Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite channels, washing machine, dryer, books, games, and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. You can borrow an iron, ironing board, barbecue, and fire pit.

The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Das Häuschen liegt zentral zwischen Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) und dem neuen BMW Werk in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).
