Perfekt House, perfect location.

It's an amazing house with lovely garden. Jan and his wife are excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time there and will definitely recommend it.

It was very nice and cosy at jans place. We stayed with 5 people at the house and it was so much space for every one. The communication to jan was very easy and he was helpful and friendly all the time and it was possible to check in earlier. Jan even covered the table for us. That was awesome. We feeled very welcome.

The house is big, very nice, very clean and has a beautiful garden. The area is wonderful and quiet and every thing is near you. Also, there is a very good indoor playground with little zoo. Mr. Jan is helpful and kind person.

Jan was waiting for us and welcomed us warmly. We had a nice stay in this comfortable place. If you're biking, this is a great place. Close to the Rur and the Maas. There is space enough to store you're bikes. We liked this place a lot.

The house is located at a wonderful urban neighborhood. the host is equally charming and helpful gentleman. The house has everything one needs to spend a memorable holiday.

I stayed in Cloud7 with my family. We had to check in earlier than the regular time and Mr. Herbert made it possible. The place was pretty clean and well decorated (same as the pictures). Location is good. Strongly recommended.

Good Access for Travelling

Is it a hotel? No. Is it Bed&Breakfast? No, there is no breakfast. Is it a comfortable appartment? YES! More than that it is a more then fully equipped private studio-appartment, brandnew. Everything you see in the pictures is conform reality. There's a supermarket around the corner where you can buy your food for breakfast or whatever and store it in the fridge and warm in the microwave or cook on the electric stove. If you forgot the sugar for your coffee, no problem you will find sugarsticks in the cupboard. Do you have to pack your lunch to take along, you will find plastic foil to wrap it in. To make you feel comfortable you will find a mini bottle of German champagne (sekt) cooled in the fridge. In a hotel one has to pay for it. Should you run into a minor accident you will find near the staircase on each floor a first-aid kit. Have I said enough to recommend it? I think so yes.

We had a really nice stay at Cloud7. The set-up of the location is a little more professional than you usually see on Airbnb. This resulted in a very clean and spacious room and a quick and friendly welcome. Cloud 7 offers an excellent place to stay for a couple of nights like we did, but equally for longer periods of time. Recommended!

Mit Abstand die Beste Unterkunft ... da gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern. Toller Kontakt, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Hier wurde beim Bau und Einrichten absolut nicht gespart. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Gisela and her husband warmly welcomed us and communication was great. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. You can relax in the well-kept garden. The view is great.

The stay was lovely, very easy to find. Extremely clean and tidy with little personal touches, had everything we needed. A very low price for staying somewhere so nice, extremely delighted by the listing. Only negative is that the curtains do not cover the windows fully and let in a lot of light in the morning.

Hans place is very nice to experience the local life , easy to get by car, 2km away from the train stop, the only problem is no wifi available and the signal in the room is extremely bad . In general, was very good to stay.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Germany and has a great holiday. It has everything you need, such as stove, fridge and even cutlery (may seem un nessecery but it is great to have). The bed is comfy and the area is quite, so much that you won't struggle to find on street parking. Plus the price is brilliant!

Hans and his family turned the journey to an unforgettable, pleasant and wonderful stay. We don't know how to say thank you!! We highly recommend Hans apartment.

Doctor Hans and his daughter are nice people and we appreciate that they understood our situation when we asked to move out. As for the room, unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We got the closest room to the basement entrance and because of that in the room there was a strange smell. The room we got could be used for 1-2 nights, but not for a long stay and not with children. I can't talk about the entire establishment, but I would consider that cleaning standards should be improved.

Nice little place, good base for exploring Maastricht and Aachen. Lots of care was taken to make the place cozy. Don't expect to cook much on the little stove.

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Es war alles da, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und bescheiden, für den Preis alles okay. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ein paar Kilometer weiter in Lindern oder in Geilenkirchen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft eine Gaststätte, in der man sehr gut speisen kann. Idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Aachen, Ddorf sowie weitere Städte besichtigen zu können. Auch Maastricht (NL) ist nicht weit. Lohnenwert auch die Eifel. Die Unterkunft bei Hans kann man weiterempfehlen.

The wooden house of Susanne was really nice, comfortable and cozy, and Susanne was a very nice host. The surrounding area is nice and quiet, with great opportunities for hiking, swimming and cycling (and eating asparagus in the right season). Recommended!

Hans' place was fantastic and very well equipped. All you need is there. It's more beautiful than pictures.. Beds are super comfortable, clean.. Overall atmosphere is absolutely cosy. He was so welcoming us that we feel like at home. Everything was perfect and we stayed wonderful night in front of a charming church. I definitely would stay again for a long time. Thanks a lot!!

This is a great place with a lot of space on two floors - tastefully equipped in all details and clean. We were welcomed with cake while the fire in the fireplace was already burning. We had a separate entrance from the garden which also could be used with chairs outside. Thanks for everything!

Nice appartment, but not for children.

Hans und Jose were so super nice and very easy to communicate! Jose explained everything very well (in German!) and gave us a warm welcome! The apartment is exactly as it is shown on the picture and it is really charming! The large kitchen is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. It has enough space for four to six people! They also provided us with a cake for the four of us, which we really enjoyed. There are supermarkets in walking distance and it is calm. You can hear the bells of the beautiful church which is next by the apartment but that didn't really disturb us. All in all we highly recommend the flat to all people who enjoy a special, nice and calm place to stay.

Everything was perfect, from booking to leaving. A lovely area which I hope to return to. Hans and José made us feel very welcome and the accommodation was exactly as described.

Can't imagine that there will be someone who doesn't feel at home in this cosy place. From the very first second you feel like having holidays and relaxing! I won't give away to much. Very good house! very friendly & nice host!

Half an hour before arrival we called Hans to let him know we were almost there. When we arrived at the house he was already there to show us around and to answer any question we had. The house exceeded our expectations. It was even bigger than we could tell from the pictures, it was very clean and all facilities including for example towels and soap were there. The garden is huge and surround by trees and a fence, so there is a lot of privacy. The house lies in a small and quiet village, but you can easily make daytrips to cities like Roermond (Netherlands), Dusseldorf or Koln. We enjoyed everything about our stay, with our two children. We highly recommend staying here to everyone who is looking for a lot of space, both inside and outside the house, with a lot of privacy in quiet surroundings. Also we would like to thank Hans and Sigrid for being very good hosts, everything they promised in the advert is there, and even more and they are were always easy to reach in case of questions, both before and during our stay!

Hans is amazing host, the house is really nice. That was build 150 years ago and re-decoration by Hans recent years. The garden is real big, location is very nature. I will come back again. Thanks Hans and his wife hospitality receiving.

We were met at the house by Sigrid's husband Hans. He was most welcoming & gave us plenty of insight regarding his family association & history with the property. The property was exceptionally clean & had every conceivable amenity imaginable. The rooms were large & the house exuded a warm welcoming feeling. Over all, it was a perfect location to be based whilst visiting or exploring the local area.

Sigrid was a wonderful and easy-going hostess, she made us feel really welcome. Will definitely keep this one in mind for our next trip to Heinsberg!

Probably the nicest house ive ever stayed in! My dream home actually. Maybe one day I will buy it :-) But I must say, Hans was a pure gentleman and made me and Ivan feel very welcome in his home.

We stayed a weekend to attend a nearby wedding and had a great time! The house is easy to find and Sigrid was very welcoming. It was extremely clean and had everything you could need in terms of supplies and kitchenware, all we had to bring was clothes and food, perfect! Thank you for the excellent weekend!

The house was wonderful, even over our expectations. It is large enough and contains all the equipment for big family like ours. It is placed in pretty small rural place, but any required facility is close: bakery, store, pizza and so on. The hosts are very polite and helpful. For example, because of mess with baggage, cars and navigation we have arrived very late and Hans was waiting for us patiently. Another example: there was the Wi-Fi problem in the beginning and Hans made maximum effort to fix it as soon as possible. I appreciate very much the care we received from Hans and Sigrid. I would recommend their place for everyone looking for big house in quiet place.

We were met at the property by Sigrid who kindly showed us around. The house is very spacious and comfortable and has everything you could need for a stay. We were in the area for a specific family event so can't comment on what there is to do in the surrounding area, although we enjoyed a nice day out in Aachen. Our children loved visiting the cows and horses that are just down the road from the house.

It's a beautiful place surrounded by agriculture where you can easily take a walk. The bathroom and the kitchen where fully equipped and there's even a small porch at the back. With a quick call to the landlord it was also easy to adjust the hour of arrival. The landlord was friendly and provided us enough privacy during our stay.

The place is very nice. The people are kind. There are multi places to visit with a minimum car drive of not more than 1.5 hr. The place are wonderful for a family trip.

Als verblijf voor je werk kan het er mee door. Maar voor een korte vakantie teleurstellend. Meest ontevreden waren we over de vieze, vette keuken, die in tijden niet was schoongemaakt.

We were a little disappointed in the situation, not being as closer to nature as we had expected from the english translation of the flat's description. The town itself is pleasant but unexciting. We enjoyed the nearby lake, and appreciated easy food shopping at nearby supermarket. We were greeted in a friendly and open manner by a friend of the host, and found the neighbours congenial. The flat was very tidy and neatly presented, wonderfully light and with a great view, but a little lacking in a homey feel. A slightly better-equipped kitchen would have made cooking a bit easier and more enjoyable. I missed having wifi, and was a little frustrated in the lack of easy contact with the host about this, even though his friend was more accessible.

Leider ging so einiges schief! Es gab nicht, wie gebucht und natürlich auch bezahlt, 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Einer von uns mußte auf dem Boden schlafen. Eine Schafcouch eines Nachbarn, aber aus einem muffigen Kellerraum, also nicht wirklich darauf schlafend nutzbar, hätten wir uns selbst in die dritte Etage schleppen müssen, was keiner von uns körperlich konnte. Dies Aktion kostete uns eine weitere Stunde beim Einchecken! Ohne Erfolg, der Schlüsselüberbringer wollte sie uns auch nicht in die Wohnung tragen. Die Korrespondenz zur Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nicht! Erst 10 Minuten vor unserer Ankunft, die wir sozusagen auf gut Glück wagten, erreichten wir den Schlüsselüberbringer. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier, natürlich auch ein Bettzeug samt Bezug zu wenig vorhanden, keine Handtücher im Bad oder Küche. Der Schlüsselüberbringer brachte zwar noch später dergleichen, war aber für uns vorher nicht erreichbar, lediglich Intervention über den Vermieter brachte hier etwas. Die Geschirrspülmaschine war defekt! Prima WE mit Abwasch, wie zuletzt in den 70ern...was aber das das komplett schmierige Geschirr erklärte! Die Wohnung ist ungepflegt und nahezu verwahrlost. Keinerlei Geschirr oder Besteck war ohne Reinigung nutzbar! Der Wasserabfluß Toilette ist so in Deutschland schlichtweg verboten, Infektionsgefahr! Der Balkon ist gammelig, der Abfluß dort defekt, die Fliesen sind ohne Gefälle verlegt, der Balkon ist daher marode und wird die Jahre nicht überdauern. Es ist in keinem Raum eine Verdunkelung möglich, keine Jalousien, keine Vorhänge. Der Boden war nicht gewischt, nicht nur einmal nicht gewischt, sondern eindeutig über viele arme Leidensgenossen hinweg wohl nicht! Sowohl im Bad, Küche als auch Korridor. Ein Staubsauger war nicht vorhanden. Die Einweisung bestand aus einem für uns flüchtigen Schlüsselüberbringer, der direkt nach Einlaß verschwand und uns den Augenblick des nicht Auffindens des vierten Bettes allein überließ, um sich danach auch kaum wieder auffinden zu lassen! Und noch die Frechheit besaß, beim nachreichen der notwendigsten Utensilien zu behaupten, wir wären ja so schnell weg gewesen! Unmöglich, dieses Wohnungsangebot, einfach eine Frechheit! Und dies sagen vier Herren um die 50, die sicherlich auch mal campen und zünftig sind! Aber so etwas noch nicht erlebt hatten und auch nicht mehr erleben wollen.

We r not very happy with this (URL HIDDEN) hostess changed Attitude .because we want to check out in advance. There is not supermarket shop center .we need to any help .she checked online but didn't help us in directly. So we decided to checked out early even we paid money. Everday we have to paid 130€to go to city.so expensive. We have express to go her house but disappear.we just want her help us call to express company she siad she cant help us..so its so bad...

Das Wochenende war perfekt und nicht nur dank des guten Wetters. Das Ferienhaus ist super gelegen und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Auch die überdachte Terasse mit Gasgrill ist mehr als man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben zwar nicht viele Ausflüge gemacht, nur einmal kurz rüber in die Niederlande aber es gibt eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. An- und Abreise war völlig reibungslos und ich kann einen Besuch nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wij hebben als gezin een super kerstweekend beleefd in dit vakantiehuis in Effeld. Met als uitvalsroute Valkenburg en Roermond hebben wij ons prima vermaakt. De tafeltennistafel in de kelder was voor onze pubers een leuke verassing. Het verblijf in de woning was comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De matrassen lagen goed en het huis was rustig gelegen. De keuken met de grote oven was prima voor het bakken van lekkere croissants. Wij zullen dit zeker nog een keertje overdoen. Es war ein rundum gelungenes WE. Die " Gäste" deines Hauses war völlig zufrieden. Die Abstimmung, die Hilfsbereitschaft und die vorgefundene Räumlichkeiten und Inventar sind für und bis 6 Personen bestens geeignet. Tischtennis im Keller, das ist gelungen Liebe Grüße

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für 6 Personen ist alles da, was man benötigt. Ausreichend Küchenutensilien, einen Grill und einen schönen Hinterhof mit Gartenmöbeln zum draußen sitzen. Uns hat die Tischtennisplatte im Keller besonders gefallen. Ein klasse Wochenende!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, sehr schön war, daß wir auch das Bad alleine nutzen konnten, da Alexander während unseres Aufenthaltes woanders nächtigte. Dadurch hat man wirklich seine Privatsphäre. Möglichkeiten zum essen und Frühstücken gibt es in der näheren Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Antonie is very good starting first day on wards.She helps a lot to find out the thing where available and house is peaceful.She also helped me personally when required.

Got a towel. Thee und Kaffee first day, i could not operate the kitchen but could eat outside. Room, living room is better then in the pictures. The neighbourhood in Keilrich does have a large grocery and a trainstation, but nothing to do. Heerlen und Eindhoven there is more to do.

Her house is much more beautiful than it is depicted in the photographs. It is cleaner and the atmosphere is fantastic. You can visit the supermarket, restaurants, McDonald's at a walking distance.

Ich war einen ganzen Monat bei Antonia. War alles super! Habe mich wie zuhause gefühlt. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, hat auch immer gute Tipps gegeben. Und die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar aber trotzdem ruhig! Hatte eine schöne Zeit hier!

Das Zimmer war sauber und aufgeräumt - wie beschrieben. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstr. und die Anbindung an die Autobahn ist ebenfalls gut. Die Gastgeberin ist nett und zuvorkommend.
