Passage for one night, we decided to stop at the Verdier family who offered us a welcome beyond our expectations. It was a great moment of exchange we renouvellerions again! The room was spotless as the rest of the house. A good place if you want quiet and be received like visiting friends.

Gregory is very friendly and communicates well with his hosts. The room is quite large, bright and clean. and decent breakfast for the price.

Greg was a wonderful host. Communication and check in/check out were great and flexible, and we enjoyed our conversations with Greg, his dog's lovely nature and the delicious breakfast with juices and coffee/tea. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. Would highly recommend!

This is a perfectly situated home in the center of everything. This bright and spacious studio is very clean and comfortable offering guest a pleasant stay. The hosts were kind and gracious to ensure that all went well from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place!

it is located in the city center, in a picturesque building. The two inputs (one in the center and the second through the gardens) take us into a stairwell decorated tastefully by all owners. The apartment itself is warm and elegantly decorated. It offers all the comfort for a pleasant stay. And it is a few minutes from the lake.

I had a wonderful stay in this very cute and very well located studio. Via and Alex were very quick to answer and very kind. The place is perfectly clean and far bigger than I expected. A home away from home perfect for a restful relaxing weekend!

We had a wonderful week in Evian. The small apartment is located right on the pedestrian area, to sleep, it is at the back, however, completely calm. The apartment is not only tastefully decorated, but also very well thought out. As we pursue an ecological lifestyle as possible, we took the train to Lausanne and took from there the boat to Evian. From the port, there are only a few minutes walk to the apartment. There is even an organic supermarket in Evian. In addition, the same 2-3 min is behind the house the Evian source. Excursions we did with local buses to Geneva and in the nearby mountains. In Thollon and Bernex has a beautiful view. We have borrowed snowshoes and have migrated and have then relaxed over a beer at the hut. Overall, it was very relaxing, have prepared well thanks to the great way Via and Alex the apartment!

Great location. The view of the lake is amazing. You can do swimming, bicycling, fishing, jogging, kayaking, and BBQ. The apartment located just across the street, you can just wear the swimsuit and take a tower for swimming. This place is very relaxing and next time I would stay longer. The host is very nice. The only issue is not as clean as I expected.

The apartment is very cozy, just by the lake. Everything exactly like the pictures, house with 2 bedrooms (one on the first floor and above with a staircase) but very comfortable, we had a wonderful time in 4. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. Outside it was cool but the house was always well heated and was glad to return in the evening. With a quiet walk along the lake in 15 minutes you are in the center of Evian. We were greeted by Veronique who was very kind, he expected, explained everything of the house and its surroundings and we had left something for breakfast. House comfortable and clean, definitely recommend!

We had a very nice weekend in the apartment Nora and Patrick, the lake view is perfect, the area is beautiful and the property is ideally located for exploring the area. We were very well received by Veronica, a friend of the couple, which was also very good advice on places to visit ... again!

Sandrines place is a little bit of heaven. From the cosy cellar to the Nice garden and the great view over Lausanne, from a bench across the street. A Nice little Walk through the little village and you Are Down by the beautiful promenade. Sandrine and her husband Are such Nice people and er give our Best recommendations.

Sandrine showed me around the room and got me acquainted with where things were, how they worked, and made sure I knew to reach out to them if I needed anything. The listing was what I expected: a quaint, cozy room fully separated from the home. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, situated in the hills of Neuvecelle. Unfortunately my stay was very brief so I didn't get to explore much of the area around, but if I pass through again I will certainly reach out to them.

Sandrine is very friendly and easy to communicate. The ceiling of the room is a bit low (I am 187cm in height). Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Mireille was a fantastic host, from the very start when I had to reschedule my booking due to a conflict that occurred at my work, to the arrival day where she had appointments but early in advance organized everything for us to be ready and available, to the "real arrival day" after we had spontaneously decided to come another day late... We had so many changes but she always accommodated and never complained, I felt bad about our initiated changes but she made me feel it wasn't a big thing. Thanks for that. On top she did provide a baby bed after I had initially told her we had a 2y old - wasn't a request by us, she simply did it by herself. Great! Not to forget her English skills! We don't speak French, so we were a bit afraid how it all will play out, and our first email contact was based on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Translate. But Mireille replied in very good English, and also when we were on site she was really easy to talk to and reply in English. So don't be afraid if you speak no French. Unfortunately during our last night we had a medical issue with our 2y old, so we asked her for the nearest hospital - and immediately she offered to come with us. She stayed the whole time with us, translated and organized so we did get the best and fastest medical treatment. This was outstanding and we are overwhelmed by her kindness. She truly cared about us, and also asked next day if everything is now fine or if she could help further. We couldn't be more grateful. The apartment itself is spacious (we stayed with family of 4), and especially the kitchen has everything (and more) of appliances you could imagine. There is a whole storage room full of devices, all for the guest to use - you won't need to bring anything! The living room is modern (all in white) but comfy as well. Bathtub even has a whirlpool included, and is located at a window with a view to the lake. There is also enough space to park your car at the premise, even a larger one (we have an X4). Only thing to note is that you should not be a giant to be in that apartment. It is the roof space and therefore a bit lower, the roof has edges and curves, which looks good, but if you are a +1.90m you have to take care not to smash your head at the ceiling edges. Don't get me wrong, you can absolutely stand clear in any kitchen area, or living room, or other rooms, but due to the ceiling having these edges and curves there's some minor corners to take care of your head :) Btw there is a large grocery store just about 10 car min away. It was our first AirBnB experience and it was so good others will follow.

One of the nicest experience I have ever had during my trip and stayed with Airbnb hosts. The place is beautiful and apartment is clean and well equipped. My family loves the place. Mireille and her husband are very welcoming to us. Dogs are very cute and friendly. They were quiet and don't bother my stay at all. The house is on good location and nice bathtub with whirlpool. Its on 2nd floor with staircases. Mireille prepared information for tourist places nearby. I went to yvoire village per her recommendation and couldn't agreed more. It was a very lovely place for site seeing. Thank you and we hope to come back again soon to your place

Mireille's house is located around 1 hours away by driving from Geneva and is perfectly located if you want to visit Montreux, Lausanne and Geneva along the Lake Leman ( the Geneva Lake). Mireille and her husband, Guy, welcomed us with great warmth when we arrived. They provided us with some beverages and pasta since we were so late when we got there. The place can accommodate four people comfortably, with all kitchen utilities. Mireille lives right the next door and responded to our questions very timely. Her daughter came over to help us using the washing machine when she was not available. At the time we were ready to leave, my wife mentioned she wanted to visit Evian for the famous spring water. Mireille gave here a beautiful collective vase of Evian water from year 2004 as a souvenior. What a memorable gift! We definitely recommend mireille's house for staying if you want to visit the area.

Mireille was a great host and her apartment was perfect for our use and the area around is fantastic. Mireille greeted us with wine and chocolate, well beyond our expectations. She had also prepared a folder for us that included many interesting things to do and see in the area, this was very helpful and made our 2 day stay more enjoyable and memorable as we were able to pick things we wanted to do more easily. Would highly recommend a visit to the area and Mireille's place is great for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. We hope to come back some day and spend more time. Thank you.

Mireille and Guy were very welcoming hosts. They made us feel very at home. They were very accommodating with key pick up time. They were very friendly with our three kids and even had a baby bed (pack n play crib), kids games and left a bowl of chocolate Easter eggs for them.

functional accommodation away from the center but the pedestrian streets of the old town are 5 minutes away on foot! Studio bright, lovely shower room brand new; bedding can be a little tired. A + significant, parking.

The host greeted us in a very kind and drove us to the apartment. To host an organizational problem, the apartment was not what we had booked but Fred was kind, there has procured another equally beautiful and in the same building. The apartment is very clean, is tastefully decorated and the bed is comfortable. The location is strategic because it is located right in the center of Evian, the promenade closed to traffic. Parking in Evian is complicated: the significance of the blue stripes, red and white stripes stripes is to interpret and Fred will surely help you. The only drawback is the apartment that, contrary to the description, he had no wi-fi so we were not free. We can definitely recommend to stay with Fred, was a very nice experience.

Fred's flat has a nice design. The flat is clean, very well-equipped and located close to amenities. Fred allowed check in and check out at a time comfortable for us. Everything went well and smoothly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this really nice spacious apartment with lovely views over the lake. Hilde gave us excellent instructions and the property was easy to find which was really helpful as we arrived at night. Everything was ready, lots of hot water after a long journey, very clean throughout and complimentary drinks and snacks were a welcome addition. We are frequent users of AirBnB and this property is one of the best we have stayed in. We will definitely stay at this property again if we are in the area.

It is not often that what you see is what you get but this certainly is the case with this destination. We found it a brilliant base to explore the Rhone Alps and the area around Lake Geneva. The property is in pristine condition and is well set up. The heating works a treat and the wifi works well. we could not have been more pleased. Hilde and Wouter have created a beautiful apartment which is very well cared for. There are some lovely touches making you feel very welcome here. The views from the apartment are breathtaking across the Lake and the location is perfect, quiet and peaceful. It is close to Evian centre if you want a busier evening and also close to a good choice of ski resorts. Thank you Hilde and Wouter for being wonderful hosts.

I've been visiting Evian for the last 9 yrs for work and always stay at the same hotel which I've always called my 'home away from home'. That hotel was fully booked this year. I found Hilde's home which was the best decision I could have made! The location is perfect - on a hill so you're backyard looks out onto Lake Geneva - so relaxing and stunning day and night. The space is the lower level of her home so there is ample space with a wonderful full kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. She even had a few drinks/snacks for us when we arrived which was such an endearing welcome. The open floor plan combines kitchen, dining and living room. And there are 2 bedrooms which both allows plenty of space for your luggage and have comfy beds for a great night's sleep. Large bathroom has lots of drawers to put personal items, there are plently of towels and large shower with massage :) The entire home is tastefully decorated and extremely clean - like new! The windows and sliding doors all face the lake so its bright and adds such a relaxing feeling while you're there. Especially dining out on the private patio with table and chairs which we so enjoyed. For my future visits to Evian, I may never go back to my hotel ..... :) THANK YOU Hilde!

Hilde was extremely helpful - she gave very clear instructions on how to reach her place and it is a lovely and well furnished with a stunning view from the garden. It is situated close enough to all the key locations around the lake and Evian in particular is a lovely village. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Hilde's home and would recommend it and Lake Geneva to anyone looking for a relaxing week with plenty on offer - good food, good views and lovely towns and activities to engage in.

What a beautiful apartment, and an extremely welcoming and accommodating couple! We had a wonderful stay and if we return to Evian we would definitely stay there again. The wine tasting at the end of our stay was also a delightful addition...and their dog is absolutely gorgeous!

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Wohnung von Christelle und Noel verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wünderschön und mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert und eingrichtet. Das Flair des alten Gemäuers ist einfach toll und der Ausblick auf den See unglaublich schön. Wir hatten das Glück, wohl als erste der Gäste, den kleinen Garten zu nutzen, welcher nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt liegt. Christelle und Noel sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, so kommen wir gerne wieder. Ganz herzlichen Dank Klaus

Superb experience a weekend. - Great place to be in Evian Véronique and Johan answered all my expectations for availability (answer to my messages within a short time), the warm welcome (with a late arrival, they were able to make the entrance more enjoyable by offering me a snack, mmmm a selection of cheeses, several types of bread and a glass of wine ... How not to start a weekend), the little touches, layout, functionality and cleanliness of the studio (You just have to bring your clothes and a toothbrush, the rest not needed). This studio is located in the center of Evian les Bains, it's fairly quiet in October. You can choose to restore you to go shopping, to go to the Casino, to walk by the lake without taking a car. Your car can park at the underground car park which is not even 100 meters from the apartment. You have to understand that this apartment is now in my top list for the city of Evian. On leaving the apartment, I had the opportunity to see their 2nd airbnb apartment, with a larger area, 2 single beds that can become a double bed, ... I must admit I am very tempted by this apartment .

The welcome by Veronique and Johan is outstanding and the studio is of high quality. I came to Evian for hiking in the nearby mountains and to visit Lausanne. The studio, ideally located, is a haven after a busy day. And the advice of Veronica and Johan possible to enjoy the best parts of the city at night. In short everything was perfect

A warm, Veronique is very nice and knows make you feel immediately comfortable, very clean accommodation, very well arranged. The area is central and yet the property is very quiet. Special mention for the mattress! To recommend.
