I spent almost two weeks in the apartment provided by Bernhard at his house in Bad Vöslau, about twenty minutes from Vienna to which he is connected by regular trains. Do not be fooled by the reduced price because the accommodation offers more than you expect: excellent cleanliness, good privacy and great hospitality. Bernhard and his father are extremely friendly people, and in the time spent with them I felt really welcome. That said, I can definitely recommend Bernhard as a 5-star host

All in all, just great! Great hospitality from the beginning, very comfortable, you feel good. If you need something it will be done immediately. Can just be recommended!

Bernard's place offers a lot for the money - your own bathroom, kitchen, and den area. Every space was immaculate. Bernard's father was around to check me in and make sure everything was okay. He's very friendly and great to talk to. The area is Bad Voslau, a charming spa town. It's kind of far from Vienna though. But I highly recommend this airbnb for value and privacy.

The location of the accomnodation is really good. The view from our room to the Hohe Wand was perfect where you can make short and long trips as well. The bedroom and the bathroom was clean and elegant. Our room was a little bit noisy, because we slept near the kitchen. The kitchen was common with other tourists and well equipped. You have the possibility to eat in the garden on the fresh air.

It was very nice! I had everything I needed and more. Would recommend to anyone :)

Spacious apartment with all equipment we needed for our stay.

Susanne is a very friendly host. Communication was always timely and straightforward. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Right behind the house is a large park for walks and a shop opposite. We used the accommodation for day trips to Vienna and were looking forward to this retreat from the city bustle every evening. We even considered canceling an excursion day and simply staying there. Thank you for the accommodation.

We had a very pleasant stay in Susanne's place. The space was exactly what we need for a family of 4. Susanne's was very kind and helped us check in smoothly, explaining all we needed to know - parking space, keys, everything around the house. We appreciated the coffee in the morning and the Christmas tree. Quite and worm place in a nice neighborhood, It was exactly what we need after the night out for the New Years Eve Party. A great house with personal touches, you rely feel like you are in authentic Vienna.

Quietly located at a monastery. Starting pung for hikes. I used the property to stay and have breakfast. I cannot say anything about the wider surroundings and leisure activities. But was very quiet and with a restaurant for dinner 100 meters away. Breakfast, overnight stay, helpfulness and communication were very good. Thank you very much

Great value for money !!

Great place to stay only 30 minutes drive from Vienna airport in a quiet location. Easy access to Vienna as long as you have a car but only a short walk to the main station although we chose to drive to Siebenhirten metro and used the park and ride. Bernhard and his father are great hosts and always on hand to answer any questions and would recommend this apartment as an option to stay near Vienna and also explore the surrounding area.

My wife and I spent just over a week at Bernhard's place and really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very spacious and all the things you could need for a short holiday are provided for. It is just like in the pictures and is situated in a very peaceful and green locality not far from Baden bei Wien. Just behind are the beautiful vineyards where we took many a leisurely walk. Bernhard or his Dad were always available to answer any of our questions and also provided us with several local tips. The bus stand is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment, from where you can get a bus to Baden which is less than a 10 minute ride. From Baden we opted for the tram (called the Badner Bahn) which takes you straight to the Vienna Town Centre just across from the Innere Stadt (Inner City). We would definitely recommend Bernhard's place if you want to stay in a peaceful quiet spot not too far from Vienna. Hope we can visit them again sometime in future.

Everything was ok, communication, flat, location, price is awesome, we were very satisfied. If we come again I will book the same appartement again :)

Bernhard & his father both speak perfect English and his father also speaks Spanish. I communicated with Bernhard before and during our trip and he always responded quickly and helpfully. He gave us some great tips for our stay. Getting a weekly travel pass really saved us money and made getting around easy. The location was better than we expected. It was really easy to get into Vienna and also Baden, we got the bus to Baden and the train from there because it was a shorter walk than going to the Bad Vöslou train station. Their a some great walks in the area, you can even walk to Baden on country pathways that take you through Vineyard fields and into the hills. We also found some wonderful places to eat in the area from cheap Kebabs to great Austrian pub foods and a Greek restaurant that looked wonderful but we never found the time to try. I highly recommend this location for visiting Vienna and the surrounding area.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Andrea is very friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. She responds very quickly to inquiries. The house is very clean, bright, quiet and nice. We also met the kids and the cats, they are like teenies and cats are: friendly, but rather withdrawn. The shared kitchen (and living room) is spacious and well-equipped. We traveled a lot (to the Hohe Wand, to Baden, Vienna), so if you need the accommodation to spend the whole day, maybe it's not the best choice. From the garden have weather seen little. But I can highly recommend Andreas Haus, if you climb the Hohe Wand, or would like to hike on Schneeberg / Rax. (Pay attention to the house numbering in the street, at first we struggled to find the right house, but luckily the street is not too long.) The house is not far from the beginning of the street.)

Andrea is a pleasant and extremely friendly host. Her house is lovely and snug with nice and funny details. The place was clean, the kitchen well equipped, there is a coffee maker for each size. The beds and sheets are comfortable, the shower works fine, but the second bed is really only queen sized. The two cats were also really friendly. The village is large enough to have a grocery shop (Billa), a restaurant and a drugstore (Bipa) as well. Thanks again, Andrea!

A spacy and cosy apartment with everything it needs for a few-days stay. Comfortable for 2-5 people. Conny is a very nice and easy-going person. Communication was perfect, with almost immediate replies. Everything was clean, even though Conny lives with few little friends - a lovely dog and few cats which were all very friendly and caused no problems. Kitchen provided many cooking facilities. Parking place just infront of the house. All in all nothing to complain about. Definitely recommended.

The apartment is sparkling clean and very spacious. The bathroom is beautiful and modern. The kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, ice box, capsule coffee machine. The living area is very spacious with satellite TV and even a Wii. The bed is large and very comfortable. There is a lot of storage space. Antonio is super warm and the welcome was really nice.

This is an amazing place, very clean and probably recently renovated. We arrived on cold winter day, but the place was preheated for us, so it was warm and cosy upon arrival. They have floor heating which is awesome. Bathroom is large and has both classic shower and bath. Beds are very comfortable. In the kicthen you may find everything you need to cook a complete meal.

Great place to stay in the area. The apartment is very well maintained, with everything new, large (large bathroom with giant bathtub) and functional (fitted kitchen, washing machine, TV, wifi, etc.). It is in a very quiet place with parking on the property and at night is very quiet and dark which provides great nights sleep. I just missed a shower stall (but since it is all very new I believe it will still be installed). Would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

Marta picked me up from the train station and showed me around, which I thought was really lovely of her. The flat is very cute and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay alot, and were very happy with our choice of staying here instead of Vienna. Regina and Walter were very nice and supportive. The apartment has everything you need for a short-term stay. Regarding location, with our small car it was not just convenient and fast to reach Vienna, but also to some other interesting places like Hohe Wand National Park, or even further to the south to reach Hungary. Definitely recommended.

We went to Austria to visit Viena but we decided to stay at a guests house far from the city center because of the high prices. We couldn't be happier with our choice, Regina and her husband are so friendly, they received us very well, the house has everything we need to stay, it's cleaned, it's super comfy, Regina is paying attention to her guests and answers fast to our questions. Staying far from the city center gaves us the opportunity to visit another city besides Viena. We just missed the white cat ahahah

Walter is a wonderful hospitable host. It was great to spend two days at his house and meet the New Year. We all enjoyed it, we hope to stop by sometime again! Guest rooms are located on the second floor and are completely separated from the other part of the house. In the area for guests is an excellent equipped kitchen and living room. In addition, Walter provides guests with excellent breakfasts in his restaurant nearby.

A place in the middle of country side. We got lost reaching the accommodation but the host was nice enough to direct us to the right way. We had a relaxing stay there.

Spacious accommodation with all the necessary and beautiful details of the interior. Conveniently, if you have a car, you can get to all the sights of Lower Austria: to the Wachau, and to Vienna. You can simply enjoy your rest, sitting on the terrace and admiring the views, or stroll into the fairy-tale forest with sudden glades and rare plants. Wonderful Mistress is always ready to help. Around the house is a garden that deserves a separate story. Maybe you will write it, happy future guest?

The house is an ideal place for some quiet days in a wonderful environment. Especially on hot days, the crystal clear bathing pond provides a wonderful cooling. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for a summer holiday. Definitely recommendable, especially because of the many recreational opportunities in the area. The place is perfect for relaxing and away from city noise, beautiful garden where you can have your coffee. At the same time Vienna is 45min-1h away by train and the train station is just 7min walking distance. Great hosts very hospitable!

We rented one of these apartments for 2 adults and their 6 year old child when they came to visit us for 2 weeks. Everything worked out great, the hosts are very nice and helpful and responded very quickly whenever we had questions or needed help with something. The apartment is also very nice and spacious. The one we stayed in did have a spiral staircase that may be a bit difficult for very small children, so if you are staying there with a toddler you may want to ask about that. We can definitely recommend staying here!
