Vous pourrez jouir d'une merveilleuse vue sur la mer, le Port de Garavan et les montagnes depuis la belle terrasse de 20m. Vous serez à 2 minutes à pied de la gare des trains de Menton Garavan et du supermarché ainsi que des nombreuses plages privées et de la fameuse plage publique "Les Sablettes". Garage fermé à disposition aussi pour garer une petite voiture.
