Pull out couch makes a cozy place to watch tv by the fire. Parking spaces for truck/boat with electric available.

Feel free to back the boat/boats along the fence on this lot. Home has 2 King Beds, 5 Queen Beds, a full bed, twin bed and a toddler bed!
