLE. My boyfriend and I stayed in Oía during the off season and were nervous about navigating the towns (a lot of shops are closed and there are significantly less people on the island). Nicoletta sat down with us and gave a list of every restaurant and attraction that was open. It made our lives so much easier! I know people say this a lot, but my boyfriend and I WILL be returning to Greece and it’s because of people like Nicoletta. Do yourself a favor and stay in this magical place!

Absolutely AMAZING experience! Hard to put into words. Nicoletta was remarkably kind, generous, and hospitable to us. Arranged a shuttle for us, met us at the shuttle drop-off to escort us to her home through the adorable alley ways of Oia, and gave us a fascinating narrated tour along the walk! She made thoughtful recommendations and responded within minutes to the few questions we had during our stay. She even volunteered to have our e-visas before we left for Turkey. House was INCREDIBLE with some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. Watched sunsets from balcony with excellent espressos from her espresso machine. Treasure of an experience. I will stay here every time I visit!! I also want to send everyone I know to her!

This is my favorite ever AirBnB. We stayed two weeks which is longer than the usual guest (I'm told) in Oía, but never once wished for less time there. Not only is the location beautiful with a stunning view of the caldera to wake up to each morning, the house itself is very cozy with lots of comfortable space. The showers were fantastic, the kitchen more than enough for a holiday. Giannis is extraordinarily helpful. He helped set up our transfers, our car and our catamaran trip (which, btw, far exceeded our expectations!) and this was extra good because it would have been difficult for us to find the cave house the first time without it, but only because we were not familiar with the village's layout. He responded quickly and thoroughly every time we had questions and even took took the time to call us to check in to see if there was anything else he could do. His associates, Dana and Dimitri, were also incredibly warm and helpful with plenty of suggestions for out-of-the-neighborhood restaurants and beaches. The whole experience with Giannis and Hector Cave House changed our holiday from merely great to amazingly memorable. Thank you, Giannis!

This place really was spectacular.. it looks just like the photos. We had very high expectations and we were not disappointed. My wife and I stayed here towards the end of our 6 week honeymoon and this was our favourite accommodation of the whole trip. The thing that really put this ahead of the others was the hotel like service. Giannis was extremely responsive and attentive from the time we booked until the time we left. He arranged airport pickup and had his staff meet us at the drop off point and carry our bags through the small paths and stairs to the house. They gave us a detailed rundown of the area and activities and we received the same treatment on checkout. If you want to stay in a spectacular place while in Santorini this is the place to stay.

Hectors cave house is an amazing place to stay. Waking up and looking outside every morning was a joy we will never forget. The path outside gets so crowded because you’re in the area everyone wants to be so it’s nice to be able to escape the crowds and enjoy the sunset and views with privacy. The space inside is big and beautiful. A memorable stay we will never forget, one of the best ! Also 3 amazing hosts that were personable, carried our luggage to and from our meeting point, and answered any questions immediately. Highly recommend this Airbnb

This place is the most amazing location I’ve ever stayed at! The view is absolutely breathtaking! I usually don’t spend more time in my room than out and about but this place was the exception. Perfectly located in Oia, with parking close by, the hosts are great and go out of there way to be available when you need them and to show you things to do around the island. I will 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to create a picturesque iconic Santorini experience!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hector Cave House! Amazing hosts, stunning location, breathtaking views, immaculate interior... I could go on. Oh and the balcony with pool? So awesome. And it was actually more private than I was expecting. We spent 2 nights of our honeymoon here and enjoyed every minute. Thank you again to our amazing hosts. Highly recommend.

One of the best experiences was enjoying your morning on the terrace with a beautiful view of the caldera. Extremely calm and peaceful to watch the sunrise. At the same time we were close to the busiest area in Oia, not too far from a the best sunset view. You can also relax from a long day of walking in the private heated jacuzzi and watch the Caldera. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

This place is amazing. The place is as nice as the photos. The breakfast each day was enormous and varied delivered right to your patio. The views are stunning. It takes around 40 steps to the main area so bring decent shoes but that gives you a set away location. Giotta and Katerina were amazing. The arranged trips are worth it and include transportation. We loved our winery tour with Nikos and sailing with Vista Yachting. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. The pictures of Santorini are real; it totally looks like the pics you have seen. Want to come back.

Lava Caves actually exceed my expectations. It was a lot more generous than expected with both space and offerings. The photos (as amazing as they are) don’t do it justice. And obviously the view is mesmerising! The breakfast (which also can become your lunch) is wonderful. But of course the star attraction is the indoor/outdoor pool-spa! Can highly recommend!

We stayed as a couple for 4 days, the accommodation is amazing, located in a privileged enclave in a quiet area but very close to the main street, jacuzzi and spectacular views. It corresponds fully to what was announced. The excellent Lava Cava service. At all times they were aware of our needs, Katerina before the trip and Giota throughout the stay, they helped us with transportation, boat excursion and recommendations and reservations in very successful restaurants. We made all the dinners at sunset time in restaurants with spectacular views, it is a very good option to enjoy the “sunset” comfortably. Breakfast was served on time every day at the accommodation at the agreed time, very abundant and rich. In short, a luxury travel experience!

World class service and attention to detail. They brought us breakfast every morning at our cave and we sat out on the patio overlooking the caldera! This was an incredible value.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this spot, we could’ve spent all our time here and been happy! Definitely recommend to others and want to come back already!

If you are traveling to Santorini, you must stay at Lava Caves! The location is perfect if you are looking to stay in Oia, as this location is just a couple flights of stairs away from the main streets. The view from Lava Caves is nothing short of amazing. The customer service we received from Katerina was above and beyond what we ever expected! Between the heated jacuzzi, amazing views of the sea, a great complementary breakfast, and fabulous customer service, we would recommend Lava Caves to everyone!

Staying in Lava Caves truly feels like a resort experience. The staff takes care of you in a way I’ve never experienced through Airbnb. If you’d like, the staff will help arrange transportation to/from the port as well as other touristic experiences on the island. They were always close by when we had questions. We did have two power outages during our stay (one of which was a village-wide outage), but the staff was incredibly responsive and got it fixed as quickly as possible. Katerina even called halfway through our trip to chat and ask how we’ve liked everything. The space and the view is amazing- a true caldera view. The balcony is not totally private, but it does face a smaller, more secluded road, so we felt we had enough privacy. The free breakfast provided every morning was fresh and delicious. The staff was even able to accommodate our breakfast delivery time based on our preferences. You do have to walk quite a few stairs to get down to the AirBnb from the main road- we didn’t mind this at all, but someone with disabilities may want to find a home closer to the main road. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Lava Caves and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious way to enjoy Santorini.

This place was incredible and I would definitely come back! We really enjoyed having our own hot tub and the location was perfect. We walked the entire area and decided this location was the best view. The host even offered to arrange transportation for us, which was wonderful.

The landlord was very enthusiastic and helped us to carry our luggage the next day and also helped us clean up the garbage and told us the most beautiful place and time to watch the sunset

We like it! Sparkling clean, everything is the same as on the photos. Bonus: they got the jacuzzi working for us and we enjoyed outdoor hot tube at 8 degree zipping our soft drinks. Viktor the staff is very helpful n kind too.

It’s exactly how it looks like - a cave! And it’s very warm despite the terribly cold weather outside (we were there in January). The hosts are wonderful, we were always in touch and they were helping us a lot including the transfers and the luggage, which is very important on an island full of steep stairs everywhere. The place itself is amazing and the hot-tub is really always hot!

This place was amazing the most gorgeous views really clean everything was as described and close to great restaurants and markets. Definitely would stay again!

Thank you so much Victor for making our vacation so wonderful! It was much more than we expected! It was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and our excursions were easily accessible from Artia Mansion. We did a breathtaking hike along the cliff from Oia to Fira. We took a Catamaran Cruise to visit the volcanic caldera and got a chance to swim in the hot springs! He also made arrangements for a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. Great views and hospitality! We went for our honeymoon just for a couple of days and it was wonderful. Within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, and an easy bus ride to other parts of the island. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day.

We loved staying at Villa Armonia. The view was incredible, the unit immaculately clean, and soaking in the hot tub was a wonderful way to wind down the night. The breakfast was fantastic, as well.

Many Gluten-free Breakfast Options! I did not check packaging, but also did not get sick (I have Celiac). The breakfast is included with the room, and is more like a small restaurant Sunday brunch that you would find in the US than the cereal and yogurt cups on foam plates that are more the norm at US hotel chains. Real dishes, fresh espresso (the real boiler brewed variety), different options daily, hot/cold foods, juices. Terrific. Oh yes, and the room and the Hot Tub were fantastic. I am still grieving the loss 😭😭. This is the perfect choice for relaxation and privacy (sniff).

The moment we arrived I told my husband we would have to come back again some day! The location was absolutely perfect for us, we loved being so close to the center of Oia without being right in the middle of everything. We felt truly welcomed during our entire stay. The views from villa 1 are amazing! Highly recommend this room. All recommendations from anemomilos about what to do during our stay were amazing!!! Stay here!

We loved this villa! The view was outstanding, the place was so clean and big. There was an impeccable kitchen, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They offered great tips for things to do on the island. The sunsets at night were out of this world. The hot tub was perfect at night, sipping wine and gazing out at the water. What a gorgeous place! My husband and I had the best break away and the view was breathtaking - I'd recommend villa 2 (yellow) for sure. The staff were very accommodating and so friendly, made us feel really welcome. We had a couple of Instagrammers try to come towards the villa front to take pictures (pretending they were staying there!) but not enough to disturb our time there. The sunset was so amazing we stayed in one night and had dinner. Take me back!

The yellow villa was a wonderful place to spend our getaway - excellent location, clean and well looked-after, and our host Dimitris was incredibly welcoming. Having an amazing view of the sea and night sky from the nice warm jacuzzi out front was a particular highlight!

The photo doesn't really do the justice of the real property. The view is a killer! If you want to find inner peace or do some morning sunrise yoga, that is perfect spot. This apartment is in the middle of all the action in Oia but it’s a quiet oasis with incredible views. The apartment is the perfect size for two people and is really well appointed. We also loved working with Tania’s team from check in to booking activities - they were first class and recommended wonderful local options. They helped make our trip special.

The space was absolutely wonderful! We just spent the day in Santorini and we wanted a place to relax and take in the stunning views. Well Tania's place did the trick! The patio is absolutely beautiful with 180-degree views of the island. The place is located conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and beach access. Inside, the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a great relief from the heat! And although we didn't spend the night, the bedroom was cozy and quiet. We wish we could've stayed longer! Tania was excellent about communication and about setting up transfers for us to and from Fira. I definitely recommend this place!!

The pictures do not do the views justice. I believe this is the best view in Oia. We had a lovely stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. You need a day to simply sit outside and take in the beauty. Everything was smooth from the check-in to check-out. Kyriakos was helpful in recommending places to eat- we ended up going to breakfast and dinner based on his recs. You are central to everything in Oia here. The space is small but comfortable. Cleaning service is provided daily which was great. Many places in Oia with the beautiful views don’t have much privacy, as they are near the roads and often tourists can sneak in. Here you enjoy the most privacy possible with a gate that locks as well. Highly recommend Tania’s place!

This place was INCREDIBLE!!!!! The view is what dreams are made of, truly!! It is located on the main path of Oia, just steps away from the castle, stores, and restaurants; yet once you step through the gate it becomes a private oasis. It manages to be a quiet space with privacy from neighbors. We stayed here for a week and used the kitchen quite often to make some meals. The home came with pots, pans, electric burner, coffee maker, tea maker, spices, utensils , and really cute dishes! The best part was being able to sit out on that large wooden table and eat our meals while looking out at the most beautiful view! We loved the house and Kyriakos was the best! He was super helpful and met with us when we arrived. He was so kind to sit with us and pull out a map to list his recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and wineries. We ate at all of his recommendations and they were all delicious! He even invited us to his restaurant Roza's, which was amazing and such an authentic Greek experience! The vibes were great here, and our time in Oia was magical. We look forward to returning one day!

This place is AMAZING! We absolutely loved it. The location is phenomenal and Tania was super helpful on tips when we arrived on where to go/explore. I don’t know if we would’ve been able to find all these places had she not suggested them! Maids cane everyday and the view is out of this world. Would stay again.

I had never stayed in such an amazing room. We had a great time there. The host is really nice and friendly. The amenities were perfect and they were much better than I had expected. The view from the house was fabulous and we could see a beautiful sunset there as well.

Anemic House was the best experience! My wife and i choose anemic house for our honeymoon in Santorini. I give 5 stars (*****) to Dimitris. He is a charming host. Dimitris arranged transportation to and from the Santorini port ( euro 25 one way). He greeted me upon my arrival and assisted me upon arrival and departure to the area of the Villas. A brief walk of multiple stairs takes you to Anemi House. Well worth the walk! The cave house is an idyllic spot to enjoy and embrace the calm and beauty of Santorini. A spectacular view of the caldera and the Aegean Sea is available right from your front atrium. The home is quite a marvel with smooth, round warm walls. Dimitris is an artisan with his decorative modern details provided throughout the cave. Who could not resist a blue cave bath. Nearby is a wonderful restaurant called.... (Dimitris will share the name should you come)... with a world famous view of the blue domes, superb service and delicious food. I hope someday I can return to Santorini to stay again at Anemi.

Dimitris is amazing. Not only was his listing central and as described, his hospitality was exceptional. My bf and I arrived at 4am, he sent a driver and personally greeted us at the location. When he found out all of our luggage was lost by the airline, he provided us with snacks and clothing so we would be comfortable. During our stay, he called the airport non stop looking for our luggage, in addition, he checked in daily to make sure all of our needs were met. The Anemi housing is central to everything. The location of the house couldn't be more perfect, the front porch is the best spot to watch the Santorini sunset. As people arrived early to save their seat, we were able to sit on the front porch to watch the indescribable sunset. There are numerous restaurants nearby, the Amoudi bay is just down the cliff , and you definitely get the true Oia cave house experience. The Anemi house is exactly as described in the listing, Dimitris even provided a mobile phone in the event we needed to make any phone calls. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Dimitris and the Anemi house definitely made our experience incredible, one we will never forget. I can't thank Dimitris enough for everything he has done for us.

What a fantastic house, unprecedented service, friendship, and genuine concern for our well being. Dimitri is a class act and was the single differentiator of what could have been another general Santorini vacation to a truly memorable and touching stay. I always joked with him that he is my lost found brother for he epitomizes the adage "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". The cave house is pristine for two, and the artistic detail adds significant warmth that completely makes you feel at home. It doesn't hurt that everyone knows Dimitri so if in doubt just drop his name and your questions answered. Dimitris is a great host! He is nice and helpful. His appartment is clean and pretty! Although it was so windy in the winter of Santorini, we still enjoyed to stay in the cave house. I would recommend to my friends. You will see a beautiful sunset there!

Dimitiris is such a wonderful host - we are so blessed to be received by him! From the moment we step foot on Santorini, he carried our luggage on his shoulders while walking down the rugged steps; guiding us around this amazing house, introducing us to fantastic greek food; til the last day we checked out at 5am, he is even there to carry our luggage to the post office and arranged a taxi to airport. The service is top class! During our 4-night stay, he was available to make sure that we are comfortable. The cavehouse itself is such a jewel - we were told that every part of the house was intricately-decorated. In the mornings we are able to enjoy our breakfast overlooking the caldera from the balcony, with a lot of privacy too! During the evening time we have the exclusive view of the sunset to ourselves! People are climbing up to the Kastro castle for a good spot, but we have that PERFECT view just outside our house! Knowing that we are wine lovers, he also arranged a special visit for us to Sigalas Winery! This is so far the best airbnb we have stayed in, the perfect choice for our honeymoon. We look forward in coming back to Santorini again!

Great location, outstanding terrace and sunset views

The best part about this place is the location- the view is like a picture perfect postcard. John was easy to communicate with and arranged a porter to assist with our bags- given the stairs used to access the property I would say this is a must. We had a lovely stay.

Pretty expensive for the condition, even in the off season when 85% of the town is closed down. I would have liked it to be cleaner, but John was very gracious and allowed us to overstay on check out day due to our flight leaving later. Also excellent communicator. Quickly organized a transfer for us from the airport. Bed was very comfortable and the home warm despite cold weather. Very cozy. Just needs more attention to cleanliness.

John is a really good person and help us a lot for our staying! The house is good as well, which with a nice sea view! I believe it must be a good place to stay!

This was a beautiful place to stay. John is very accommodating even when out of town. He had somebody pick us up at the ferry docks and his cleaning lady was at the villa to let us in and show us around. It is right in the town of Oia with shopping and nice restaurants. Beautiful view just outside your door step. Travel desk very nice and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

This place exceeded all expectations. The place itself was beautiful and authentic with pretty much 3 balconies overlooking the most spectacular view. The location was perfect - we could walk to fantastic restaurants, cocktail bars overlooking the sunset and also a small bat to swim in. We could not have asked for anything better. We would definitely try and grab this place again. A massive thank you to the host!

This place is so beautiful and in such a great location you won’t want to leave your room! The view is stunning, with the iconic Santorini hills on either side. You don’t need to bother walking to the castle for sunset, we found it prettier from our balcony (while sitting in the pool). Restaurants and shops and everything you need are just up the top of the stairs. Perfect!

Fantastic location- shopping, sunset views, transportation and restaurants all just 5 mins walk. Artemia was a great host, responsive and flexible. The only issue we experienced was some technical problems with the hot tub temperature so unfortunately we were unable to use it but it was in the process of being fixed when we left.

We had a great experience at this villa. Host responded to all communication very quickly before arrival. Once we arrived, everything was very clean and well prepared. Fresh linens and towels. Eggs, yogurt, water and other basics were stocked in the fridge. Fresh bread was delivered every morning. The view is simply amazing. Nice balcony to sit outside and soak it all up. Highly recommended.

Perfection!! We loved everything about the rental; beautiful location, breathtaking views, authentic decor and personal service. Panos arranged everything to make our visit to Oia perfect. He handled our transportation on arrival and departure, porter to carry luggage up/down steps and dinner reservations. We even had the opportunity to spend the afternoon with him and another couple (who were also guests of his) on a sleek new boat touring the island. It was a fantastic way to spend the day swimming, enjoying a local Greek lunch on board and learning so much more about Santorini from Panos. He is the best host! I cannot recommend the Fisherman’s Cave highly enough. It was beyond a 5 Star stay!!

Superb stay. Fisherman's cave house is a great location to view sunsets away from crowds in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast with a view to the sea was serene. Close to great restaurants and quaint shops in Oia. Very well maintained and clean cave house. Really enjoyed our stay.

Maria’s apartment has the views that are absolutely stunning. Centrally located within Oia, there are amazing cafes and restaurants nearby for all your meals. The amenities within the apartment are adequate for a comfortable stay and they have arranged for housekeeping, which is a bonus. Special shoutout to Anastasia for greeting me at the taxi stand and arranging for a porter to help carry my backpack to the accommodation. There is great communication via WhatsApp that allowed me to feel safe as I was a solo traveller. This apartment is perfect for individuals or couples. Do note that there are many steps to climb to reach the main walkway as it is located at the mid section of the cliff face. Take it as a form of exercise!

Unbelievable view, the best hospitality I have ever had. From a porter meeting me at my car and carrying my case to and from the apartment, to amazing hospitality from my own personal host (Anastasia) who whatsapped me loads of cool tips and pin locations of where to go. I travelled alone but I didn’t feel alone atall. The apartment is literally a perfect white cave. It’s so cute! I had breakfast and dinner on my balcony with the best view ever. Highly recommended. Perfect location, quiet yet still in the middle of the best part of the island.

Maria's place has a spectacular view. For the value, you are getting a great deal. It is a bit small but has all the amenities that are needed including a small electric stove, sink, larger bathroom - perfect for 1 or 2 people. The stairs are quite a bit for your luggage, but if you arrange for a driver they assist you in carrying your luggage up the stairs which is much needed and appreciated. It was also nice that it would be cleaned daily, which is not an amenity that all AirBNB's have. Overall I would highly recommend.

Maria’s place is a perfect location in Oía! About 100 steps away from all the shops and restaurants, and right under the iconic blue domes. Great communication!

Excellent location! Beautiful view. Right in Oia Village. You can see the blue domes from the balcony! The porter service was extremely helpful to carry the luggage to and from the property. Maria was very responsive and a great host!

Casa Sofia is in an excellent location. The views are incredible. Beds and AC comfortable. Bathroom is outside of main portion of house but this is typical of most cave homes. We were able to store our luggage before and after check out. And the process for both was very easy. We were received by a member of the staff upon arrival and walked down to the property. There is also a bottle of water provided which was really nice after the climb down. Maria also helped to coordinator transportation from the property to the port for us. And that was also a seamless process. A negative of this property is that several of the images from the link are not of the actual space. We were really excited to sit on the blue chairs for sunset that are featured multiple times on the page, but they are actually not a part of this rental. Really disappointing.

Great host! Helped arrange an amazing wine tour and got me a dinner reservation at sunset in Ammoudi Bay! The view from the house is stunning but it does require walking up and down some steps to get there.

Location, location, location!!! The views are outstanding and the location is right below the blue dome church! The patio was perfect for a late night glass of wine and dinner which also allowed us to witness a fireworks show on the opposite side of the island! Santorini is full of stairs, so I can imagine it would difficult to get to if you have knee issues. But other than that I'm so glad we booked Casa Sofia!!!

Maria's apartment allows one or more unusual nights in a typical Cycladic house, in the heart of the beautiful village of Oia. The view is beautiful, the perfect location, the apartment is clean and very well thought! Only downside to our stay: no welcome by Maria herself but welcome by Giota who certainly came to get us, but had a very haughty and cold, and gave recommendations very quickly. (We did not have to be smart enough for her ...). Apartment for rent for its location and originality!

Our stay at the Soul Cave House was great! It was in a great location for the Oia area and was a few steps away from the main pedestrian of shopping and restaurants. Ef greeted us and showed us to the house and gave some great local tips about the area. There is free parking about an 8 minute walk away. The house was clean and I would definitely stay here again!

Strategic location! Only 5 mins walk from the famous Oia castle to enjoy sunset. Plenty of restaurants around, supermarkets, bus terminal and everything else! This air bnb was awesome! Amazing veiw and the hospitality was AMAZING! Everyone was so nice and easy to contact and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing is that bed is very very firm just so you know for your stay. The whole place was clean and cool through the day and night and in a perfect location.

This house was a dream! The style alone is simple, inviting, and beautiful. It is private and quiet when you want a slow morning puttering and enjoying coffee, but only steps away from the bustling coast when you want to watch the sunset from atop one of the many restaurants nearby. (Our favorites being Skiza and Thalami) Manolis and Morgan were quick to respond when we needed help, left us plenty to eat, offered service with a smile, and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy when we arrived. We loved this house so much it was often a struggle to decide whether to go out and explore or settle in on the balcony and watch the sun go down. We can’t praise this place enough. Exceptional hosts, exceptional cleanliness. The location was perfect and we soon discovered, upon exploring the rest of the island, that we picked the best spot possible. Stay here, you won’t regret it! 💛

Straight out of a interior design magazine! The place is just as shown in the pictures. Location was great, close enough walk to everything but slightly off the beaten path so that everything was still quiet and free of crazy pedestrian traffic. The restaurant and wine bar they suggested next door to the house ended up being our favorite places in Oia. The only thing I would say is don't expect to see the full sunset from here. You can definitely get the beginning of the sunset (and the colors are still majestic) but you don't catch a full clear sunset from here. We did one evening of sunset here with a bottle of wine and one with the crowds to catch the full thing. Definitely recommend this place!

Manolis and Morgan's place is fantastic. Right in Oia - everything you need in the city is a quick walk away. The flat is spacious with a lot of light and a great view of the sea. They were very accommodating, meeting us at the bus station, carrying our things, providing water and welcome beer and providing suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend for your visit!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay if visiting Santorini. We loved our visit to Oia and staying here definitely enhanced our whole experience. The hosts are wonderful, the location is perfect, and the house is beyond beautiful.

The cave was specially designed. It was an unique experience living in Oia. The place required a bit of walking down from the main road but the view was worth it. It was on the tip of Oia.

This view is amazing! It is a bit of a walk and a lot of steps to get to and from this place, but it is worth it! The house is nice. The shower is odd but works. The view is worth every penny though.

The best views of the caldera with incredible twilights to look forward to!! A cozy cave house that felt isolated and private

This cave house is in the most scenic cove in Oia. The view from the porch and steps are incredible. It is pretty far down the cliff face from the ridge which makes it private with very few if any day tourists walking by. However, there are a lot of steep steps, so think twice if you have mobility issues with stairs. We utilized help from Fanis & Tina to provide a driver from the airport and porter (Tim) to carry luggage down to the villa. Communication and logistics were good. I gave Tim a well deserved generous tip, he’s a work horse and very friendly. Fanis and Tina provided a concierge, Catherine, who was helpful booking activities and making dinner reservations. She was very responsive and communicated well with us using WhatsApp texting. The villa had a welcome bottle of local white wine which was a nice touch. The cave house is very unique and depicted well in the listing photos. This is a great place to stay in Oia so do not hesitate booking. Have fun!

Artemia's place is both the icing and the cake to your stay in Santorini. The location is so fabulous that you dont even need to leave the terrace to enjoy the beautiful central view of Oia. And with all the amenities such as a jacuzzi, it is the epitome of relaxation. Artemia is a superhost for a reason. She helped us get from the ferry to the apartment with no problem, and organized the sunset boat cruise we were interested in. My husband and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a 5 star experience from moment of booking and it has reset my expectation of a wonderful Airbnb experience. Artemia and her staff were amazing, from escorting us to the property, to keeping it sparkling day and night. Having fresh fruit and breakfast provided, such a beautiful location to gaze at all day we did little more than relax. Artemia helped arranged port transfers, she organised the most amazing cake for my mums birthday and was responsive to any queries. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here - location was straight off the main Oia pedestrian street, privacy protected by sail shade clothes .. just perfect. Can’t praise artemia or the stunning cave house experience enough.. with the bonus of the plunge pool for much needed cool off in Greek summer.

There are too many spectacular things to say about this listing, but the main point is the view. You will never want to leave and you’ll be in danger of spending your whole vacation on the pillow-chairs on the private terrace! Spectacular and hands down the most stunning place I’ve ever been. The cave house was beautiful and so unique, with all the things you could need for a stay. Artemia was a perfect hostess and was always accessible for restaurant or tour suggestions. The one thing we wished for during our stay was a comfier bed - the mattress was very hard and we tossed and turned quite a bit each night. But all else more than made up for that :) beautiful home!

Right in the middle of every postcard. Minimal amount of steps. Hosts provided best tips for sailing package with a little discount. A hidden gem on the main walkway with privacy. Steps to shopping, restaurants, bars. A view better in person than pictures.

Artemia is the perfect host. Very responsive and understanding. The accommodation is typical with a breathtaking view. The accommodation is very well located. The one and only problem is the neighbors who can block our privacy. A big thank you for this fantastic trip!

A beautiful place to stay with an incredibly kind and responsive host

Artemia’s lovely home was one of the best I’ve stayed at; it was in the perfect location to explore Santorini, relax and enjoy the view, and to completely lose yourself in Oia. She was so communicative and arranged transportation to and from the airport. She had a cleaner to come and tidy the place every day, and to bring fresh bread daily. The home was well stocked with water and some snacks. It was clean, and there the air conditioning worked well. The place is stunning; there were two balconies and two hot tubs for the two properties located there. You can slightly hear the other guests, however, most of the time spent is outside the property admiring the view and exploring the island, so it’s never an issue. If you’re looking for the perfect place and view on Oia, book this property! I would recommend it to everyone I know visiting Santorini. Its location is below where all the tourists wish they stayed. You can see them looking down and hear them talking about this perfect place to stay. I will return :-)

In the heart of the town but in a secluded area which has direct views of the Caldera sunset with a nearby windmill. The place is suitable for two people and has its own terrace. My wife and I enjoyed having takeaway food and enjoyed the sunset. All restaurants are nearby and Oia is stunning. We went off season so perfect for taking some great shots of the village. Ageos was a great host and allowed us to stay a while as we had a late flight. Also recommend a pick up option to and from the airport. Excellent thought. All in all a splendid vacation. Would definitely return.

Ageos was an excellent host. He made sure we had everything we needed and communication was fantastic. Ageo's place was lovely and set in a terrific location, handy to all restaurants etc on Oia. We did not have to walk far to take in the sunset, missing the crowds. It was a very comfortable place to stay in beautiful Santorini.

My partner and I just spent 4 days on santorini in beautiful Oia at Ageos’s lovely place. The views from the bedroom window are amazing and to be able to watch the fantastic sunsets from the comfort of your own bedroom is really something! Ageos and his driver Tasos were always happy to help and always on hand via text. Oia itself felt very safe and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. You will definitely get some exercise whilst there especially if you make the long walk down to Amoudi bay - 200 and something large steps! The place itself was nice and cosy with a lovely terrace area to watch the sunset - definitely a prime spot next to a really nice restaurant and not far from a pool too! The bed was a bit too hard but apart from that everything else was perfect.

Lovely unique house at what felt like the end of the world with toning but ocean and sunset on our doorstep. The little de house was very cute and the little walled garden allowed us to grab a takeaway mixed grill and watch an amazing sunset away from the crowds. Oia is a stunning place and this was a great place to stay.

Perfect location just outside of all the hustle and bustle of Oia. Transportation was arranged through a driver Tasos who also offered suggestions on things to do. He was available to take us to a winery and picked us back up , for a fee. The place was perfect for 3 nights. We watched the sun set from the porch. The bed was pretty stiff and not having a shower curtain made the bathroom slippery. However, i would recommend staying here !

We loved to stay at Panos's place so much !! The location is very convenience and the house is clean and nice. We liked the design too. It's so nice to have a Jacuzzi with great view! And the rooftop is super chill. We have six cute cats stayed at our backyard with us. We liked those cats and just feel here is like a home! The only thing we didn't like about this house is there is no TV and a whole body mirror. If it's a short stay should be no problem. But for a girl I hoped to have a mirror. It's very lucky to stayed at here for our vacations. Panos is very kind he gave us many good suggestions about Oía. We really enjoyed staying at the Panos House !! The location is convenient and the house is clean and beautiful. We also like this design. It's great to have a jacuzzi with a good view! The roof is also very relaxing. We have six lovely cats living with us in the backyard. We love those cats and it feels like a home here! The only thing we didn't like was that there was no TV and no full-length mirror in this house. If it is a short stay, there should be no problem. But for a girl, I want a full-length mirror. I'm so lucky to be here on vacation. Panos was friendly and he gave us a lot of good advice about Oia.

Everything is perfect

Great location.. panos is an awesome communicator.. his breakfast is beyond awesome!Every detail taken care of. .. just have to ask. Pack light! Not much of a place to store clothing if you are a larger group. No place to unpack.. must live out of suitcase... we used the living room which would not do well if there were a party of 4. Also be certain the party can climb steep stairs. Elderly may have challenges as we found out. Panos arranged porters. They were a godsend. We could not have gotten our luggage up the stone staircase. Enjoyed out trip immensely. Cant say enough good things about Panos, although we never got the opportunity to meet him.

The Volcano Cave is the PERFECT place to stay in Oia! It's located above the main walking path, which gives you much more privacy than most other places there. Oia can get pretty crowded at certain points and it was so nice to come back to our peaceful, private home base at the end of the day. At the same time, the location is also right in the middle of everything - walk down the steps and you're in this bustling town, with easy access to any restaurant or shop! If we come back to Oia, we'd absolutely stay here again just for the location. The house itself is beautiful and simple, perfect for a relaxing honeymoon. The private plunge pool was amazing and we loved having the breakfast delivered every morning! Can't say enough about how amazing our experience was at this Airbnb. Panos is a great host and he made our visit to Oia so easy and enjoyable!

This place in Oia is everything you need!!! Panos is a great host who makes all of your arrangements and takes care of anything you may want. The place itself is so picture perfect with spectacular views not to mention right in the middle of Oia!! Couldn’t ask for anything better. And the yogurt for breakfast ... soooo yummy!! Would recommend anyone to stay and would definitely go back my next time in Santorini!! :)

We just left the property today and already miss it. We were a group of 4 (2 couples) and really enjoyed our stay. The property is in an excellent location with beautiful views. You’re right on top of Oia without being in the crowds below. The stairs are pretty steep but the island is full of stairs so it’s to be expected. The breakfast was wonderful and the place was kept very clean. Panos checked on us several times and even met us for a meal, which was a very nice and personal touch. He gave us great information, tips for Santorini and ideas for our venture into Mykonos. Thank you, Panos. We would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular-we loved our stay so much! Right in the heart of Oia with the most stunning views. The villa is so charming and you can see the amount of care that went into its restoration. Also, despite being right in the thick of things, it stays surprisingly quiet inside. Breakfasts were such an added treat. Thank you for a wonderful 3 days!

This place is spectacular! The location is perfect- in the heart of the old town but up a few steps so you can be quickly out of the busy streets. The plunge pool was great to cool down in, and the rooftop terrace gave us a beautiful Santorini sunrise experience. The Volcano Cave has everything you would need and is such a stylish, clean space. Panos and his team made sure everything about our stay was fantastic, and there is a beautiful fresh breakfast delivered to your door and laid out every morning. We all agreed that this stay was the perfect end to our Greek Island vacation.

The place was very nice! The Hot Tub was perfect after a long day of walking around. Since it’s off season, my friend and I really enjoyed shopping near the capital. There were great places to eat and wonderful cafes. Haris responded very quickly when we reached out with questions. Sammy was wonderful and helped us carry our bags to the room. Also the shuttle service driver was excellent! I would highly recommend this place!

Absolutely stunning view and perfect location right off the main road and one of the only open restaurants in the winter. They helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport and even carried our luggage up and down the steep stairs! This was a very neat place to stay. I highly recommend.

Incredible cave house with such impressive views. My wife and I were mesmerized by the balcony, deck. The house is comfortable. Viktor helps with the checkin and responds quickly as he was around Oia during the days. He arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. Highly recommend, look no further.

The place was excellent! We loved the hot tub and thought it was the most perfect place to hang out at night. There was a great coffee shop nearby for us to pop in and bring back to have lunch on the patio.

The house has a great view first of all. It is a cave house, and is located just a minute away from the blue dome, viewpoints, restaurants and shops. It’s very accessible. It’s a cozy place with a hot tub that overlooks the magnificent ocean in front. The house is also cleaned every day. We loved our stay here :)

We got into Oia early and Mary was able to meet with us a bit early. She was very kind and explained everything in detail. It rained one night and the brakes shut off. She responded quickly and we had everything working in no time. The place was very cute and clean! We were able to buy wine, bring it back and drink while watching the beautiful sunset. There was plenty of bottled water in the fridge for us and there were cleaning services everyday to give us fresh towels and clean everything. The jacuzzi was kept on in case we wanted to go in. Mary recommended many places to us to eat in Oia and explained how to get around the island to see the other parts Santorini had to offer. Thireon houses was perfect, clean, and we had our very own private view of the sunset every evening. It was perfect. Thank you Mary and Thireon Houses!

Magic place

This place is AMAZING. The best part about it is the private lofted patio that gives you the perfect vantage point for seeing the Santorini sunset every night. You'll get envious glares from folks trying to see around the walls, while you comfortably sit on a memory foam sunbed. It is truly a wonderful home and that is just the location and outside. When you get inside the place is everything you could imagine-sparkling clean white and beautifully designed with lots of space is the common areas and bathroom. Drinking water bottles are also provided by the host and the accommodations for travel (to and from the airport) and tours (catamaran with pickup) made the vacation smooth and without thought. I loved this place, it made our trip. The only thing i would say is that the Jacuzzi functions more as a pool, it isn't too hot, so if you want to use it like a jacuzzi make sure to tell them when you check in because you can't manually change the settings.

The house is beautiful with private jacuzzi. It is the most beautiful location to enjoy the sunset in Oia at my private jacuzzi. Definitely would come again! It's prefect.

Decent value for Oia - there were two of us but, the accommodation could easily fit a group or family. The space was clean and the host responded quickly to all inquiries - also provided local recommendations. The view of the sunset and added bonus of the hot tub made the accommodation a good value for Oia and I would highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful place to stay with a beautiful sunset. There were a few things missing such as a knife in the kitchen and tea towels. But it was a great location and the photos are what you get. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout the trip.

This place is amazing! Right over the famous blue tombs. There aren’t many stairs like other houses in Oia so you won’t get tired of leaving the apartment. Everything is closed by! Even a pharmacy just in case you need it. Danae welcomed us warmly. She quickly responded to our quiries. Thanks for everything. I would love to stay here again.

Visited in Feb 2020 and had an amazing and relaxing time. Thireon House is in one of the best locations in Oía Santorini. The views from the balcony are amazing! Perfect spot to have your own private photo shoot.

This place was fabulous! The host was very friendly, meeting us for checkin and having our bags taken to the room for us. He was very friendly, and helpful with all the information we needed. The home is in such an amazing location, hence why all the tourists want to take photos here. The home is well appointed, spacious, and cozy with comfortable beds and bedding. The only regret for our trip was that we didn’t stay longer. Highly recommend this spot!

This was the BEST Airbnb I could have asked for. If you've been on Pinterest, and seen pictures of Oia, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY. You can access places no one else can and its the view in all postcards, in all pictures, in all Instagram posts, and it's incredible. I could not believe the house. My favorite travel blogger had posted a picture of Oia, and apparently she and her husband had snuck unto THIS Airbnb for the shot! So if you don't want to sneak around for good pictures just book this place and get in the middle of all the action. Such a great house! So big, two separate areas if you are with two groups, and the best view - we watched sunset from our Airbnb every night without having to fight the crowds. SO GOOD.

This place is a dream come true! The location, the view, the house, everything! You won’t regret to stay here!! Close to the main street, maybe 30 steps down the caldera, we went with a 64 and 74 years old and they managed it without problem. The staff really kind, they met us at the post office, helped with the luggage and showed us the house and gave local recommendations. Really nice bedroom in the second floor. Just so you know, the bathroom of this room is not conected directly and you have to go outside to use it. Never mind, this place is perfect no matter what. If you have the chance, stay in here!!

The views truly are gorgeous and this house is right underneath the iconic 3 blue domes. Lots of steps to get here (and anywhere in Oia!) so just be mindful of that. Jackie was excellent at helping us arrange for porters (to carry the luggage up the steps!) and car hires so that we could get from the airport and to the port when we needed to. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this location!

Jackie's place was amazing! The view from our patio was absolutely stunning. The place was spacious and very clean. Jackie was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. A binder included some tips for places to eat and must see attractions. Jackie arranged pickup and drop off to and from the airport. Our driver was very kind. All and all it was a five star experience!

Terrific. The view is better than promised. Stunning. Sitting on the deck with your morning coffee or happy hour libation is worth the price of the house. We expected that a cave house would be claustrophobic. It was not. The living room and bedroom were remarkably sizable. The kitchen is tight but everything else is comfortable. The living room has two couches that can be used as beds. With kids it might be okay but four adults it would be tricky - the bathroom is through the master bedroom. For a couple the space was awesome. Jackie was terrific to deal with. Like pretty much everywhere in Santorini there are lots of steps.

Great experience! The room is large, tidy and fun. The green plants in the house grow very lush, showing the taste of the landlord and the love of the house. Outside the window, the sea, the blue-roofed church has a panoramic view and is pleasing to the eye. The landlord is very friendly and friendly, and all the details and recommendations needed to visit Santorini are handwritten! Awesome

Beautiful, clean, well decorated, spacious and extremely well located apartment with stunning sea views. However the terrace could be dangerous for young children and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or having difficulties with stairs. Jackie is welcoming and always available. Words cannot describe the view and location of this Airbnb. It’s breathtaking to sit on veranda and look out to the caldera. Simply stunning. Booking was easy and communication with host prior to stay, during, and upon check out was easy and efficient. Upon arrival we were met by host and received lots of great information about place, local activities, and dining options. Our party of 4 (2 adults, 2 teen girls) slept very comfortably and there was plenty of room both inside and out. There are shaded and sunny seats outside with lots of room to relax or even take a meal out. Bathroom was large, shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen is adequate with fridge (we took leftovers home for later), small oven (did not use), coffee maker (stocked with coffee), and sink- perfect for snacks and breakfast. However, better idea is to order out for breakfast the night before and have it delivered (host will leave info). Maid service was mid morning every day and greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend this cave home to anyone looking for the best view in Oia, as our driver from the airport said, “you don’t have A view from the home.... you have the BEST view.” You will not find better! Thank you Jackie for hosting us during our unforgettable stay in Santorini!

I don't even know where to start... If you are looking to find a place that checks all the boxes of the true Santorini experience this is the place! The pictures don't lie. The view right outside the front door is as amazing as the pictures show, but so much more. Nicoletta and her daughters were wonderful to work with from the moment we booked our trip and throughout our stay on the island. We were greeted by Christina and Alexandra who showed us how to navigate through Oia and offered many suggestions of things to do and places to eat around Santorini. The cave house was beautiful inside, clean, and every detail was well thought out. You can't go wrong staying here!

Very clean place, wonderful bed, had good night sleep. Wonderful to come back after long day to a bed made up, and place cleaned up. Nicoletta is caring about your comfort and wants you to have a great time, good communication. We enjoyed Unobstructed view from the terrace. Everything was just perfect for us. My wife and I really liked the place and had a memorable 20th year Anniversary.

Nicoletta was gracious enough to arrange us a driver, who tracked our late flight, and meet us in Oia where she had someone else take our bags while she described some history about the island. She also called restaurants to see who was still serving food because our flight arrived so late and walked us to dinner. At dinner, she gave us a full packet of descriptions for local businesses not only in Oia but in other towns on Santorini. The cave house was beautiful and comfortable and felt like a dream. She has espresso and every other amenity we could have needed ready at the property. Someone came by each day to empty trash and make the bed, which was a nice touch. The location was excellent and the view can’t be beat. An all around lovely experience. Thanks Nicoletta!
