We absolutely loved our stay at Azaniah’s cabin. All the five star reviews are very well deserved, Rochelle is such an attentive and thoughtful host and the house is just lovely and very well equipped - we wanted for nothing at all! We really appreciated Rochelle’s generosity; she had stocked the fridge with food for us and took the time to personally show us around the neighbourhood so we could get our bearings. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony and watching the hummingbirds in the trees. I highly recommend staying at Azaniah’s cabin!

Great place with a stunning view, really everything was perfect. We stay 10 days at the cabin and enjoyed every minute of it! Rochelle is a host who really deserves the mention of a superhost, as "air bnb" calls it! She really wants her guests to be comfortable and happy. The cabin is well equipped and close to viggie beach, which was a big plus for us . We highly recommend this place .

The apartment is spacious and extremely well equipped and has amazing views from the large balcony. Rochelle was the perfect host and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Extra touches such as a cupboard full of ingredients and a fridge stocked with fresh produce was unexpected but very welcome. I would recommend Rochelle’s unique cabin to anyone wanting somewhere fabulous to stay in the Castries area.

If you look for a true hidden Paradise you will be right!!

Rochelle’s place is incredible. You can leave the glass doors open all the time and you feel like you are in the baranda even inside the house. The house is equipped with everything you need! We only stayed for two nights but I can’t think of anything missing! Blender, toaster, rice maker, etc!! Then both toilettes were really well equipped with anything you may need. The house doesn’t have air conditioning, but the breeze is so much nicer!! Rochelle was way too kind. She helped us organise a taxi from the airport and for other places we needed to go. Eddi, the driver was really nice and knows a lot about the island. Honestly the place is stunning and really worth it! Thank you Rochelle! We will be back.

This was my second stay at the Cabin. It is now my home away from home. The expansive turquoise ocean views greet you as soon as you walk-in, paired with a wrap around balcony and a corona.. Its simply bliss. As outstanding as the view however is Rochelle, she embodies a superhost and goes beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and convenient. Our goggle map was not picking the address, so Rocelle met us by the market and came with us to show the way. As we walked in we were taken by the fantastic view. Probably the best of the Castries! The open kitchen was great, well equipped and you felt like you where outdoors. So cooking was a pleasure. The terrace has a lovely hamock where I spent many ours relaxing and the nice solid table where we took our meals, drinks and enjoyed the view. We pratically lived on terrace! It was so nice that we already miss it! I was concerned by the lack of air conditioner, not a problem. The only time we used her powerful fans was at night while sleeping, but even then, the temperature was comfortable. The house is on a hill and catches the ocean breezes. Rochelle is a super host! Don't hesitate and remember the place is a cabin and not a luxury condo. Definitely recommend it

Private. Modern. Easy access too and from (you really can't get lost) . The place was really clean. You really won't need help with anything but if you she's literally a few minutes away.

Chantel and Jason’s hospitality was outstanding. She made me cookies and brought flowers to the apartment which I was not expecting. They picked me up from the airport on time and dropped me back - they also helped me with my cousin who was also staying. Nothing was too much. They went above and beyond and their apartment is clean and has everything you need :). the location is discrete but very nice for privacy but with a short ride to the town of Castries. Saint Lucians have been very friendly, kind, thoughtful and generous and Chantel and her family are exactly the same way. We enjoyed our trip and would love to visit Saint Lucia again soon in the future. X x x Thanks again guys and have a wonderful new year. X x x

My stay at Kadia’s place was great, she is welcoming, she help me a lot with everything I needed to know. The localisation is great, it’s very quiet and safe and it’s so close to a really nice beach !! Bring some ear plugs for the night, because sometimes there’s dogs barking for a moment !! I loved staying there, hope you will too !!

Kadia is a warm and welcoming host. It was very overwhelming as it was my first time travelling but she always made me feel comfortable and did her best to make sure I was ok. Her home is exceptionally clean and it honestly felt like a home away from home.

We loved staying here. The place is a home, with kittens by the front door and Kadia is really nice and helpful. Great value for money. Don't expect a five star hotel, it's a home and we feelt very welcomed and looked after.

Wonderful views and room for the price. Hospitality second to none, just a little hard to get to and from since it’s up a lot of unmarked streets on a hillside. Would need a rental car for a longer stay.

I have been by Allisson and she is a great host. I strongly recommend being by Allison. Very good communication, her place is very clean. Allison is a great host. She is paying attention for her guests to feel well and comfortable. My first night was cancelled because my flight was cancelled. That was fine with Allison, we just reschedule the night with no issue. She even came to pick me up at the airport and she brought my son back to the ferry and myself to the airport. She has been very patient waiting for my son to board so early in the morning ! And on the top on that, Allison made a delicious cocoa tea and sandwich at 5 am in the morning ! Allison is a super host ! Definitely, i will come back by her next time i am coming in Ste Lucia.

Allison was the perfect hostess, easygoing, social and very helpful. She will make you feel welcome and at home. The room was tidy and comfortable and the house has all the facilities needed. Alice picked me up and dropped me off to the ferry. She also made sure I got to try some lokal food and Cocoa tea at her home. I got more value for the money than I expected. Would absolutely recommend this place when in Castries!

Alisson was the nicest person. She welcomed my friend and I into her home. We were part of the family. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Alisson shared her love for St Lucia to us and we have left feeling very sad because we will miss it. Her house is lovely and she made us a lovely mug of cocoa tea, which was delicious. It felt like home. We will return there in the future.

The place is indeed lovely and true to the pictures, perhaps better. The hosts are warm and helpful. The location is ideal whether you want to visit the North or South of the island. Amenities for a fun vacation as also located in close proximity to Dana's place: cinema, bank, coffee house, fast food, supermarket to name a few.

Dana was a wonderful host. The place was sparkling clean, and well organized. It is capable of hosting a family of five or more. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation. Living room is spacious. Dana was very helpful in providing us info on local activities,as well as road conditions. I would highly recommend a stay here. It is also very close to the city center and the local entertainment center Rodney Bay, Gros Islet and Castries.

Best stay in st.lucia. Better than a hotel. Super clean and cute and stylish.

Magical, heavenly, cozy, chic, AMAZING! These are just some of the words that come to mind when I think of Dana's Nirvana. An excellent location... away from the hustle and bustle of city life but close enough to access local transportation for those travellers who may opt not to rent a vehicle. Close to the city centre and local supermarkets. And for those who do have a vehicle, there is safe parking on the property. (The property is gated) . The place is newly constructed and has the finest amenities. I would highly recommend Nirvana to not just visitors to the lovely island of Saint Lucia but similarly to locals who are looking for a staycation or mini-escape. Dana is also the most amazing host... Not only is she friendly, accommodating and hospitable but she also has the most wonderful spirit about her .... all of which made for an excellent stay. I have a feeling that this place is gonna be super booked in 2020 going forward because after spending one night there... I'm already planning on booking a week or two in the New Year.

My experience at Nirvana, was definitely an unforgettable one. The pictures posted on the site does not do the place any justice at all. I felt like it was my home away from home and the host's Sister was absolutely amazing (the host was off the Island at the time of my stay). The neighborhood is tranquil and the property is well secured! Nirvana is the Perfect getaway. I would definitely be visiting again in the near future.

We had a fantastic stay here. A beautiful and clean apartment and a very kind and helpful host. The view from the patio is stunning. It’s a 10 minute walk to the local supermarket and just a little further to the beach. Totally recommended.

We had a great time in Saint Lucia. Lovely evenings in the veranda watching the sun set in the ocean and great with walking distance to nearest beach.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, offer us local tips, and even helped us with a travel problem after we had checked out of the property. They were very flexible in accommodating our changing travel plans too. Kudos to "Shaggy" for personally attending to all our needs. He is a very kind person!

Our time at this AirBNB was absolutely amazing. Qina’s directions on how to find the place were spot on and helped us make it there from the airport. Isais was an amazing host. He took us to the grocery store the first night and made sure we had everything we needed. I needed to buy a SIM card to be able to use data for maps, and we were concerned that we would get lost trying to get to Rodney Bay to get one our second day. Isais came with us all the way to Pigeon Island, helped us stop in Rodney Bay to get a SIM card, and gave us all the insider info on Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, and Pigeon Island. He even showed us where the restaurant we had picked out for dinner was so we could find it later. He also loaned us his old phone in case we got lost and had to call him for help. The view from the porch is beautiful, and Isais, Gail, and Birgitta were happy to let us join them to watch the sunset one evening. Location was very close to Castries, Rodney Bay, Reduit Beach, and Pigeon Island National Park. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be coming back!

The house is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view. The host Isaias is the best Airbnb host we’ve ever encountered. He was very welcoming and looked after us very well. He was able to help us get a car and gave us great local tips! The two dogs were very friendly, added a lot to our stay. We would love to come back to visit the island again!!

The apartment was clean and well looked after. The gardens around the house are beautiful as are the views of the bay and rat island while the area is quiet and peaceful. The charming Swedish owner was very welcoming. What makes this exceptional is the host Isaias, who could not do enough for our comfort and enjoyment. Isaias was born in Gros islet so is full of local knowledge. Following his advice we spent a day at Pigeon Island National Trust which was extremely enjoyable. He also sorted out our trip by local bus to the airport. The house is close to the supermarket and the bus route to Castries or Rodnet Bay. The two dogs were friendly and well behaved and we had glimpses of a humming bird feeding 10 feet from the door.

Awesome in every way. Olu even met me at the ferry terminal when I arrived! I got my own suite with bathroom and kitchen. Clean and tidy. The views are amazing. Local busses frequently run 15 minutes into Castries for $2EC. Olu offered lots of information and was available to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place.

They went above and beyond as hosts, picking me up at the bus station, driving me to the grocery store, and dropping me off early at the ferry the next morning. The apartment was very clean, nice, and everything was working. I highly recommend staying here! The view is beautiful too.

Dare and Olu are absolutely brilliant hosts! I came here for 3 weeks for my medical elective and found the location extremely convenient and the accommodation great! I was on my own for the first week but Dare and Olu really looked after me which was greatly appreciated. The amenities were great and as an unexpected bonus, I got a local phone that made arranging taxi's and other things far more convenient than it could have been!

Dare is available and answers really fast, I booked the day before my arrival and all was ok. The place is easily accessible by bus (many of them even by night, bus can stop at 5 minutes walking) so you can move to the center of Castries or other places in St Lucia without problem. The appartment is nice and thanks to the breeze it remains cool. There is also a nice view on the sea. Great!

Great hosts! Extremely welcoming, we felt home and safe the moment we arrived. We got picked up from the airport and Willi took us to the supermarket. We also did an island tour with him and he showed us the whole island. A nice place to stay for short or for a longer time. You have a nice view from the balcony, even when you book the small apartment. The only negative point is that in walking distance there are no restaurants, but the bus brings you there anytime. A place to recommend!

Willi & Judith are very attentive and hospitable. Jim, Judith's brother, picked us up from the ferry and organized a rental car for us. The accommodation is sparkling clean, has a comfortable bed and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. From the apartment you have a wonderful view, the main street on which the local minibuses operate and a supermarket are within walking distance. Definitely recommendable!

My fiancé and I stayed at Willi & Judith’s place for four days and had a wonderful time. The space is cozy with everything you need during your travels. The view from the patio is incredible, it was great for having a coffee or a few drinks on. If you’re walking to the grocery store or beach, be prepared to climb a few hills. Willi picked us up from the airport and provided a grocery store stop and he also drove us to the airport when our stay was complete. Thank you!

Super recommended, it's a great site

I spent a few days in this place and I really enjoyed my stay. The view is stunning, there is a small kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. The bed is comfortable. The only drawback is the hill that you have to climb but it’s ok if you’re not afraid to add a little exercise to your day. The hosts were very nice and I really recommend this place!

Well i had a great time, the place was wonderful fully equipped with blender coffee machine pots pans silverware utensils not a thing was missing. Even spices sauses refreshments beer etc etc etc.Wow were we impressed, and information about tourist request were answered personally with written directions. I would highly recommend Maria and Theo's place to anyone.

A real home home experience, on a hill that overlooks central Castries, where the cruise ship is a prominent feature of the land/seascape. A walk down the hill to the beach puts one in touch with local persons. I wondered why this place, for a old settled community should retain something of the countryside in nature and appeal, whilst within reaching distance to an airport runway and busy Highway. Friendly banter with 2 bus drivers reveal that people had migrated from the countryside to live there. The place was neat spacious and homely, with everything in its place - just about everything you might need for the stay. I was touch by the fresh flowers, fruit, seasonings, spices, condiments, drinks, all kitchen bits, even a blender. Théo and Maria are experienced and caring hosts, who made me feel really appreciated.

Perfect for couples with kids ..everything was so neat..your kids wont be bored small games in the closet ...cupboards packed with most of your cooking needs ..local bread van passes everymorning around 7am definately no regrets

Maria and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and really nice availability. Everything in housing is laid out so that we feel good. In fact, we told ourselves that we would not do better if we were expecting close friends: games for children, board games, full fridge, .... Housing is 30 minutes walk from the center. Very accessible by car to radiate then. Easy parking. Perfect for a family with children.

Mary's home is definitely a good choice if you are looking for privacy mixed with the local mood. Maria and her husband are very open and friendly and you feel quickly at home on the top of Active Hill. Everything is within walking distance and otherwise public transport is also close by. I'll be back, that's for sure.

We arrived around 3pm & were picked up by Willi & given a great tour with a few stops along the way to take pictures & take in the beautiful sights of the island. We also made a stop to grab a local beer & a delicious Saltfish sandwich on freshly baked bread. It was delicious!! We arrived at the home early evening & there was some road construction & a bit of a rainstorm passing through. We were starving & Judith was so sweet & helped us order a pizza to be delivered. The place doesn’t have air conditioning which we knew when we booked. We left the windows open for a nice breeze but keep in mind that there are bugs so you might want to wear bug spray to bed. There is a net to cover the bed if you choose. The ocean view was also gorgeous! We would stay here again if/when we visit at another time.

Really enjoyed our stay at Willi & Judith's apartment. Judith was kind enough to come get us when we got lost trying to find the place upon our arrival, which was really sweet. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. The only negative was the fan didn't cool us enough in the evening which made it a bit hot for sleeping. other than that we had a perfect stay and would definitely book again.

The spot is amazing and I can see why they are super hosts. From start to finish everything was great, I got a tour of the area from arrival and I could easily get in touch with them if I had any questions. I definitely would go back here anytime I'm in St. Lucia.

Great Stay!

So i was really blown away by the view this place has. I knew it was going to be good from the photos but it's far more impressive in person. Willi and Judith are both very friendly and super knowledgable about the island. Willi is a professional tour guide and showed me hidden gems that most tour guides won't take tourists to. The apartment is located pretty centrally and I took buses the whole time i was there (buses run in the northern part of the island v frequently). Be prepared to spend around $100 USD to get round trip rides to the hotter tourist spots in the south. It's probably better to rent a car if you're staying more than a few days. Besides the view, the apartment is super relaxing and quaint with a really lovely private patio.

I got this place for my family of 12 to stay for 3 days when they came to St. Lucia. Willi greeted them when they arrived and was very helpful and accommodating during their stay. He was a great host who gave them their space. The place is larger than it appears in the pictures. It has 4 apartments: 2 small and 2 big. A door separates each small apartment from a big one, so we asked Willi to open it up for us to create 2 bigger apartments. Each of the 2 apartments has 3 double beds (or maybe queen-sized; I can't really remember), so it can comfortably hold 6 people. There are also couches in each apartment that someone can sleep on. The place was equipped with hot plates, stoves, microwaves, fridges, towels, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. After you walk down the driveway, there are several steps leading to the apartment at the back. If you have elderly persons with you, I suggest that they stay at the apartment in the front because it only has a few steps at the entrance. The neighborhood is also quiet and beautiful. About 15 minutes walking distance away is a shopping mall, supermarket, and the main highway where you will have access to public transport. My family rented a vehicle and parking was always available for them. In general, the place was perfect and in a great location. It's perfect for large groups, and couples would be comfortable in the small apartments as well. I would definitely encourage anyone to stay here.

This is an excellent option for larger groups. With four beds in each apartment, you can comfortably have 7 people in each apartment. The location is very central and near the local market. The ocean views are stunning. Willi and Judith were great hosts. Plan for no a/c. The fans help, but it is still very warm.

This was a nice place to stay and accommodated our group of 12 well. For a local home, everything was good. It is not what you may be accustomed to from the States (a/c, etc....), but it was nice. Our group wanted to work and live locally and not be purely tourists, and this location gave us the opportunity to do that. The view from the home was also beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at Willi and Judith's - it was very convenient to get to and from the Carnival parade (once you can drive down the hill) I loved the magnetic mosquito curtain that kept mosquitos out and the additional fan. Overall a good stay.

We stayed at Willi + Judith's apartment for 4 nights and would definitely recommend it as somewhere to stay while visiting the north of St Lucia. Willi arranged for us to be picked up from the airport (UVF in the south) for a very reasonable price, and Jim our driver was very helpful and full of useful tips about the island. The apartment is located up a hill in a quiet area off the main Castries-Gros Islet highway, and so was easy to get to and from, with a bus stop just at the bottom of the hill. A shopping area is also located just down the hill where you can pick up any food and essentials you may need. There isn't however anywhere nearby to visit in the evenings (bars, restaurants etc), so you would need to go into Castries or Rodney Bay if you wanted to find evening entertainment. Choc beach is a short walk down the hill, and Vigie beach is an even nicer beach another 15 minutes walk away. The outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and eating, and you get a nice view of the sea. The outdoor light is not that bright, so sitting out there after dark is not ideal, but still doable. The large bathroom is perfect, and the bedroom/living area also does the job. The kitchenette area is small, and the facilities are limited, so cooking for yourself is a bit of a challenge. Fine for a few days, but any longer would become difficult. Judith was very accommodating and friendly. They live just upstairs so are on hand to assist with anything if necessary.

Very happy to have stayed with Willi and Judith. Professional and private service, easy access... Will recommend.

Very good location and you have everything you need in the apartment. Public transport takes you to all parts of the city. The truth is that the place is perfect!

I came to Castries for professional purposes and have found in Maria's place all I needed: a quiet, clean and totally furnished appartment, a good wifi connection and a warm welcome and assistance from Maria and Theo. Cherry on the cake: the beautiful Vigie Beach is just 10 minutes walk away... A very pleasant experience!

I came back so that says a lot. First thing you notice is the beer , pop, bread, local foods, eggs and a lot of supplies in the fridge. There is good internet and hot water. Down the hill from the house 1200 steps is a grocery store and across from it one of the best beaches in St Lucia-1200more steps brings you into the Capital. Marie and her husband are great hosts. There is also a bus stop near the house and the apt has a washer and cable TV. Along with other Caribbean cities there are also the rosters and dogs calling each other throughout the night.

My daughter and I were very satisfied with our stay with Maria and Theo! We love to live among the locals, so that was also there. Theo helped us with our suitcases on arrival and departure. The house was more than complete, we did not have to do any shopping, Maria had taken care of everything! The beach is 15 minutes away from the house. We ourselves had chosen to rent a car from the airport which we were very happy with! Fortunately, we were able to park him well in front of the door. We really enjoyed the beautiful island with the most friendly and warm people!

These are very charming hosts who helped us have a good time. The accommodation is faithful to the description there is everything in it is spacious. My friends and I had a great time at Maria's.

Our stay was really enjoyable, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. It is located fairly near the bus stop between Castries and Gros Islet, up a hill. There is a supermarket by the bus stop and a market in Castries. Wifi connection excellent. Vigie beach within 10 mins walk, but Choc beach by bus is better, 1.75 EC. Great views of Castries and the harbour from the apartment. Maria and Theo are great hosts, always there to help. I am very happy to recommend them and their house.

Our host was instrumental in making sure our taxi driver drove us to the proper location the first day. Additionally, she had stocked the kitchen with some food to get us through the first day before we could buy groceries of our own. Finally, she made sure to provide us with a map of the area and listed off some nice attractions we could visit locally, while helping us figure out transportation for trips to other parts of the island. She was very friendly but also respected our privacy. Overall fantastic hostess. The neighborhood has a lot of chickens, but the people are friendly if you choose to meet them.
