NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

With a lot of love we have prepared the apartment for rent and hope that our guests feel very comfortable. The apartment is very centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car to the highway. Rosenheim has a beautiful city center and you are also immediately in the mountains and the surrounding lakes, and can enjoy the fantastic nature.

Our cozy, individually decorated accommodation is its own upstairs apartment unit with private bathroom - shower/toilet and a single kitchen used only by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, there is a third sleeping option in a niche. A covered seating area will be at your disposal on the east side. The small, non-haired Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.

Hello dear travelers, we live here in the middle of the forest, the lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria ! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy every day the feeling of being allowed to live in a very special place. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, since we are not connected to the public transport network, the nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
