'Vasara' is situated in ecological farm Kemešys and is available only during summer months. It is quite distant from the other buildings in the farm so you could enjoy your privacy. Located on the bank of lake Kemešys 'Vasara' also has a private footbridge to the lake and a terrace with amazing view

In the upper storeys of skyscraper, a magnificent penthouse in Vilnius located near the Old Town, a luxurious business class apartment enjoys panoramic views over the history of Vilnius. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Old Town. There is stunning floor-to-ceiling showcase windows that give you the most valuable views of Vilnius. Villa MIGLA

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

It has an outside deck to sit and watch the sunset go down behind the trees. There is a lake near by and a forest. It is a great place for families and friends to relax.
