Oasis old town in MG

In the middle of the center and yet in a quiet location. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, there is the small but nice apartment. "The Place to be", in the most beautiful part of the old town. The mall "Minto" is a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and the "colorful garden" can be reached in just 10 minutes. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly on site.

The rooms( 38 m2) are on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not self-contained.It consists of a large living room/bedroom, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-catering.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases more than 2 persons possible at extra cost. Bookings can only be verified with ID.

Übernachte auf einem niederrheinischen Hof in unserer kleinen, gemütlichen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und mit natürlichen Baumaterialien errichtet worden. Ein Außenbereich für Kaffee am Morgen, oder ein Glas Wein am Abend wartet auf dich. Hier kann auch gegrillt werden. Unser Hof liegt ländlich und lädt zu Spaziergängen entlang der Niers ein. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind wir daher nicht gut erreichbar.

I live on the two upper floors!
