L'ensemble du logement, du spa, du sauna, du hammam, de la terrasse et la piscine n'est pas partagé avec d'autres personnes. Équipements utilisable toute l'année : Grand Spa Jacuzzi couvert T° réglable de 30° à 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrasse sans vis à vis. Piscine de 14 mètres chauffée de début mai à fin octobre. Le tarif affiché inclus le ménage ainsi que la fourniture des draps, serviettes et peignoirs. Location strictement limitée à 2 adultes et 2 enfants (aucuns invités ne sont autorisés)

Quiet cottage surrounded by nature

Gîte de 90m2 avec 2 chambres aux extrémités dotées chacune de WC, douche. Au centre, une cuisine ouverte qui divise un espace détente sur sa droite (télé, sofa) et une salle à manger sur sa gauche. Au fond, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver. Devant, la terrasse couverte équipée vous permettra de manger dehors. A 3 mètres, la piscine est entourée de magnifiques palmiers. Vous aurez l'impression d'être sous les tropiques ! Derrière, un terrain de pétanque, et un beau terrain pour se ressourcer.

Soyez les bienvenus ! Pied à terre insolite pour vous ressourcer au calme et en pleine nature. Profitez des petits bonheurs simples loin de la foule. Le moulin est excentré mais situé à 10min de Lectoure et Fleurance, 15min de Castéra Verduzan et 20min de Condom. Pleins de petits villages atypiques à découvrir loins des grandes villes.
