L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde ma molto strategica per visitare i dintorni. Gli ampi spazi esterni compensano lo spazio interno dell'appartamento che è comunque ben attrezzato ed arredato con gusto. Siamo stati accolti in maniera calorosa da Marta che ringraziamo davvero per la cortesia e la disponibilità che ci ha dimostrato!

I went to this b & b with my partner and had a great time. The contacts have been quick and clear. Barbara and her husband have proved immediately very helpful to our needs, they even helped me to organize a surprise, very successful. The apartment is clean and spacious, with everything you need for cooking and eating. The very accurate breakfast, again responding to our special needs. The bathroom is the highlight part, but for what already talking pictures. Recommend anyone to go, you will find a quiet and friendly place, ideal for a romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Matilde with Luca and Francesca. The place was exactly as showed in the pictures, the appartment and the surroundings are very beautiful. It was clean, there was fruit and coffee, it was restful and very nice. Luca and Francesca helped us out any time we had a question (like finding out a nice restaurant or the easiest way to get to Rome) and provided us with local drinks and water several times. They are very kind people and we definitely recommend a stay at their place.

The reception was very warm, and the house precisely meets the description. The wonderful room with the fireplace on the ground paino, huge! The garden and the covered patio to eat are immaculately kept and very relaxing.

Luca and his partner welcomed us like we were old friends. Their willingness and sincerity made us feel really like we were at home; leading us, naturally, even to each other to share moments of reflection only family norm. The house is a place where past and present intertwine lovingly bringing the mind and body to that peace which is essential to each of us. Absolutely amazing!!! The house is beautiful and comfortable! It has enough rooms to accommodate big families! We stayed for 13 nights and never felt uncomfortable. We were 8 adults, a 5 years old and a 6 months old baby. Luca was outstanding host, he prepared the house and even found a baby crib for us! I highly recommend this house. They have everything that you need to accommodate big groups!

Beautiful village, the house faces an equally landscape, for those seeking peace is tranquility is perfect. It is also for lovers of mountain sports lovers, trail network stroncone, meadows, Cimitelle, miranda, piediluco, waterfalls marmore, ect. stragetica position to reach Terni, Rieti. What to say? I hope to return!

If you want to step back into time and away from the city this beautiful location is the place to do it. Bring plenty of wine to enjoy as you look out over the valleys and mountains of Italy listening to church bells and owls. Tricky to find and far far away from any convenience but lovely if solitude and serenity are on your must have list. Wood burning heat and just the right amount of comfort in this well kept treasure.

Apartment in the countryside, ideal for relaxing without sacrificing however a strategic location, just fifteen minutes from Narni, and near from Niagara Falls! The living area is really pretty, well above our expectations, the picture does not do justice! Mr. Ulysses, father of Sara, was very kind and very accommodated. He cuddled making us find the need for breakfast and a good trick in the fridge! There has also offered a delicious jam production plums own ... A kindness of the past, thanks for everything!
