This apartment is very near the harbor of Dinan in a quiet and charming neighborhood. It was easy to walk to restaurants, stroll along the river and generally relax. There was even a bathtub! We would recommend staying here-it was a great bargain.

Great location with a spacious bedroom, an excellent central base to explore Dinan (it truly is the most beautiful town I've ever seen). The road to the room is steep, has cobblestones and stairs to get to the room. You wouldn't use roller suitcases here. The host was prompt and polite in all communications.

Isabelle's place is wonderful. A renovated and beautiful space within a 12th century Fransiscan monestry we were in the heart of this pretty medieval town. Up 3 flights of stairs we had a great view of the cobbled streets and shops in front and school behind us. Isabelle was so kind meeting us later than we had expected to arrive and providing us with a parking pass at the nearby parking station. Dinan was an excellent base from which to visit Mont Saint Michel and St Malo as well explore the delights of this city. We highly recommend Isabelle's place and hope to visit again one day.

Dungeon full of charm, we loved staying there. Small quiet accommodation, very clean, with good bedding, all the necessary kitchen and bathroom are present. Ideally located (quick access to the national road) for our visits to Mont Saint Michel (50min) and St Malo (25min).

On of my best experiences on airbnb: plenty of space and comfort, rooftop window over the bed - look at the stars! Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Plenty of books introducing the local art, which is amazing by the way. Many local tips and maps and very thoughtful touches of the hosts.

This is a very beautiful house in a lovely quiet setting but with easy access to the centre of Dinan. The house is filled with lovely objects, is very spacious and warm, and communication with the hosts was excellent. The bathroom and private space are luxurious. I cannot recommend this too highly. It is incredible value for money, and the hosts speak perfect English if your French is a little wobbly. They are also extremely helpful and friendly.

This is among my best AirBnB experiences in all the countries and places I have been to — the location is right in the smack of town, the amenities are new and the apartment is beautiful designed. I love the small touches such as the type-written instructions that are easy to understand, the snacks provided, parking permit usage, and the France and Dinan guide books that were made available for use of the travelers. It’s also ultra-clean. I can’t think of anything wrong about this place. Although I didn’t get to meet the hosts, they were so patiently gracious and reliably communicative. Philip and his wife are very welcoming hosts who took exemplary care of us. The guest apartment is a prime example of how you want a home away from home. Well equipped with everything you need. We had a pleasant stay in the small but well appointed apartment. There is no parking but we found free places in the surrounding streets. Easy to visit the city center quite close.

the studio is very small, but well designed (foldaway bed) and very well located; very convenient to visit the area; beware however in hot weather, it is quickly very hot ...

This place was ideal for me alone. I spent most of my time exploring Brittany so it was a nice place to rest after a busy day around the villages. The space is small, but all the 1st world necessities are thought of. Easy to get to from the train station and short walk to historic Dinan. Jean Pierre was prompt in responding to my inquiries. Would stay there again.

Very well laid out. Can accommodate 2 couples or family with 3 kids too. Great location. Nice and clean. Tea coffee milk biscuits, bottle or red wine and more were laid on. Restaurant opposite and all old town and port facilities nearby. Tv and dvd's and library . Very helpful and responsive hosts let us check in early. All in all this is one of the best . Would very definitely recommend

Philips home is located on the road connecting the old port of Dinan to the town above and is lined with the wonderful old heritage listed half timber houses that the town is known for. It is a comfortable well appointed home with all the amenities. The winding stair to the bedroom and bathroom is narrow but quite mangeable except for large suitcases!! Comfy bed and good size bathroom. Appreciated the large size towels!! Philip wasn’t there when we stayed but was readily contactable and responded immediately to all and any enquiry. Instructions on entry to the house were clear and parking was facilitated. A memorable stay thank you!

Here it is a change of scenery in a quirky universe where you immediately feel good. The decor is like the description, original, unusual. Nothing is missing, up to the glasses of champagne to celebrate the new year. Very well located in the heart of Dinan. Very good stay, I recommend this address. Marie Christine and Gérard. We were seduced by the sight of the house but once there it was even more beautiful. We took full eyes and we would have stayed longer. The decor and architecture has been very well thought out. The welcome very well, discreet but available as needed. We will gladly come back if the opportunity arises and with children even more fun!

We had a very pleasant little stay at Katell's. The apartment is bright and is ideally located in Dinan, you can do everything on foot. Katell knew how to give us all the explanations necessary to get there;). We would definitely recommend this apartment!

The apartment is well located, well equipped, clean and quiet. Perfect for my needs, namely a night for 4 in Dinan. Katell is available and very clear in her directions. My program did not allow me to meet her, but communication is very easy, so there are no unanswered questions.

Apartment very well located, 2 steps from the small historic streets of the city. It is clean, bright and contains the necessary amenities for a great weekend. The little extra: the parking card. One of the car parks is right next to the apartment and provides free parking space for the car. Katell is really available. What to say ?! I had a great stay. Thank you !
