The apartment is centrally located in Wilhelmshaven's Bahnhofsviertel. The main train station with an adjacent shopping arcade and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Due to the central location, the immediate area around the train station is rather urban and visually not necessarily the most beautiful part of Wilhelmshaven, but the location is really convenient as a starting point. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator, but there is a private parking space right outside the front door.

Right on the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and within walking distance to the beach and harbor. On the doorstep are great nightlife and main attractions. The location is also a great starting point for cycling tours and excursions. The apartment is equipped with all the things you need every day. An elevator stops on the mezzanine floor, so only a few steps lead directly to the front door.

The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is fenced and therefore suitable for toddlers and four-legged children.

Dear Vacationers, i rent a lovingly furnished 50 sqm apartment for up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 -2 dogs in a romantic Wurtendorf on the North Sea. Our village is a small circular village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest at my place and has enough space to let off steam. The garden belonging to the apartment is completely fenced up.
