Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, fifteen minutes to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk shops, but the apartment and kitchen are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher and much more).

Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. Ein Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung Bettwäsche und Handtücher können vor Ort gegen Gebühr geliehen werden. Aufgrund schlechter Erfahrungen keine Haustiere erlaubt. Das Haus wurde 2025 renoviert! Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
