Places to stay in Donard
Set in a traditional farm courtyard, this converted Wicklow stable offers a contemporary, spacious, open-plan living space with all mod cons. We are a seven-minute drive from Rathsallagh - perfect for guests attending weddings there!
Set in an authentic farmyard, the Stable has a fresh and contemporary feel. Perfect for a romantic get away to enjoy the Wicklow countryside. The bedroom is on a mezzanine level at the top of a custom built spiral staircase, so best suited to able-bodied adults. I converted the stables myself and lived there for five years while I renovated the main house, which I now live in. The restoration is ongoing, and our low prices reflect the fact that the driveway and garden are still 'works in progress'! All our guests love Ballyhook, but I do ask guests to please be aware that this is a working farm (I run a brewery business and I will leave you a sample in the fridge if you're lucky!). If you want five star wall-to-wall luxury this is not the place for you, if you want a fantastic fun experience of real irish life I believe you will be delighted!
The accessability to the Wicklow Mountains, Russborough House,Punchestown, The Curragh, Rathsallagh House Hotel, Burtown House and Gardens, Baltinglass, Blessington lakes, Glendalough, Kildare Village all with in 30 minutes drive. Finished off by the infamous Moores Pub and casa tapas restraunt in the local village of Grangecon 5 mins drive.
  • Overall we had a lovely stay at Angus’ place. We stayed there for 11 nights and during this time the house became a kind of home after our journeys in Ireland. We arrived quite late and had no problems checking in. In the fridge we found everything we need for the breakfast, which was a real lifesaver as we arrived so late the evening before and couldn’t go groceries shopping. The bed is absolute gorgeous - feels like you sleep in clouds. As someone else wrote, the furniture might not be as new as it was on the pictures, but it’s still in good condition. Angus was a great host, we felt very welcomed and he had good tips what we should visit as well. He made it easy to feel comfortable and always made sure we have everything we need. If you get the chance you should definitely try his beer, it tastes really good. You get the chance to order it in Grangecons pub, which you should visit. Apart from that we can recommend visiting Glendalough, Bray and Blessington. In Blessington (20mins drive) you have also the chance to go to Dublin by Bus. Since you can enjoy a quit location you need a car for mostly everything. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would come back when we visit Ireland again.

  • The accommodation at Angus offers almost everything you could wish for. To make excursions, it is necessary to have a car with you. We can only recommend Angus as a host !!

  • Angus's place is a sensational experience on a working farm. The cottage is beautifully renovated with all mod cons and comforts. Angus is such a generous host supplying a range of delicious local produce and ideas of what to do in the local area. Its a special experience staying here and I would absolutely recommend it if you are wanting some rural downtime.

  • We loved our stay here, the place is so beautifully decorated with lots of nice touches, perfectly clean and in a lovely scenic location. Best bit though has to be the piglets! We would definitely stay again

  • This is a lovely, clean and light home in a beautiful and quiet setting, with good links to get to all the attractions. The spiral staircase took a little getting used to but we were soon comfortable getting up and down. Angus is a welcoming and relaxed host and it was great to meet him. We had a great holiday and hope to come back.

  • Talk about a place to recharge. With the wood stove burning, and a book in every part of the house, you’ll appreciate every part of being out in the country to reflect and relax. Angus was absolutely delightful as a host. Will miss your place so much! Stay here guys. You’ll absolutely love it.

  • Firstly the cottage itself is beautiful and cosy and wonderfully decorated to make anyone feel right at home. The scenery in this part of the countryside is beautiful. There are no words to really explain its beauty, it is one to be experienced with an incredible sense of serenity. Secondly the hosts, Paul and Ruby are very conscientious of their guests stay and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your stay. They offer an above standard sense of homely ness aswell as being incredible hosts they also leave you your privacy and are so kind. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would love to go back again.

Wilderness Cottage, is a newly renovated, cosy & inviting space. Attached to our house & set on 1.5 acres in gorgeous countryside outside the village of Dunlavin. Wilderness Lodge is home to Raymond, Jenny, their two children & two friendly dogs! Surrounded by fields & nature we have the luxury of an incredibly quiet & idyllic setting. Perfect to wind down from busy life, a base to explore Wicklow & all its surrounds or a comfortable nearby stay if attending a Wedding in Rathsallagh.
Renovated recently to a high standard, this cottage while has all modern convenience still holds the charm of country life. Set outside the village we are surrounded by fields & nature, a space to truly switch off, just the sound of munching cows, birds and the odd car!
Dunlavin boasts a couple of excellent eateries, An Lár offering delicious Vegan & Vegetarian food with freshly baked Organic bread daily the other is a pop up bakery opening fri & sat with amazing fresh bread, pizzas and brunch menu. Both serving excellent coffee!! There are two organic farms who open their farm shops on Fridays, also excellent Butchers who stocks a lot of their own free range meat; you can ensure to source some amazing local food. (we'd be happy to help with Organic Veg supplies in particular if you are managing a healing diet).
  • Wilderness Cottage is exactly as it says and more, in many ways undressing itself. Really lovely lodgings, in such a peaceful setting, (I have not experienced quietness like that for some time!!!), along with a welcome & visit from the fluffy dogs & great communication with Jenny (the host) made my stay there nurturing & comfortable. Freshly baked organic Sourdough bread from the local bakers & honey made by bee keepers who live up the road was left as a welcome for me, what a luxury! Another wonderful touch is the soap left in the bathroom is also organic and made locally, its like a wok of art! I would highly recommend this property, in particular as a sole traveller, I felt very safe & cosy. I will definitely return.

Soak up the atmosphere in this freshly renovated stone mews, has all the modern touches but still has a country feel to it. It is set up with 2 single beds, but they can be pushed together and made into a large double bed if this is preferred. Just let me know when making the booking.
Rural setting just below Church Mountain, and yet only 5 minutes from Hollywood village. Quaint stone building but with all modern comforts including a smart TV, and access to Netflix, for those cosy nights in.
We are lucky to have such a rural setting and peaceful environment, yet so close to the N81 to access Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare etc.
  • Amazing hosts! Were very helpful when it came to finding things to do and making the best of our trip! Sandra even offered to come get us at the airport when we thought we weren’t going to be able to get a car! 100% recommended staying with Sandra!🤗

  • We stayed as Sandra's place on a walking trip. It was the perfect place to relax after a days walking as it's right on the St.Kevin's way, in a beautiful part of the Wicklow Mountains. Sandra is friendly and thoughtful host and was very helpful in giving us tips about the walks in the area and recommendations for nearby pubs and café in Hollywood. Highly recommend.

  • This was a Christmas presents my sister and I got for our parents, and their first Air BnB experience.. They have just got home and told my sister and I how spotless and peaceful it was, as well as how great Sandra's hospitality was in warmly welcoming them upon arrival with a fresh loaf of bread, butter and jam, and fresh milk. So thank you Sandra for making their first Air BnB stay so great, it certainly won't be their last! Many thanks, Timmy (& Aileen & Garth!)

  • A wonderful Airbnb-experience. Sandra is a lovely and open host, and we really enjoyed having conversations with her. The accommodation itself is just as cozy a place you can imagine, with an amazing a view, especially at dawn and through the entire morning while having breakfast. I will recommend this place to my sister-in-law and we definitely want to come back ourselves, too!

    Killegar Wood, County Wicklow, Ireland

Enjoy a truly Irish experience at Decoy Lodge, a quaint two-storey, two-bedroom cottage situated right in the heart of a 200-acre working Irish sheep farm in Dunlavin, Co Wicklow. In addition to sheep, we also keep cattle, horses and a few majestic peacocks! Lambing time in January and March is particularly special and children can even help feed the pet lambs! Special discounts available for families with children at pre-booking. Please enquire in advance.
Decoy Lodge dates back to the 1950s when it was converted from an old stable. It has recently been re-decorated (launched early November 2019) but still boasts a lot of 'old world' charm. It is set right in the middle of a busy working farm of some 300 sheep, 100 cattle and a few horses. The kitchen, which overlooks one of the paddocks, is fully equipped with a cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The cosy living room looks out onto the yard, where you will often spot the peacocks roaming freely! Otherwise you can relax in front of an open stone fire and watch tv while rewinding after a busy day taking in the sights of the 'Garden of Ireland' that is Co Wicklow. Throughout the house, the walls are adorned with photographs of some of our spectacular wildlife and local scenes. The bathroom is situated downstairs, off a hallway adjacent to the spacious livingroom. This is equipped with an electric shower and deep cast-iron bath. Upstairs, the front bedroom (one double bed) looks out onto the small paddocks, and the second bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), looks out onto the sheep shed, which, during lambing season, is teaming with activity! Both rooms have hairdryers. Further up the farm, the views are quite spectacular, especially at sunset when the light over the Wicklow Mountains is breathtaking. Short tours of the farm can be organised. As it is a working farm with machinery operating daily, we request that children are supervised at all times. This is for their own safety. We do offer stabling for horses for an additional charge, should someone need overnight accommodation for them too. We are located in hunting country with packs such as Kildare, Carlow Farmers, Shillelagh and South County Dublin all within an hours' drive of the farm. There are also trail rides organised locally from time to time. Sadly we are unable to accommodate dogs. All in all we believe Decoy Lodge has so much to offer to those wishing to experience life in the Irish countryside, and also to meet all the residents of an Irish farm!
Wicklow is without doubt the most beautiful county in Ireland and we are fortunate to live in one of the most scenic areas, overlooking the Wicklow Mountains. Did you know that we even have our own 'Hollywood on the Hill'? - a tiny village on the edge of the mountains which is a major attraction for photos all year round. From Hollywood, take the road across the Wicklow Gap to the world-famous Glendalough Park and then travel home via the Sally Gap. If you have time seek out Luggala Estate, where much of the 'Vikings' series was filmed. Decoy Lodge is situated half a mile from the N81 which is the main Blessington/Baltinglass road. The farm sits close to the R412 which takes you into Dunlavin, approximately three miles away. This gorgeous village is on the Kildare border and dates back to the 1600s. Its most attractive feature is the courthouse right in the centre of the village, although you will instantly love the entire place for its wide streets which are really a step back in time. Just a few miles away is the multi award-winning Rathsallagh House Hotel which is well worth a visit if you fancy a round of golf. Tullfarris Golf Club is also nearby. For horse racing enthusiasts, Kildare county boasts three race tracks - the Curragh (Flat), Punchestown (National Hunt) and Naas (Flat and National Hunt). All are within a 30 minute drive and host several major festivals throughout the year. The Curragh is also famous for its association with horse trainers, with several hundred horses being exercised here each day. Why not spend a morning watching the next superstar being put through their paces? Afterwards you could have lunch at the bustling TRI Superstore. We are well located with several major towns within a 30 minute drive - Blessington (20kms), Naas (23kms) and Newbridge (18kms). For those who wish to dine out we have some fantastic restaurants and cafes in the locality. Some of note for breakfast and lunch are the Grangecon Kitchen (8kms) and Hollywood Cafe (8kms). For dinner, try the Ballymore Inn (11kms) and Bardons of Kilcullen (10kms) - home of the best chicken wings in Ireland!

We would have loved to stay longer but will definitely return again! The place is set in beautiful surroundings and cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Siobhan is a fantastic host! ♥️

    Branislava2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • We had a fantastic time at Siobhan’s farm house. The house was very comfortable, relaxing and super clean. Siobhan left fresh eggs for us, which were great for breakfast. The kids really enjoyed feeding the lambs and seeing all the other animals on the farm and have asked a number of times when we can go back. The location was great to explore the Wicklow mountains.

And of course, there are three pubs a short car ride away. It is Ireland after all!
  • This Airbnb was a great stay! The grounds and room were absolutely beautiful. Everything was immaculately cleaned and organized. The rooms were chic, stylish, and all the furniture was designed by the owner and made locally. The location of the Airbnb is secluded and private. It’s a less than a 15 minute drive to get to a restaurant or a pub. Lisa was an excellent host and responded within 5 minutes when we messaged her for directions. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay again!

    Emma2019-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay at the elbow room. It’s tucked away in the Wicklow mountains and the grounds look Iike a fairy tale. It’s got a beautiful garden and greenhouse, INCREDIBLE hiking right out the back yard, a very handy kitchen with all the tools you need (shops just down the street to buy groceries), very clean and stylish rooms (beds were very comfortable!), a cozy campfire, and incredibly friendly company. Lisa was very welcoming and we had a lovely time chatting to her and other guests around the camp fire. Truly a wonderful atmosphere. It made the perfect escape from city life for the weekend and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Dublin and hoping to explore the Wicklow mountains or any Dublin locals looking to get away for the weekend. We can’t wait to go back.

The local village Hollywood is home to traditional music and great food as is Ballymore Eustace with its award winning restaurant. Blessington town 12km and Naas 18km are both good places to do your food shop, browse book and clothes shops and have coffee!
  • We wanted to get out of the city for a couple days but not go too far as we're new to driving on the other side of the road, so I opted for this Hollywood guesthouse as it's less an hour out of town. I am so happy we did! Our stay was blissful. Hollywood is the most charming village, the view from the guesthouse is unbelievable, the pub is just a few steps away, and the cafe is just a few steps more. This location is a close distance to the Wicklow mountains - we were planning to spend one of the days driving through the mountains but it was rainy and things were closed due to the New Year and mostly, staying in town was so cozy we decided to save it for another trip. Liam stocked us up with the basics - milk, cheese, ham, cereal, juice - which wasn't necessary but truly appreciated. It was a perfect stay and serene beautiful way to start the year. I definitely hope to return on my next trip, and hopefully for the pre-1950s fair!

  • This place is wonderful, do not hesitate to stay here! A quiet and peaceful retreat with everything you need. The host is extremely generous and thoughtful. The fridge and cupboards were stocked, the beds comfortable, the shower hot. We will definitely recommend Sharon's place and hopefully stay there again.

  • Super helpful and generous hosts. Went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. The breakfast bits that were stocked in the fridge (eggs, cheese, ham and bread) was a very nice touch. It does get quite cold inside, but once the heaters run it's not bad. If you want to see the surrounding areas, I definitely recommend this as a base.

  • Our stay at Sharon’s bungalow was a great start into our Ireland round trip. We were welcomed by Liam who showed us around and even helped us when we had trouble locking the door. The fridge was equipped with breakfast food and fresh fruit was on the table. We really enjoyed Hollywood!

  • Comfortable accommodation complete with babbling brook to help sleep. Perfect position too. Near to wonderful pub and local cafe, plus great if you are walking up the original Hollywood hills! A lovely experience.

  • Claire and Gareth offer an absolute gem of a cottage in a truly fantastic location. Get yourself to the local pubs to meet some wonderfully welcoming and talented locals and try a sing-a-long. Or stay at home and have a night by the gorgeous log fire which Gareth will handcraft ready for you... more outdoorsy? Luckily the Wicklow national park is on the doorstep. Movie buff- check out the origin of Hollywood and you’ll be set! The space is fantastic. Clean, modern, so so roomy. I honestly could move in and never leave! Thank you Claire, Gareth and locals! You truly treated us to an all Irish break! ♥️☘️

  • The Hollywood house was beautifully restored, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Hollywood is a delightful village. We enjoyed lunch at the Hollywood cafe, dinner at the Hollywood Inn, and Guinness and music at Tutty's pub, all within a short walk. It was a great base for us to explore the beautiful Wicklow area. And I can't say enough about Claire, who was an extraordinary host. She went out of her way to make our visit extra special. I highly recommend the Hollywood House.

  • Amazing setting if you want to escape from it all. Beautiful walks, so peaceful and once you arrive you are immersed in complete tranquility. Ideal for a big family celebration or group of friends get together. Kathleen couldn’t have been more hospitable and made us feel very welcome & at home to enjoy the space. The house was spotless with lots of personality and charm. We throughly enjoyed our weekend here in Wicklow.

    Emma2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in Kilnaranelagh lodge for two nights in June. Paul & Kathleen are wonderful hosts, and they went out of their way to make sure trip was great. The lodge itself is stunning. Great fun to explore. The tennis courts are lots of fun, and the lakes are great to swim in. There are lots of activities to do as well, but we spent our time just walking around the beautiful grounds, having a BBQ, playing tennis, and just relaxing checking out the wildlife. Highly recommend this spot for a group of friends or family to hang out.

    Kevin2019-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful spacious house full of interesting items. Kathleen and her family were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Lovely lake beside the lodge where one of our guests did some fly fishing.

    Joseph2019-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful couple of days and felt very welcomed by Kathleen. We were a large group with 6 adults and 6 children and easily entertained ourselves there for 2 days without leaving the grounds! There is so much outdoor adventures to explore. Walking through the woods, fishing on the lake, tennis court , go carts etc. The house is huge with lots of bedrooms, nearly all en suite. For such a large house the main kitchen is a little small as we wanted to cook in but actually we got the BBQ on the go and it was easy to manage. Kathleen was a super host and they truly have a magical spot , well worth a visit.

    Clare2019-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • We spent my Mother's Birthday celebration here with 8 adults & 5 Kids in total. Kathleen and Paul were great with showing us around, giving us local tips and making sure we had everything we need. Very clean and cosy accommodations. We had the fire lit inside and outside which was a nice touch. The kids loved playing in the tennis courts and riding around in the go karts that were available. We went to Kilkea Castle and Hotel for dinner which is well worth the 25 minute drive. We enjoyed little walks throughout the property and sitting beside the 2 lakes which are a 5 minute walk. All in all a great time had by all.

    Jimmy2019-05-12T00:00:00Z
  • This is a little bit of paradise in Wicklow! Myself and my friends stayed for 2 nights. The lodge is ideal for getting together with friends. the accommodation was perfect and the views breathtaking. We spent the day playing tennis and had a BBQ in the evening. We also had a couple of walks to both lakes. Baltinglass was only a short distance away. Kathleen and Paul were very friendly and helpful, was great to meet them both. I can't recommend this lodge highly enough, you won't be disappointed and we are planning on returning.

    John2019-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • Had a gorgeous girls weekend in Kilranelagh Lodge. The house and it’s surroundings are beautiful and it is a very restful place. Kathleen was a fantastic host and made us feel most welcome. The lodge was very comfortable and warm and the kitchen was stocked with tea and coffee. Having use of the tennis court and the sauna was fantastic. There were tennis rackets and balls there. There are 6 bedrooms, 5 en-suite and the 6th has the use of the bathroom with the sauna. I would absolutely recommend this lodge if you are looking for a peaceful restful break away from it all.

  • This Tipi village was a little slice of heaven! The Tipis are larger and can fit large groups. The sleeping bags and beds were all provided. The site itself had a perfect set up for all weathers with picnic benches in shelter in case of rain. The fire pit was easy to keep lit and there were pots for cooking meals as well as dishes and cutlery. There was also a sink with running drinkable water, where we could also wash up the dishes. There are two toilets (one portaloo and one actual toilet with sink). The location is perfect resting at the bottom of the golf course away from people so you didnt have to worry about disturbing anybody or being dsturbed. Vera was quick to respond to all queries and her colleague Justyna met us on the day of check in and showed us everything. Vera even met with us when heading off which i found very kind and professional. Overall I would definitely recommend and would definitely be back in the future.

A traditional, large and spacious farmhouse & microbrewery near the charming village of Grangecon. An hour's drive from Dublin, Ballyhook is perfect for urbanites intent on escaping for the tranquility of rural Wicklow. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and tons of outdoor space. Ballyhook is perfectly situated for exploring Ireland's Ancient East. My place is good for large groups: walkers, adventurers, wedding guests, reunions and families (with kids).
Ballyhook is a traditional Irish farmhouse set in hundreds of acres of rolling farmland and hill country. The house was built in the 1880s and a new part was added in the 1950s. We are seven minutes from Rathsallagh - €10 by taxi. The house has everything you would expect of a traditional homestead - a roaring open fire in the winter, a big kitchen with a traditional wood-fired stove (and also an eight ring gas range for cooking with twin oven).
Beautiful Views of County Wicklow in this Quiet Rural Area.
  • Excellent house with huge amounts of character. Angus was a perfect host. We were attending a wedding for the weekend in Rathsallsgh house and the location was perfect. Just down the road with easy access to transport from the venue back to the house. The house was lovely and warm and very clean. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

  • This farmhouse was just our cup of tea for the several days we were lucky enough to visit. We loved the quiet, the views, the walks, the copious amount of hot water and plushy towels. Angus is a lovely host, checking in with us to see if we were finding everything we needed, which we truly appreciated. The little bouquets in several rooms were a welcoming touch. After a long journey, we were quite grateful for the supper Angus that arranged for us to have on hand. We just had to heat it up; it was delicious, especially the homemade bread!

  • Very spacious house, decorated with taste. Very nice hospitality with local brewery tasting. Beautiful view on the countryside. Easy to go to Gleandalough and to Dublin (very convenient also by train to Dublin). Wish we had such a house at home ! The pictures on the web site don't make a good add for it.

  • A true Irish country experience. Beautiful views and just plain quiet. Angus is a great host and was very quick to respond to our questions and to also provide information for things to see in the local area as well as tips for shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay and it made this trip to Ireland very special and unique.

  • I had a fabulous couple of days with Angus at his beautiful property deep in the Wicklow countryside. Angus is a very amenable host and looked after all our needs. The house itself sits atop a hill with a stunning vista of the surrounding vallery stretching off into the distance. I was there with a group of friends to celebrate my 40th. We were able to set up our music in the barn at the rear of the house. This barn has a bar, ample seating and is adorned with some wonderful pieces of art. It's a gem of a spot. Highly recommended.

  • This is a fantastic place for 6 - 8 people. Goof for walking in the Mountains and not too far from the airport. A very nice farmhouse kitchen for cooking big meals and relaxing.

  • The house is lovely, set in beautifully idyllic surroundings. The pictures don’t do it justice! Angus was really helpful and friendly; he brought us milk from the local farm and was on hand to make suggestions for our time there. Would highly recommend for an escape to the countryside with unparalleled views!

We added on a wonderful food package, and a memorable evening in their wood burning hot tub. Could not have asked for a more accommodating staff, they ensured the best for our stay. Will certainly be back.

  • An incredible weekend for our best friends hen. The girls were incredible at doing all the cooking and making sure we were all looked after. We would love to come back again and visit. There is already talk of doing a yoga weekend :) . The pizza oven was definitely our highlight. Even though it was lashing rain for most of the weekend we still got out for walks and got to enjoy the garden for the pizza party and the stunning surroundings of Donard! Beautiful weekend, I would highly recommend.

  • I have just got back from a stay at the Elbow Room and I cannot praise it enough. I organised a hen weekend to Ireland and the venue was just perfect. From the very outset Amanda who I was communicating with was so helpful. Very prompt responses to my never ending questions. She helped me organise transport, afternoon tea as well as an Irish band for the evening that were just fantastic. On arrival we were greeted by Karen who really made our stay pleasant. She was so friendly and helpful we couldn’t have asked for a better host. She told us to pick our rooms and to then meet in the lodge for a quick introduction and to go over the days events. When we arrived at the lodge there were 2 charcuterie boards set out with delicious meats cheeses grapes bread and preserves as well as a welcome glass of fizz. She brought the gardener along who gave us some information on the land and then a tour of the gardens which was really interesting. We then had afternoon tea which was set up in the main room and the table looked fabulous and the food was great. We spent the rest of the afternoon just hanging out in the hot tub and around the grounds. Karen even helped cook the chilli that we had brought for the evening. The weather was perfect and the band set up outside where we also had the food and drinks. It was a perfect night. Karen stayed until the band was set up and even sang a song before heading off and leaving us to our evening. We took the party back into the main room around 11pm which was a perfect size. The beds are comfy and we all slept well and went for a walk in the mountains the following morning which were beautiful. We only stayed one night as spent one night in Dublin but we all said we wished we had stayed both nights at the house. Thank you to both Amanda and Karen for everything. I cannot wait to go back with another group 😀

  • This venue is deal for a country get away! We went for a hen party of 20 and it was great, you could come together for communal meals and activities but also plenty to do separately during the day. Facilities are great, the bean bag room is great and having the extra cabin for eating is beautiful. Bedrooms are lovely! Hot tub was gorgeous but so hot we couldn’t use it for the time we asked for so get it earlier than you expect and you can use it later than that! Great weekend! X

  • Lisa was fantastic. I have never had a host like her before. Anything we needed she provided, including pubs and food for our early arrival. Her home is gorgeous, so many amenities and things to do. She is so giving, fun and truly made our experience so amazing I couldn’t of asked for another place to be. I would and will recommend her to friends who visit and will definitely be back again!!

  • We stayed in the tipi as a group of 5 ladies (some of whom had never been camping before!!) and we all loved it! The toilets were very clean and we were able to use the club house showers which were well needed the following morning after being around the fire all night! Check in was extremely easy and Vera met us to show us around the campsite. Such a beautiful, natural area with so much to see in the surrounding area. Would be fantastic for large group get-togethers and events - we will be back!
