Anja and Jorg's charming cottage is a perfect place to stay for anyone traveling to Koblenz who values privacy. It is a separate building from the main house, and has everything you could want for a self contained stay. It is also very clean, and comfortable, as well as being good value. A nice touch was being right next door to a very good bakery; so breakfast was totally accessible and very good. A supermarket was also very close. Not in the downtown of Koblenz, but very easy to access via bus. We would certainly love to stay there again if we return to Koblenz.

A very neat and clean accommodation with good facilities. The location to the university is great, only 5 minutes walk. The city is accessible via the bus stop nearby (5 minutes walk plus 10 minutes driving time).

Impeccable and very cozy accommodation, in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, well connected to the central station and the rest of the city. You can see that Anja and Jörg worry that the house is always perfect, and it is very easy to communicate with them because they are also very kind. I enjoyed the stay very much, and Koblenz is the best starting point to visit both the Moselle valley and the Rhine, since it is located right between the two rivers.

Great in-law unit in a great neighborhood. Super super super nice neighborhood. A little far from town, but very easy to get to with just one short bus. Grocery store is very close as well. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Rolf's place is perfect to visit Koblenz and its surroundings: located in a quiet residential area, the apartment is close to the city center (about 30 minutes on foot and 20 minutes for the train station) and all amenities (food, restaurants, monuments and such). The family is very hospitable and there is everything you could need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The bedsize and its comfort are very good (we stayed for a week) and there is a flatscreen for videogame players, hehe :-) We totally recommend this place an will spread the good word about it around us. Thank you once again, Rolf and Sigrid, and a Happy New Year !

That was the second stay. Everything was wonderful, just like the first time. A cozy attic apartment, somewhat away from the city center, but all the closer to the Federal Archives. The equipment is also very good, I would particularly like to highlight the (in my eyes) excellent selection of crime novels;)

This was an incredible Air BnB. The house was very spacious, comfortable and you can tell Rolf and his wife have put a lot of care into it! Rolf gave us plenty of very helpful suggestions, brought us fresh bread and even drove us to the Christmas markets one evening and pointed out the bus stop! We had a car which made things very easy but the house is also close to the bus stop. Highly recommend this lovely spot!!!

Completely uncomplicated check-in, a very caring supply of such beautiful things as coffee, milk, tea, in the morning we even got bread ... Thank you very much for everything! A supermarket and bus stops are within walking distance ... we also like to run into the city. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Everything qar relaxing and perfect ... we will gladly come again!

Best experience ever with airbnb. Rolf is very kind person. He dropped me of to my next location with all my luggages so i didn’t have to call a taxi . His apartment is amazing , the bus schedule is on the wall , brochures of trips are also there on entrance . The living room is comfortable , it has TV , books and some games like chess ,uno etc. The kitchen is fully equipped we had everything from pans to ingredients like oil , salt etc. Also from the first day we had fresh bread and some fruits . The bedroom is also amazing with nice and comfortable bed and pillow and the other side with sliding door where it was the bath shower and closets . If someone plans to visit Koblenz don’t think twice Rolfs place is the best in town not just how it looks the apartment but for the feeling it gives . Rolf is more than a super host . Thank you so much for your help Rolf.

We stayed during the Christmas holidays. Wonderful place to stay uphill. It is Safe, Privacy, cleanliness & fully equipped kitchen, own parking available. what else can I say. I would recommend Roswitha’s place to any.

The apartment near the train station can be found quickly. It is very lovingly decorated and full of books, maps and photos of Catharina's travels, so even the travel fever packs. Everything was very clean and tidy and on arrival I even received a small gift. Catharina is very friendly, helpful and flexible at check-in. The night was comfortable and pleasant. Only to be recommended!

Lovely apartment close to the trainstation in Koblenz. Catharina was very easy communicating with and check in was really convenient. Would recommend to anyone!

Maria is an amazing hostess. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable. The coffee machine didn’t work when we got there. Maria went out of her way to troubleshoot it while we were out on a cruise and ended up getting a brand new one for us. The apartment was very modern and felt very nice. The only complaint that I have was that there was construction noise that was really loud early in the morning and we had some neighbors that were partying late at night. We just had bad timing with those noises so don’t let that stop you from booking an apartment with Maria.

The apartment is absolutely recommended. It is tiptop in order, very clean and nicely furnished. It is quiet, with views of Koblenz directly on a green area. About this could be reached in about 15 minutes in the city center and the train station. Maria was very hospitable and after the arrival again asked if everything is ok or something is missing. We would like to use the apartment again at any time.

Convenient, quiet, and well-connected to the town center via the bus. Great place if you’re looking to stay outside the Altstadt or are, as I did, planning a visit to the Bundesarchiv.

A great, modern accommodation that can only be recommended. The apartment is quiet and well equipped. The city center of Koblenz can be reached in a few minutes by car and also a bus stop we have seen, but not used. To emphasize is the great and uncomplicated communication with the host. A request was immediately found a solution, which also contributed to a very pleasant stay. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience.

Ralph’s place was great. Even though it’s away from the main town centre there are busses every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes later in the afternoon and evening. The apartment is very spacious, it’s quiet, the kitchen is well equipped, wifi is good, bed is comfortable. Communication with Ralph was very easy and check-in, check-out was trouble free.

The accommodation of Ralph was very nice as expected. As the apartment on the pictures comes across, it is also on site. The check-in / check-out worked wonderfully. You get access codes before the check-in, so you can check in yourself. Super nice way, you could even check in earlier than 3pm (on request at Ralph) and did not have to be outside at 12pm when checking out (of course also demand from Ralph, as it had been delayed a bit). The apartment is super equipped and beyond. There are, for example, a printer, board games, body scales, tealights, abdominal coaches :-) and and .. The location is also great. Bus stop for getting into town is not far away (although we always drive everywhere). Nearby there are also grocery stores and much more. The communication with questions / problems was very fast and uncomplicated. Conclusion: I would always rent the apartment again at Ralph, if I want to stay in Koblenz. TOP!

We really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of space for our family of 5, home was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. We especially loved having the outdoor balcony/patio space to enjoy our morning coffee. There was a grocery store and several restaurants within 10 min walking distance. Great space for the value!!

Loved the different coloured towels per person as I really appreciate being able to tell which towel belongs to who. Apartment was great. We were with a car so everything was handy for us. We had kids with us who had their own toys with them but just being able to see the train out one side of the building was a huge highlight for them. Luggage needs to go up the stairs but as we had just come from Holland with most houses on multi levels I enjoyed having an apartment all on one level. We adjusted the heaters to our liking and the shutters on the outside of the building were great to block out all light (to get the kids to sleep). I'd never seen/used them before. Just a general tip for visiting Germany, learn a bit of German it will get you a long way. In the Netherlands there are a lot more English speakers but in Germany they even dub over American movies on the TV in German!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment; central location and a great balcony. The apartment is cozy, clean and furnished with everything important. Karl and his team are very nice and helpful hosts - thanks for that. Definitely recommended!

Everything was as it was described angekümdigt. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, and we felt comfortable. The proximity to the main station and the city center was super convenient for us. We can well imagine, sometimes to stay here again.

I liked this apartment, it was as advertised. Clean, central location for touring the Rhine Valley. Helmut, Karl's assistant, met us at the apartment and showed us around. He is very nice and willing to help. Like all European apartments, there is no air conditioning so if you have windows open with lights on, there will be bugs. Not a big deal for us. The apartment was very quiet, even with Windows opened. I would stay get again.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, spacious, and very thoughtfully furnished to provide everything that one might need during the stay. I appreciated having a coffee maker, plenty of utensils and plates. One of Karl's associates greeted me at the apartment on my arrival and made sure that everything was in working order. The place is in a pleasant residential area about a 10 minute walk from the train station and convenient to the sights.

This is a good location in a quiet street. Close to centrum and close to Mosel Nice apartment with everything you need. We did also enjoy to sit in the garden and relaxe there

Big and comfortable house with beautiful garden (perfect for children). Very well equipped with everything you can need. Communication was easy and fluent. Birgit and Tobi are really nice people and have a beautiful family. I can only recommend it.

He was very kind and accommodating. He even had a pack 'n play that he let us use for our baby. I was very happily surprised to find a microwave and mini fridge as well.

Nice big clean apartment, the train is a bit noisy every now and then, but that's about it.

This is a big, clean, well-equipped apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location is walkable from train station with small luggage (we travel with carry-on size back pack). The bus system in koblenz is minimal, but who needs it when you can walk along the Rhine to get to central area. We were met at the apartment and Karl walked us through everything including taking time to orient us on map, pointing out how to get to local grocery, etc. There's a fabulous Greek restaurant a few blocks away, Syrtaki. We had such good food and service that we went twice! Quiet neighborhood and building. Be aware there is no lift but the apartment is worth the few flights of stairs. Highly recommended!

Karl gave us the phone number of Helmut. We were to let Helmut know when we expected to get to Koblenz, and give him a call when we arrived. We came in on a ten hour flight to Frankfurt. From there we took the train to Koblenz. Taking the train was easy. The station is right in the airport, and there are lots of staff to tell you how to get tickets and on to the train, and they speak many languages. After an easy one hour ride, we arrived in Koblens and called Helmut. We took a 7 euro tai ride for the roughly one kilometer ride to the apartment, where we met Helmut who gave us the keys and showed us the place. Within ten minutes of arriving in Koblenz we were in the unit and ready for a ong overdue sleep. It is a very nice well equipped and very clean two bedroom apartment on the third floor of a three story building in a very quiet neighborhood. I was a little worried because it is close to the railroad tracks. But, the trains here are all electric and very quiet. There is a nearby Aldi grocery store by the train station which is an easy walk. This is just what our family needed to decompress and adjust to the time change from coming halfway around the world. It is also an easy walk through town, and you are in the heart of castle country and the heart of the German wine region. From here we rented a car for further travels, but it is also a good lace to rent bikes and tour accordingly, or by riverboat tours. Karl and Helmut are extremely hospitable and professional, and their place is spotless, well equipped, and comfortable.

Glod fish house is a really fantastic place to us, the traditional germany decoration give us so deep impression. Karl had prepeared everything for us,what a really nice trip in Koblenz!

Great experience. The apartment is spacious and clean. The environment is quiet. With a car, we were only 10 mn far from the Deutsches Eck. We were cordially welcomed by Helmut, who was very kind and always available when we needed him. Despite the heatwave, the apartment remained cool. I strongly recommend this location.

I only have great things to say about the host Karl, his colleagues (who greeted us at the property in person) and the vacation home itself. While planning the trip, Karl was very responsive and answered all our questions. The apartment is very spacious, light and airy equipped with all the necessary (and beyond) things you may need when on vacation. You notice right away that Karl and team took great care of making this apartment a welcoming place to relax and enjoy. A true home from home. Thank you for a great time in Koblenz!

The apartment is very good, spacious, well fitted and well located. It is exactly as seen on pictures. It is situated in a 10 minutes walk distance from Koblenz Hauptbahnof. Supermarkets, bakeries and the riverside are also very close. Klaus was very kind and answered promptly all of our emails.

Maria helped us a lot and she is really nice! We liked the view from the apartment and the clean and nice room too.

Maria's apartment is very nice, clean and have everything you need, even for longer stay than 1-2 nights. We spand there above a week and it was perfect to have a breakfast and morning coffee, even outside on the porch as well as to cook simple dinner. All the dishes and glasses where there and also pots, frying pans and a coffee machine. The room was nicely furnished and has comfortable sofa. The view from window was awesome and the location was in a really quite, family area.

Valerie's apartment was super clean and asked for everything we wished for five men.

Super-clean, very nicely decorated place, with comfortable 2-bedroom arrangement. Easy, clear communication and easy check-in using lock box in our case. Location is about a 25 min walk from the main train station, and 10 min walk from nearest collection of shops, so we rented bikes from nearby and super-friendly Micha's Rad Atelier which allowed us easy biking access to all local sights. Overall a very comfortable stay in an extremely charming city.
