A Delicious Place

Apartment "a lovely spot" has a wood-burning stove as the main heating. So in the cold, you have to stoke it. Breakfast in the morning sun. The fridge is richly filled for breakfast, the sandwiches are served in the morning at the desired time. You sleep on the upper floor, which can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. Perfect location for walks and bike rides through forests and nature reserves. Or a visit to the beautiful Hanseatic cities. Good restaurant, close by and in the village.

Hoeve Nooitgedacht

The detached B&B of Hoeve Nooitgedacht is no less than 100m2 and is located - hidden in the greenery - next to our old farm. The cozy village of Eerbeek and the Veluwezoom National Park are very close. Here you can enjoy eating, shopping, hiking, biking and horseback riding or other fun things. Hanseatic cities Zutphen (10 km), Doesburg (11 km) and Deventer (20 km) are worth a visit. On two sides, the cottage has a private outdoor terrace with a fenced garden, for lounging or eating outside.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Maja's Hideaway is set deep in our large private forest. Handmade out of many reclaimed materials by Jaap, and personally designed to blend into the glorious high trees by Lucinda, with 10.5m metres of glass so you can watch the animals pass by from the sofa. The terrace is a morning sun trap for a great yoga and meditation session followed by breakfast to the birdsong chorus. Perfect for a couple (plus baby in cot) or 2 friends. Within cycling distance of the Hoge Veluwe, Apeldoorn station and Paleis het Loo. Ideal location for mountain biking, running and cycling.
