From this perfectly located home base, everything is within reach. On the edge of the lively village of Lormes is this fine house with a lovely walled garden that offers a lot of privacy and has a beautiful view of the church and beautiful sunsets. Within walking distance are bakery, butcher, galleries, terraces, restaurants and lovely hiking area. The Morvan is characterized by many forests, lakes and beautiful small villages, green country roads with beautiful views.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.
