It was very peaceful and enjoyable. The large jetted tub was such a great benefit! Loved the views and the bed was so comfortable. Harry’s home offers beautiful accommodations for a good price. It would be nice to have a bigger fridge but other than that it was generously stocked with coffee, coffee supplies, a few nice treats and water. There are plenty of blankets and pillows too. With the beautiful views, peaceful environment and comfortable bed, I just wanted to sleep the entire time! ❤️

Harry’s place is located in a gorgeous suburb of Folsom! The houses and streets around are clean/pleasing to look at, and the location is close to plenty of restaurants and stores. I think it would make a romantic getaway, or in my case, a simple place to crash that felt clean and right at home. Harry is such a nice host and communicated quickly, no doubt would stay again.

If you've never stayed in a large camper, this is a fun experience. The location in the heart of Folsom, close to Old Town, is great.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Bret’s place. Easy come and go access. You can park in driveway right up to the place. You will find every amenity you will need and clean and comfortable. This is a great location. Very nice, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. But you can walk to almost anything you want to do. Folsom is a nice city. Close to beautiful river with trails and paved paths for hiking, biking, and walking. Bret is a great host and I highly recommend.

Location, Location, Location, this wonderful Trailor is smack dab in the middle of downtown Folsom. Bret, the 5-star host has thought of every amenity you could use or want for your Glamping trip and or Business, Vacation, etc... Great communication, comfortable beds, full kitchen if you don't want to explore the dozens of fun restaurants in the area. Comfortable, cozy, and just plain fun! We had a blast! I can't wait to try this again in early summer. Cheers!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Folsom! It was extremely well-kept and made me feel like I was at a home away from home. All the amenities were provided and the room itself was excellent with the most comfortable bed. Cindy was very helpful through out my stay and was available whenever needed. Needless to say I was very impressed and overly delighted to have stayed at such a beautiful home, exceeded expectations and I hope to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful time in Cindy's home. The location is great--just a short drive away from Historic Folsom. Cindy was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to questions. The space is absolutely beautiful, sparkling clean, and we were provided with all necessities during our stay.

Very ideal location, safe suburban neighborhood with everything nearby. We stayed here to visit Downtown Sacramento, which was only 20-25 min away. The house is nice and clean, the hosts took care of us very well. Comfortable and quiet bedroom, and bathroom is newly renovated and spacious.

Jeanette’s home is located in a lovely area. Very well maintained and welcoming. We felt very safe. Out room was very nicely furnished with a comfy bed. The bathroom is very handy, just across the hall. This was just a quick trip for us but Jeanette made sure we knew we were welcome to watch TV or just relax in the family room. There were also snacks! She was very friendly, gracious and easy to talk with. There is a beautiful piano in the front room that made me wish I knew how to play. As our first stay in an AirBnB in someone’s home we didn’t know what to expect. But we felt right at home. Thank you.

This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood. It’s close to the freeway yet very quiet. I stayed in the master bedroom it was very comfy and the bathroom was extremely nice.

In the 13 years of marriage with my wife we have stayed in many hotels and B&B’s this was by far the most welcoming feeling stay that we have ever experienced. I can say in confidence it was not any one thing but all of the things. You will not regret your stay here at any price.

This was my first stay at an airbnb. It couldn't have gone better! I really needed a morning retreat and it was great. I like to take a walk in the morning and this place was right across the street from a large park. My week there at the retreat was perfect! Thanks to Steve and Barbara!

Steve and Barbara have a wonderfully private accommodation with fun vintage furnishings amongst updated amenities. Plenty of extra bedding for a snuggly sleep, a comfy throw throw for the chaise lounge, and private patio to enjoy afternoon sun. I felt welcome and enjoyed the quiet seclusion. Thank you!

Very clean and hospitable location. We wish we were able to explore around the retreat more as it is located in a very beautiful location. However we were there for business reasons and were always back at night.

Not just a private bedroom, its one of best and peaceful experience i had on airbnb. Anne is a great host, she's so helpful keep checking out on you if you need any help, She's always smiling and for sure its the best place to stay in folsom or granitebay area!

My husband and I loved our stay at Anne's so much that we decided when we come up to Sacramento again to visit family, we would want to stay at her location again. Anne herself was lovely as she showed us the space, and the actual space was perfect: separate entrance for privacy, amazing mattress and pillows on bed, and my favorite: the shower! So spacious and great water pressure! Thanks, Anne, and hope to see you again next year.

If you're looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay north of Fulton, I recommend this very highly. The view overlooks big oaks and pines, and the separate entry is very private. Anne was most gracious and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice and clean

Joyce is a very sweet host. She welcomed her with open arms into her house. We enjoyed our stay at home away from home.

Located in a classic suburban neighborhood, walking through the house to the back porch is a total transformation. The view down into a shallow tree lined ravine is a world away and not another house in sight. The room is comfortable, homey and yet, offers bedside USB chargers and WiFi. It’s an excellent value.

Love my stays here

Joyce is a sweet lady first off. Her hospitality and amenities are beyond most places I’ve stayed. You get a bedroom, bathroom and a sitting room on top of breakfast and coffee. Her place is close to old town Folsom with loads of things to do and places to eat.

Hi! My family of three plus my colleagues family of three, all stayed here for four days. There were many kid appropriate outings nearby as well as many pleasantly surprising touches in the home like a high chair, videogame console, and diapers. The house is a beautiful multi-level home, comfortable and very clean.

The home is in excellent condition, very spacious, very clean, and it is close to many stores and restaurants (some of which are in easy walking distance). There is an open walkway at the bottom of the cul-de-sac that is across the street from a CVS and other stores/restaurants. Very convenient!

We booked this house as my two year old daughter loves to swim. It was the only place that would heat the pool within 5 hours of where we live. Alexey and Nila exceeded our expectations of just the spa and pool. The communication with them even before our stay was outstanding. Easy check in and check out! The house was wonderful! It was sparkling clean and a nice open floor plan upstairs. They even had a play room where we spent a few of our nights playing shuffle board and my daughter played with the trains. The beds were amazingly comfy and hard to get out of in the am. The location is unbeatable. It’s about a ten minute walk to the grocery store and maybe 15-20 to the mall. We will absolutely be back and couldn’t recommend this house more! It’s suitable for all types of travelers (family, business, singles).

Ryan's place is very clean and the description was accurate. We didn't do any cooking from what I could see the place was adequately stocked for everything you would need. Located near old Town Folsom. There is a covered parking spot but we found the street parking to be more convenient as it was 20 feet from our door.

We used the apartment as a home base for exploring the surrounding areas for a potential relocation. Added bonus was the nearby ice-skating downtown. Easy check in and check out. Ryan was quick to respond.

This private room, close in to all the fun things to do in Folsom is perfect for a single person traveling with a pet. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. There were special touches for the pups which made us feel very welcome. The space is small but up to date and well appointed. It includes all the essentials for your comfort. Lots of safe space for dogs to run around.

David was great with organizing the rental and Gaylynn was so wonderful to interact with when I was there! It was easy to stay in touch via text and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns. I rented it because of the dog friendly factor, and my dog unexpectedly needed a major surgery during my stay. Gaylynn was so sweet to him, would check on him throughout the day when I was away, and was kind enough to keep her friendly dogs away from him a few days post-surgery so he could recover in peace. I can't imagine how hard this month would have been had I stayed somewhere else. The property is peaceful and quiet, yet very accessible to town. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

Clean comfy and safe

Lisa's home was wonderful.I stayed in her unit for three months while taking a local nurse travel contract with my boyfriend. Private two car garage. Stairs to get up into the main living space with a large comfortable living room/TV. Dining area and kitchen. Great open layout. Two bedrooms and Two bathrooms. The house with stocked with everything you needed..shampoo/conditioned, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, towels etc. Lisa was very quick to respond when ever we reached out, usually immediately back. She let us move in a night early when we confused our move in dates. I would stay here again. The place was sparkling clean! Close to many walking/biking trails right within the condo complex. Thanks Lisa for an incredible stay and being a wonderful host!

My family and I stayed at Matt and Marga’s place for 5 days and we could not have been happier. The home is spacious, clean, cozy and child proof. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a laundry room which came in handy. We had 2 kids under the age of 4 who loved playing outside and didn’t want to leave. A wonderful oasis in a ranch setting yet close to anything you'd want, whether shopping, dining, or hiking. A one-of-a-kind abode to just settle into...which I did for an extra day.

Beautiful country setting close to the city. Little loft is tastefully decorated with tiny rustic antiques and toys reminiscing of old country days. Kiddo and I enjoyed the company of our downstairs horse neighbors. Easy communication and great hospitality. Highly recommend!

Lori is a great host! She's easy to contact, responsive, and caring. I sent her a message late on my first evening, asking if she had a blow dryer I could use. When I woke up the next morning, I found that she left it on the bathroom counter for me. She also noticed that I'm a musician and offered her guitar and piano for me to use. I had a spontaneous schedule during my stay and she was able to accommodate throughout.

A great house in a quiet neighborhood. The sofa is very comfortable and there are all things we need here. The garden looks great, there even has a tree of grapefruit! Generally, living here was a very comfortable experience.

One of my favorite airbnb experiences to date. Homer's home is beautiful, comfortable, charming, and such a relaxing space to be in. We rented it for a weekend writing retreat and it was perfect for working (big beautiful table, ample outlets, fast internet) and also very cozy for taking breaks and chilling hard in the evenings (very comfortable bed, couches, blankets, a fireplace, a smart TV). There are beautiful citrus trees in the yard and, if you're lucky, you may get to taste some of Homer's homemade wine!

This is THE place to stay in the Folsom area!!! The hosts were tremendously friendly, the home was beautiful and so close to everything! We ended up cutting short a camping trip due to bad weather and booked this AirBnB at the last minute. When we couldn't complete our planned trip, we were even invited to the family Thanksgiving dinner!!! We played board games, talked, laughed and felt like part of the family. What absolutely delightful people - and hopefully, our new friends in the Folsom area. :-)

We stayed at the studio for over a week and it was absolutely fantastic! The studio was immaculately clean and inviting. We had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped to make any dinner you can possibly want to make. Parking was easy and a few steps away from the entrance. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet, but close to plenty of great restaurants and shops. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make your stay great. In my opinion this is one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in and easily recommend this one as the best place to stay while you're in Folsom!

Excellent location with wonderful amenities. Close to the Johnny Cash trail and grocery stores. Remodeled inside with fabulous touches. Definitely recommend

Cozy and quiet place .. feels like home away from home

We needed a place during the Kincade fire evacuation. Ryan was flexible and helpful in our situation. We appreciated the cleanliness, the convenient location near stores and restraunts, and being in a safe neighborhood.

Ryan was very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to booking and was great with being able to provide us a place to stay on short notice. The location is nice and close to a lot of amenities. The apartment was very nice and looked just like the pictures. I would recommend Ryan and his cute little apartment to anyone needing to stay in or around Folsom!

Douglas’s place was my first airbnb experience. Several of my co-workers had already been to training in Folsom, and stayed at a large hotel. They reported back that the experience was not great. I did some research and found Douglas's house for less than what 2 co-workers spent on individual hotel rooms. I showed the co-worker I was traveling with the house and he liked the idea. I cleared it with my boss and booked it. What a great experience!!! We walked into old-town for our meals, enjoyed the fire pit near the pool, used the full kitchen and did our laundry. Douglas was great to work with!

Charming house in a great location, great to a charming downtown area. Very clean, great Hugh deck. Many thoughtful extras. The owner was very easy to work with and the communications were thoughtful and helpful.

The house was in a fantastic location, easy walk into downtown Folsom. Quiet neighborhood and easy to communicate with Doug. We will definitely stay again.

Monica was a great host and Cota is a friendly and enjoyable dog. The space was nice and clean and I loved having a private bath. I wish there would have been a tv in the room to watch. I would definitely would stay here again.

Monica lived up to her "Superhost" moniker. Quick response. Attentive. Easy going and great communicator. The place is perfect. Big room. Big comfortable king-sized bed. Roomy. Non-shared bathroom. Also big. Great location, about five minutes off main Folsom path. Great neighborhood. Places to walk. Great stay.
