The accommodation of Hildegard is spacious and clean, conveniently located near the A44 and about 15 minutes drive from the city center. Hildegard is extremely hospitable and tries to help where she can. All in all, we can recommend the apartment!

It was just a perfect stay, the border with Belgium is only a few hundred meters away and there is a fast bus right outside the front door to Aachen in the city center! Diagonally opposite there is a great restaurant, a bit high priced, but there are good and fine food! Come again!

The room or better the one-room apartment on the second floor is really nice. I love the exposed beams and with modern equipment and design it is really a very nice stay. The house is very spacious with a very nice couch and a bathroom with a bath. The kitchen has a oven and a microwave. Also the garden was very nice with a fench. That was very nice for our 2 dogs. Astrid was an amazing hostess, very kind and helpful. The appartment was hotel-like. It was clean and spacious with lots of equipment. Only the bed was a little bit uncomfortable. It's not that close to the city centre but there is an excellent bus connection, and for that you get a beautiful place to yourself!

This stay has been one of the best I have ever had. The host Amilie is exceptional and more than happy to help with suggestions of places to visit or shop or things to do. Although Ankit traveled while I was staying in his room, I can still feel that he is a very caring person and his roommates also take great care of me and treat me like a friend. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. I hope to have the opportunity to visit them again in the future.

It was my third time with Beate and Herbert and I can only report good things. The room is quietly located to the rear, so it is really quiet. The accommodation is very well located, in 10 minutes you are in the old town. Beate and Herbert are great hosts.

We were in Aachen for a weekend to visit the city and attend a concert. The location was great, the city center and other sights were within walking distance. We were greeted very friendly and received all the necessary information and lots of tips! :) The apartment was very well equipped, everything was really thought of. My wife and I came to Aachen for a short getaway. We stayed at Beate and Herbert's place for two nights. As soon as we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and provided us with plenty of local information. They were very attentive to our needs. They took the time to take us through their welcome folder, which contained  useful information about for example the bus times, prices and restaurants. Very nice to have when orientating to our new environment. I liked that they recommended places to eat, including for breakfast. The place itself was warm and cosy. Lovely comfortable bed and bedding. Tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits were there upon our arrival. There was no TV but honestly that was a good thing. Its absence helped us to relax and unwind. The bathroom is directly connected to the bedroom (very convenient). Toiletries are provided. Fixtures and fittings were of a good quality. The location of the place was very good. A quick walk away from the train station. It is well served by three bus lines on the road outside. All in all, our stay here was very enjoyable. I would stay again. Highly recommended.

Living in this transition, the price is not bad, the location is also acceptable, there are difficulties to find the landlord Aunt to solve very fast. However, since it is one of the rooms, it is recommended to stay for less than half a month.

It's a good place near the Aachen Schanz Station. Carmen is a very hospitable guest.

Large and quite comfortable living area on the ground floor of a beautiful and quiet country house. Everything went well and the accommodation is exactly as described and can be seen in the photos. Jenny and Andreas are warm hosts and have everything discreetly and skilfully under control, you feel very well cared for. It really didn't bother us, but for sensitive contemporaries it should be mentioned that the heating system sometimes makes funny noises (knocking, hissing, humming) that you have to get used to. We still slept very well in the comfortable bed. Very positive: modern 55 “TV with FireTV box, WiFi, large lounging sofa, fully equipped kitchen, free coffee and lots of little things. Thanks a lot! Gladly again.

I had a 6-week stay in Petra's apartment, which is particularly tastefully decorated and practically equipped. I couldn't be happier with it. In the area there is also everything you need for a longer stay: supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, cafes etc. Although almost everything in Aachen is within walking distance, there is also a bus stop nearby. Extraordinary stylish interior, very, very well equipped in the kitchen and - even so located at one of the busy roads in Aachen - a quiet place to stay in a new renovated old house with cosy atmosphere. After having been in in 7 other locations in Aachen within almost 4 months this was really the very top of everything. Petra is a very caring host and I strongly recommend this place. Thats the reasons this is in English: Most of the Germans understand what I have written her and I want to support Petra for guests from other countries. :-)

The apartment is in a beautifully renovated old building near the train station Rothe Erde. It is well equipped - especially the kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware etc. Everything was spotless, the decor is new and tasteful. Especially nice is the bathroom with a larger shower. The windows are well soundproofed, there are even blinds. Communication and key handover worked great. At the departure we had forgotten something in the apartment, Petra has brought it to us. Thank you for everything, highly recommended !!

We enjoyed the stay very much. Communication was flawless and the welcome was very warm. The property is very easy to reach by bus. We also went to the center / old town several times (approx. 30 min.). The "tinyhouse" is perfectly equipped: towels, shampoo, hair dryer, kitchen equipment with a small teapot and coffee press. There was even a charger for the cell phone. The interior is rich in detail and very well thought out. If you are arriving in winter, you should pack some slippers, as the bottom will get quite cold. We felt very comfortable all around.

We found the tiny house as described. It is very quiet and yet central. We were only there for one night, but it was quiet and pleasant. The key handover and briefing was perfectly timed as we were late and still received it. Thank you.

It may be a tiny home but it has everything you could need for your stay. The location is very convenient for exploring. We went to Maastricht, Bonn and Cologne, all within an easy drive away. We know there are many more places to explore and would love to return. The Carolus Spa in Aachen is worth a visit if you enjoy a dip in a pool!

In the Elke and Michael's accommodation I have found the peace and relaxation I had hoped for for the days. The house invites you to linger by its cozy furnishings, but at the same time offers great opportunities for walking in the countryside, a trip to the old town or in the nearby Netherlands. First of all, I felt regret that I didn’t learn so good German to describe how wonderful the Airbnb is.So the comment will be written in English . The room from Stefan and Irmgard is very very good.How can I see it is due to there willing of making the room into guest’s second home. The location of the house is very good. It have connection of bus 65,55 to Aachen city center which takes about 30 minutes. Also there is a express bus SB66 which can take you to the city center faster but you have to walk for 10 minutes. The environment is very good. Surrounding by plants and grass hills. It is very quiet and convenient. However, supermarket is a little bit far but it is connect by the bus. Then talk about the room, the room is well furnitured and you can see a lot of surprising details. Such as the pictures hang on the wall, the decorations on the shelf and the books on the shelf and the plants in the room.Stefan an Irmgard use their heart to run this room. They provide almost every furniture except the kitchen. You can’t cook but you can use the oven for baking. It will make a very long term stay a little bit inconvenient. Maybe because of some reasons cooking is not a preferred choice for the room. The room is not small which to me, not at all. You can sit on the armchair, enjoy the sunshine and enjoy the beautiful view from the hosts’ own garden. By the way the garden is really a release to the pressure and is really beautiful. Then is about my dear hosts. They never disturb you and because I live in this Airbnb for one month and I need to go to school every early before 7. Thus, a cleaning is needed and the hosts get up very early to meet me when I leave to discuss the cleaning time. The room is well cleaned before I check in and the hosts work hard to clean it again in the middle time of my stay. When I reach the airbnb I was given by the hosts a very warm welcome and a very detailed introduction to every function with the help of a check list.Once the host even leave a light for me when I get home.Everything is well equipped and they do not forget any appliances although it is a just an airbnb. It is really well equipped and you can really see the warm heart of the hosts. ALL IN ALL, THE BELOW IS A CONCLUSION IF YOU DON’T HAVE TIME: 1. Well equipped but cooking with pan is now not possible 2. Convenient and quiet 3. It can make you feel like staying at home even though perhaps you flew from somewhere and you are really far away from home 4. The price is worth it 5. The hosts are really friendly and helpful 6. Great place to stay for a trip to Aachen, very quiet at night and the flat is brilliantly equipped with amenities for long stays.

Marcel is an excellent Host, he was always aware of everything from the moment of the reservation and explaining all the small details about the apartment. Location is simply perfect 5 min from the city center. The perfect space!

The apartment is larger than expected and there is a parking space provided, which is really precious in this prime location. I thank Marcel for the friendly and fast communication and warmly recommend this accommodation.

Everything fitted

Very friendly contact, good location, nice rooms with high ceilings and stucco. The only small minus is the bed, because you wake up with a little sleep by the squeak when turning. The mattress can be a little soft if you sleep harder otherwise, but that's subjective :) Otherwise really nice and great for the price! Would definitely book there again :)
