Our forest cottage is beautifully located on the edge of the Veluwe forest. Both hiking and cycling and equestrian trails are within immediate reach. The cottage is simple and sustainable. It is suitable for a couple possibly with children (one bedroom with double bed and bunk bed). There is internet, TV, refrigerator, oven, etc. Heating with a heat pump, a green roof, electricity via solar panels, clay floor and walls. Your dog can walk freely on a fenced property of 6,000 meters. You can bring your horse.

The luxurious and stylish residence is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can get on a paddleboard or in a canoe.

Apartment "a lovely spot" has a wood-burning stove as the main heating. So in the cold, you have to stoke it. Breakfast in the morning sun. The fridge is richly filled for breakfast, the sandwiches are served in the morning at the desired time. You sleep on the upper floor, which can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

A unique overnight stay in a studio above the former pig barn. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is located on the first floor of the former pigsty and is therefore also called "the pigsty" for short.
