The 62 sqm apartment has a separate entrance on the garden side of the house. It consists of a double bedroom, a cozy living-dining area with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, cozy sitting area and a desk. Via the entrance hallway, you can access a Mediterranean-style bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink.   In front of the apartment is a covered patio overlooking the garden. Here you can enjoy the fresh air or smoke a cigarette, which is not desired in the apartment.   Flatscreen TV, DVD player, stereo, radio with iPod, Wi-Fi  and a safe are available.   If necessary, another room with an area of 23 square meters can be used additionally. It is equipped with a 2 m wide pull-out sofa bed, wardrobe, table and wall TV and can be accessed via the bathroom of the apartment. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet residential area in Bad Vilbel. The nearest S-Bahn station is about 8-10 minutes on foot and the S6 will take you to the centre of Frankfurt or to the trade fair in about 20 minutes. By car, you can reach Frankfurt via the B3 in 15-20 minutes.

Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Eine einladende kleine Küche mit Esstisch wird von 2 gemütlichen Zimmern eingerahmt. Dazu ein Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse. Perfekt für ein Glas Wein, wenn das Wetter passt. Das Appartement -in einem privaten Wohnhaus, das von den Eigentümern bewohnt wird- liegt in Klein-Karben, circa 19 km entfernt von Frankfurt/Main. Die Großstadt ist gut zu erreichen mit Bus, S-Bahn, oder Auto. Supermarkt und Bus sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cosy, well-equipped apartment near Frankfurt

Our self-contained, fully equipped and bright 45 sqm apartment is located in our home in a beautiful, quiet residential area next to the forest. The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.

Vergiss deinen Alltag - in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Stichstrasse in Bad Vilbel /Frankfurt. Du bist in 7 Gehminuten an der S-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und auch Dein Hund darf mit. Du brauchst 15 Minuten zur Frankfurter Messe (direkte S-Bahn Verbindung) und 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt Ffm. Die Vilco und die Vilbeler Innenstadt sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz.

This is half of a two-family house in Bad Vilbel (Dortelweil), lovingly furnished with partly self-designed furniture. In front of the house, it smells of jasmine, rose, lavender and fresh mint in the warmer season :-) Bring some CDs and/or DVDs or Blu-ray movies. Private Wi-Fi, 65-inch flat-screen TV, cable TV and Blu-ray player available - when switching off the Wi-Fi, Internet time-out/"digital detox" is also possible :-)
