Poggio Bicchieri Holiday Farm - Memoria apartment

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

Portion of house in the countryside surrounded by greenery just 800 m from the center of the village. Consisting of a living room with kitchenette, smart TV and sofa, upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and closet. The accommodation is equipped with a fenced outdoor space with a beautiful corner for outdoor dining. In the summer months, you can take advantage of the swimming pool located in front of the apartment (use is not exclusive but shared with the owners of the property).

Capannacce more than a Farmhouse: La Casetta

Capannacce is a special place for us. Farm, but not only. It is home. For us and for the animals that live here, horses, chickens, cows, felines and canids. Indeed, the heart of the farm is the breeding of racehorses, English thoroughbreds. And of the Pontremolese cow, a native heritage breed. We are immersed in the Crete Senesi, where every summer sunset is a delight. The countryside made of quietness that soothes, but not far from the town of Rapolano Terme and all related comforts.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Alma Vignoni - Vignoni Val d 'Orcia - Bagno Vignoni

Alma Vignoni is an elegant and exclusive holiday house in Vignoni Alto that recalls Tuscan style and is enriched by unusual and personal details. The house consists of an open-space with fireplace in the center. On the one hand the room with stunning views over the surrounding hills (Pienza, Monticchiello and Montepulciano) on the other the kitchen area. Two cozy rooms overlook the ancient Via Francigena and the Orcia river valley. The bathroom has a large shower.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

The Villa "I Girasoli" is part of the holiday farm "Il Serraglio" which covers 17 hectares. The Villa has a total area of 220 square meters that includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with an antique fireplace. Free WiFi. Direct access to the pool (which can be used by our other guests too) * Pool open from April to November. Circular heated pool, from April 1 to October 31. Pool is shared with other guests of our property. *

Fantastic, recently restored, 150 years old Casale in Tuscany with amazing views. Two bed rooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a 85" smart TV, a corner with a desk and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside a stone table, a huge garden, a gazebo, a state of art warmed Jacuzzi (optional if available) a fantastic 6 x 12 infinity pool . All the property is fenced. Pet friendly.
