This wonderful property is situated on the east cost of the island, with gorgeous sunrise and sea views, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and modern architectural elements of the dammuso. A peaceful setting for your unforgettable holiday with a majestic breathtaking infinity pool. The property is secluded but still a short 7 mins drive from Tracino, where grocery shopping is possible. The two only gas stations are in Pantelleria town, hence be mindful of that. KUKA-Dammuso, barefoot luxury!

La Casa dell'Elefante e' la casa di un architetto newyorkese, affacciata su una delle baie più pittoresche dell'isola, Cala Tramontana, a pochi passi dal mare, ed a fianco di Cala Levante e della bellissima Baia dell'Elefante. E' composta da tre residenze distinte, mirabilmente intervallati da patii, terrazze e giardini, organizzati intorno a un'aia esistente che funge da piazzetta e centro di vita della casa. Su questo patio si apre anche il padiglione della cucina e il grande forno a legna.

Posto nella zona periferica di Tracino basso, ha un ottima posizione con vista mare e una adeguata privacy. E' la contrada dell'Arco dell'Elefante, cala Levante, Tramontana e Gadir. A pochi passi, da piazza Perugia e valle di Ghirlanda, luogo idele per passeggiare tra campi coltivati a zibibbo e capperi. A Tracino ci sono tutti i servizi necessari; farmacia, panificio, tanti alimentari, pub&bar, vari ristoranti, poste. La residenza non è asiccurata contro danni a persone o cose.

Antique rural dammuso, sea view and arabic garden

Dammuso il Sol

Here's a great solution for a dream vacation. Around the west, a stone's throw from the sea and the marina of Scauri, with incredible views of the spectacular sunsets of the island, it also has access to the large exotic garden that collects dozens of examples of rare beauty. A double bedroom, the spacious bathroom and the veranda from which a few steps lead to the pool, are the essentials of the dammuso. This includes breakfast and parking, a shared swimming pool.

50 meters from the sea for families with children

A silent place, where you can sleep listening to sound of sea, in the morning have a swim and soon after breakfast on your terrace watching boats passing by. This place is a little paradise where sky, stars and sea will give you a feeling of peace and relaxation. Romantic sunsets on the African side of the island are admired from private terrace. The complex consists of 2 independent dammusi, rented separately maximum privacy, see photo.
