Hey dear guests, the apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is within 5 minutes walking distance and the city is also in five Walking distance. A bus stop is located in in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Nevertheless, the surroundings are quite quiet, and you can be well retired. Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Students live in shared flats on two floors and hosts on the ground floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment with 36sqm, spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen.
