I would recommend this place to anybody! Mozzio is a beautiful, remote place with an amazing Panorama, the house is entirely charming an familiar and Luigi and Alicia are the most open-hearted, amaible hosts one can imagine! It was a real pleasure to be with them.

We so enjoyed our comfortable stay in the quaint cottage in Cravegna. A town with so much charm. Our arrival was very informative - about the appliances, washer, hikes around town and dinner places nearby. We brought groceries and made two nice meals to enjoy in the quaint surroundings. Their attention to details of our needs was perfect. The wifi worked well.

This house definitely is the right choice for all those of you who are looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay in this beautiful region in Northern Italy. The fact that Paola and Maurizio are such friendly and really caring people, helps a lot to feel “at home” from the very first beginning on. Inside the lovingly restored apartment you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay and there’s nothing more relaxing than returning from a hike (on which the two can give pretty good tips, too) and finding the stove, which is by the way totally easy to operate, already burning bright and making it a truly warm reception ;) We highly recommend this place and want to say grazie to our hosts once again!

This was a very nice little apartment with access to a very private garden. Very peaceful and quiet in the old part of the village. The weather was not too great during our stay but we were perfectly warm and comfortable thanks to the pellet-fed stove. Everything is provided in the place, and Paola is very accommodating and helpful, a great communicator so we always knew where we were up to on logistics. Fabulous scenery and great walks very close by, lots of helpful maps in the house. Shops easy to find. A perfect place at a great price!

The cottage is in a really idyllic historical village, with beautiful mountains on all sides. The space was simple and elegant, spacious for two people, very comfortable and cosy because of the stove. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. If anything, it was even nicer than the photos suggested. There were well-marked paths in the countryside to explore in all directions. Paola and Maurizio were perfect, welcoming hosts. We had a fantastic time, and would love to visit again.

We had a lovely holiday in Cravegna, The house was centrally located for many trips in Piedmont. It was simple but nicely decorated and the owner was always available for any questions or assistance. this is definitely a must for your holiday.

Paolas place in Cravegna is such a beautiful and very nice renovated apartment. It is furnished with all comfort you need. We loved to stay there! Paola is very easy to comunicate and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Paola was very kind, even when we were over an hour late due to the Holiday traffic. She gave us great suggestions for hiking and exploring the area. We absolutely loved the cottage and the area, which was cosy and beautiful views! We would definitely recommend it to anyone, and would love to come back again! :)

Terrarara is absolutely wonderful. It exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment of arrival to when I left Laura was a wonderful host – even making me some tea from herbs collected on the mountain and a wonderful plum pie for breakfast. The room was perfectly appointed and delightfully minimalist. If you have any hesitation about staying here, don't! It's more than worth it. :)

The stay with Laura and Daniele was wonderful. They are really nice and welcoming - we felt at home from minute one. The rooms are very nice - we liked the mix of Italian and nordic design! The hot tub was just what we needed after a day of skiing! Breakfast was great too - all local or organic produce and an incredible choice. We'll be back for sure (and next time we'll try out the sauna and discover the mountains behing the house...)!

This place is magnificent! The hosts, Daniele and Laura are incredibly warm, giving, and gracious people. They help you feel at home, and treat you like true friends. They'll suggest places you can visit, things to see, and even go out of their way to help out. The breakfast is amazing, filling, delicious, and absolutely incredible. A read B&B breakfast. I couldn't have asked for more. The room is also 5 star! The entire space is incredibly well designed, and the thought put into it is apparent. They have a super cool sauna, and warm soaking cedar tub outside - kinda like a hot tub. The location was perfect for me! Its in an idyllic small town up in the Alps - with other small beautiful towns within 15-60 minutes walking/hiking distance. The surroundings are of amazing natural and historic beauty. I loved my stay there, and intend to return. I can't recommend Terrarara highly enough. Its a great gem!

Cercavamo un b&b per soggiornare a Pasqua in provincia di Verbania. Abbiamo scoperto Terrarara di Laura e ci e' piaciuto fin dall'annuncio. I nostri due giorni presso Laura e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, accolti in un borgo bellissimo, in una stanza curata in ogni dettaglio, ma soprattutto con l'entusiasmo di chi tutto questo lo ha creato e voluto. Indimenticabili la colazione e la sauna finlandese in giardino. Grazie per averci accolti come se ci conoscessimo da tempo. La vostra zona e' tutta da scoprire e bisognera' tornare di certo per qualche passeggiata estiva.

Il Galletto is a wonderful little house in the mountains. We spent marvelous days there. Donatella and Ezio were very helpful and kind, always ready to give us hints what to discover in their beautiful region. A highlight was the pizza we were able to make in the wood oven in front of the house!

In one word: perfect! The house is really nice and the view you'll have from the front garden is just breathtaking. Ezio and Donatella are hospitality's incarnation. You'll be perfectly based to know the best venues of Italian alps. Typical and local products are 5 minutes away. If you want to know and feel the Italian mountains' soul, you must stay at the "Galetto". In una parola: perfetto! La casa è molto bella e la vista avrete dal giardino anteriore è semplicemente mozzafiato. Ezio e Donatella sono l'incarnazione di ospitalità. Sarete base perfetta per conoscere i migliori luoghi delle Alpi italiane. Prodotti tipici e locali sono a 5 minuti. The house is on a mountain in a beatiful forest and near great hikes. It is heated by fireplaces and there is a pizza oven outside. The little house is great for people that want to relax, hike and enjoy the the nature.

Il Galletto was fantastic. Surpassed all expectations in terms of scenery, peacefulness, hospitality and comfort. Great mountain views, nice nearby hikes, small quaint villages within walking distance, well equipped house with a beautiful porch. Donatella and her husband were extremely friendly, welcomed us and showed us some things to do in the area and even left us a nice Easter cake present. Can't think of anything negative to say about the place, just go. Stay longer than a few days if you can!

Upon arrival, the hosts received us cordially and we even got a welcome present. The place was ideal for a leisure prolonged weekend,just as we had expected. The pace was very clean and even had a firestone for pizzas. We totally recommend this mountain hut and we will definitively visit them again.

It was such a pleasant stay. Everything in that little house is like it is in the description. Federicas mother was there to welcome us and showed us around. We got tips from her where to go shopping for regional products. She gave us lots of maps for hiking and brochures with sightseeing tips in the area nearby and further away. We enjoyed our time in that cosy little house very much. Sitting outside on the bench with a glass of wine, looking at the mountains, after a hiking tour is really relaxing. Thanks for all!

Federica is a very good host. The place was well prepared and she explained everything to us. The house is exactly as advertised. Very remote, cozy and perfect for a holiday away from the city. There are nice villages around, good for hiking. Also, there is a very nice bath close by. Enjoy!

We had the most wonderful and relaxed time in Federicas little house!It is tastefully furnished, with a very comfortable bed, covered with beautiful old-fashioned linen. The upper floor has a wooden floor which was smelling of beeswax, so nice! We cooked every evening in the nice kitchen and ate on the bench outside, while looking at the mountain and the sunset. We felt no need to go eating in the restaurants ... It is so beautiful there, that we just stayed at home for 3 days, reading in the sun, eating little cakes from the famous bakery in Crodo and chatting with our really nice neighbours, eating grapes from the vines and fresh figs that they gave us. We also went hiking in the mountains, there are many little lakes, a river where you can walk along, lush forests, and many little villages with interesting architecture to visit. The region is beautiful, and from the house you can go to many valleys in no time. The biggest town in the region, Domodossola is only 20 minutes by car, and is a really nice little city, with a picturesque old town. Federica, was very kind, helpful and welcoming, she speaks english very well, so it was really easy to communicate, and we had some nice conversations. You can really feel that the house is loved by the family, and that it has been kept with great care, it is a really cozy home. We definitely recommend the house and the region, and will return!

Federica was real quick responding to our last-minute request. We met at the sweet, humble home her grandfather used to live. Where she explained things and showed us the maps and brochures of all points of interest and hikingtrails in the beautiful area. The house is located within walking distance of the shops in Crodo. It's quit primitive, yet very sweet and very good value for money.

Abbiamo passato qualche giorno a Crodo e la sistemazione è stata davvero perfetta. Rispondente alla descrizione, la consiglio per trascorrere brevi periodi alla scoperta delle meravigliose valli dell'Ossola. Grazie alla sua posizione, costituisce infatti un'ottima base per esplorare le bellissime montagne delle Valle Antigorio, Formazza, Devero, ecc. Federica è un host accogliente e disponibile. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di nessun genere.

Wir wurden von Federica und ihrer Familie zuvorkommend und herzlich in ihrem kleinen Ferienhaus empfangen und über die Sehenswürdigkeiten der wunderschönen Region informiert. Das Haus ist mit schöner Aussicht über das Tal am Rande einer kleinen Bergstraße gelegen. Es ist etwas rustikal und einfach eingerichtet, jedoch nicht ohne Charme.

Siamo stati in questa gradevole casa con il nostro bimbo di 15 giorni e devo dire che oltre ad essere una abitazione accogliente la abbiamo trovata pulita ed in ordine. Durante il soggiorno a causa di un problema siamo dovuti rientrare in anticipo e Federica si è dimostrata molto comprensiva e gentile come anche la sua mamma. L'area nei dintorni è piacevole, aria buona bei luoghi e un sacco di bei ristoranti dove mangiare benissimo. concludendo, molto consigliato sia l'host che la casa, Grazie Federica, a presto.

Jacopo's house is in a great situation for exploring the mountains and villages of this area and ideal base for trips further afield. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The WI FI is excellent! Jacopo and Paola were very welcoming and gave us great advice on hiking paths and places to eat. Thoroughly recommend!

Un magnifique petit chalet juste pour nous 4. Le village est lui aussi plein de charme et offre un beau depart de rando. La route pour monter est correcte mais il vaut mieux prévoir les courses avant de monter. L acceuil de Jacopo et de sa femme a été très chalheureux. La casa di Jacopo è molto calda ed accogliente, dotata perfino di lavasciuga e wi-fi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5, due adulti + 3 bambini i quali hanno adorato l'intera casa e quasi non volevano andar via. In zona c'è veramente tantissimo da visitare, torneremo sicuramente molto presto! We were lucky enough to be Maria Cristina's first guests at her beautiful home in this mountain village. She and her neighbours were so welcoming. The house is far more lovely than the photos show. An opportunity to see real Pietmonte. The village has many well marked footpaths and there are good places to eat a short drive away. This is really what airbnb is at its best and we are so glad we made the journey

Sistemazione rustica in un magnifico piccolo borgo di montagna, perfetto relax dopo una giornata alle terme di Premia. Cravegna si trova al centro di una zona ricca di altri piccoli borghi vivi e caratteristici, una scoperta! Maria Cristina ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa, e ci ha dato dettagliate indicazioni sulle possibilità offerte dal luogo per trascorrere la giornata in montagna.

Maria hat mir die Ankunft sehr einfach gestaltet, ich konnte sie problemlos per Telefon erreichen und sie hat uns in Cravegna abgeholt und uns das Haus gezeigt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar bekocht, worüber ich mich sehr gefreut habe. Das Zimmer sowie auch das ganze Haus ist einfach und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war jedoch sehr gepflegt und sauber und Maria war immer sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Wir wurden stets gefragt ob wir etwas brauchen und ob wir zufrieden sind. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche, herzliche und gesprächige Dame. Ich kann das Zimmer also sehr empfehlen.

My best AirBnb experience till now. Paola and Jacopo are outstanding hosts and made me feel very welcome in their home. Jacopo provided excellent guidance to various hikes in the area. If you want peace, quiet, wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and an excellent breakfast with Paola's home-made orange and peach preserves then I highly recommend this place! I will return, if possible.

This place in the mountains are really great. If you like hiking, trekking, or just walking in nice surroundings this place is the place. The "room with a view" is very clean and the hosts are extremely helpfull and kind. We enjoyed staying there and will be happy to come back - and by the way the breakfast was excellent

Jacopo was standing at the parking lot to welcome us. Driving towards them from Florence, Stia, he regularly replied messages and gave us hints. Service was fabulous and al was clean. Also the very polite but needed advise of what to do and where to go in the area. We came with little expectation but did a lot in a few days. Would have loved to stay much longer.

In short, everything was fantastic! We are so happy to know these lovely couple, the hosts of the beautiful place.. We will definetely be back again!

We had a great experience! Alessandra and the other staff in the restaurant downstairs were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, the apartment is very nice with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. We had three great days of climbing at the nearby sports climbing gardens in Croveo and Premia (within walking distance of Baceno) and would definitely come back again! Useful to know: the bus from Domodossola stops right outside, there is a small supermarket around the corner, and in the bar they make great stong coffee :).

What a lovely welcome Alessandra and her family gave us - so appreciated after a long day of driving. Apartment was easy to find at the top of a beautiful valley and well worth the detour off the main highway. Interior of the apartment is spacious and beautifully finished. We felt very comfortable. Wi-fi connection was good, beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was provided downstairs in the family restaurant. Excellent coffee and hot chocolate! Thank you Alessandra. We would highly recommend.

Baceno is a small town nestled in the Italian Alps. The Casa Fattorini hosted by Alessandra is located above her family restaurant. She and her staff were very warm and welcoming. The one bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We spent 5 days in Baceno, exploring the mountains and country side. Within a short distance there is one of Europe's largest waterfall, a beautiful glacial gorge, nature parks and multiple walking trails. As a bonus, Alessandra's restaurant had great food, one of the best pizzas of our trip! Definately a great place to stay and a great base for exploring the Italian Alps.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and spacious as advertised. It is a bit noisy but we knew that before as it is on a main road. There is excellent parking and an alimentary and gelateria across the parking lot. There is a bar and pizzeria on the ground floor and a nice coffee shop across the road. There is also another restaurant nearby. For us the location was just right and Alessandra and her brother were ready to help with anything. I recommend this apartment.

Positive aspects: Alessandra was very friendly and receptive. Her place was easy to find, cozy, spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. Her restaurant downstairs is delicious, highly recommended. Negative aspects: The WiFi doesn't worked inside the apartment, we had to go to Alessandra's restaurant to get Internet access.

L'appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato è stato un appartamento diverso rispetto a quello dell'annuncio: infatti Alessandra appena effettuata la prenotazione ci ha proposto un appartamento un po' più piccolo, essendo noi solo in due ed avendo prenotato un appartamento con più di due posti letto. L'appartamento nel quale abbiamo soggiornato, una mansarda, era perfetto: pulito, ottimamente riscaldato ed accessoriato più o meno di tutto, anche in cucina. L'appartamento si trova all'interno di una palazzina di proprietà (credo per intero) della stessa famiglia ed al cui piano terra ci sono la pizzeria ed il bar. Di fronte c'è il municipio e la fermata del bus che porta anche all'Alpe Devero (una buona alternativa per chi non vuole utilizzare l'auto). Consigliato ;)

Unfortunataly, as I was travelling by bike from Switzerland, my route took me on a mountain bike trail when I had a road bike. The route I had to take was a 115km diversion after already doing 3 mountain passes in Switzerland and then it started to rain! I didn't make it but I let Elena know and she was great about it. I would still love to go there, as I cycled through the region the next day and not far from Elena's and it was a really beautiful area! Thank you anyway Elena! Communicating with you was great!

The apartment is located in the middle of the amazing Italian Alps! Ideal for people who like the nature, tranquility and outdoor activities. I had an amazing time despite it was short. Elena was very kind. For breakfast, I have eaten a very nice handmade pie from her! I recommend the apartment at 100%!!

Excellent séjour dans la très belle maison en pierre d'Elena. Logement très propre et charmant dans un endroit merveilleux et très calme au bout d'une impasse à l'écart du village . Un petit déjeuner délicieux avec une très bonne tarte maison servi sur la terrasse . Un bon restaurant conseillé par Elena à Baceno sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture . Elena est très accueillante et nous a donné de bons conseils pour randonner dans la vallée de Formazza. Je recommande vraiment ce logement.
