From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Soak in the peace and idyll of the Ruwer Valley. The garden has access to the river, the house is sheltered by an old oak tree. In the house, the flair of the 60s, wooden floorboards, high ceilings, vintage furnishings, cozy house designed with much love. Have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Ruwer. Try Riesling at the nearby winery, eat pizza at Gut Sommerau overlooking the castle ruins. 2 dream loops pass the house and the river invites young and old to splash around!

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
