Apartment "a lovely spot" has a wood-burning stove as the main heating. So in the cold, you have to stoke it. Breakfast in the morning sun. The fridge is richly filled for breakfast, the sandwiches are served in the morning at the desired time. You sleep on the upper floor, which can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. Perfect location for walks and bike rides through forests and nature reserves. Or a visit to the beautiful Hanseatic cities. Good restaurant, close by and in the village.

Hoeve Nooitgedacht

The detached B&B of Hoeve Nooitgedacht is no less than 100m2 and is located - hidden in the greenery - next to our old farm. The cozy village of Eerbeek and the Veluwezoom National Park are very close. Here you can enjoy eating, shopping, hiking, biking and horseback riding or other fun things. Hanseatic cities Zutphen (10 km), Doesburg (11 km) and Deventer (20 km) are worth a visit. On two sides, the cottage has a private outdoor terrace with a fenced garden, for lounging or eating outside.

A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. Nice authentic building built in 1895 in the center of Apeldoorn. Shops, restaurants, market and the station are all within walking distance. The fully furnished studio includes a bedroom and living area and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200), which can easily be converted into two single beds. The living area has a cozy sitting area and a separate dining area in the conservatory.
