Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. Take a day or afternoon & go looking for arrowheads, fossils & other treasures like gold rocks.

My place is close to Okissa Lake, Clearsprings Recreational area, city of Natchez, and the Natchez Trace.. it is only 2 1/2 hours from New Orleans, or less than 2 hours from Baton Rouge. You’ll love our place because the property is located in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest. It is secluded and quiet. No plane, train, or automobile noise.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Cabins are prewar 1940's motor court with covered parking. Each cabin features, queen bed, tv, Wifi, small bathroom with a shower, original lavatory & fixtures in the bathroom. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. 2 air conditioners and electric heaters. Restaurant onsite (Magnolia Cafe) hours Tuesday through Sunday 10am until 3 pm. Coffee shop onsite (Birdman). Come enjoy the historic motor courts with modern amenities!
