Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

In addition to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can enjoy shopping and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of three bed cities! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have a private entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is possible for 13 euros pp. Please note : the bed cities are smaller than a double bed . The 2 bed cities in the room are 200x115 and the bedstee in the kitchen is 190x120
