Organic house rural, quiet idyll near the city, parking.

This Organic House is the larger of the two neighboring vacation homes (both together for at least 6 people can be booked, see also "Biohaus meadow"). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 toddler who want to enjoy the elevation above the Moselle Valley, very close to the oldest city of Trier.

Apartment built in 2017 in the center of Trier, residence at the Imperial Thermal Baths, top equipment , with secure underground parking. The pedestrian zone of Trier and all sights of the city are within walking distance and are in the immediate vicinity. The university can be reached in a few minutes by bus. The bus stop to the university is located about 50 meters from the apartment. Perfect for city travellers, Luxembourg commuters, long-term guests as well as business and leisure travellers.

Die rund 120qm großen Räumlichkeiten der Villa Feyen mit 4 Schlafzimmern ( 1 davon ist unser Reserveschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß, ohne Badewanne ) und 3 vollausgestatteten Bädern bieten Ihnen für bis zu 8-9 Personen Platz. Es gibt einen unverbauten Blick zum Feyener Wald und teilweise zur Stadt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Badezimmer, Dusche und WC. Außerdem im Haus gibt es noch eine Gäste WC.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, the oldest city in Germany on our renovated vineyard, right in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are not far away. High ceilings give the "loft feeling". The bathroom is brand new, the kitchen well equipped and good wine opposite! Our loft is perfect for couples+solo travellers and ideal for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. Due to the open stairs, however, is rather unsuitable for children.

The atmosphere in the eastern district of Trier is familiar and scenic alternatives. The pedestrian zone with all sights, museums and shopping opportunities, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking opportunities, everything is almost at your doorstep in 10 minutes. Nearby buy, bakery, wine shop, a late-night gasoline and a burger and pizza take-away....around the corner! As well as the train station and a bus stop.
