Unsere kleine Ferienwohnung (25qm) bietet Platz für bis zu zwei Personen und liegt im Hintergebäude eines charimatischen Altbaus. "Lütt Uttied" ist zentral gelegen, die Innenstadt ist bequem fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, aber dennoch herrlich ruhig . Für einen Abstecher an die Nordsee lohnt eine Radtour (ca. 15 km) durchs Hookstief in den kleinen Küstenort Hooksiel.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with its own entrance. For the layout, see the floor plan. The house includes a large, quiet garden that can, of course, also be used. There is ample parking on the property (4 cars are possible). Central location, pedestrian zone, restaurants, and shops in the immediate vicinity. There are 2 high chairs for the little ones, and a travel cot can be set up if needed (please specify). (If a stair gate is to be installed, please also specify)

Lidl is about 260 meters away and the beginning of the pedestrian zone is 300 meters away. The coast (Hooksiel) is about 14 km away.

Bicycles can be stored. The North Sea is only 15 km away. A perfect location for exploring Friesland and Ostfriesland.

Sights, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km away, perfect for exploring Friesland, East Friesland and the islands. Two e-bikes can be rented by arrangement.
