In the dressing room, optionally also children's room, also with roller shutters, everything can be stored. There is a bathtub where you can shower sitting. Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

The graduation wall and thermal bath are within walking distance, about 10 minutes away. Excursions to the rural surroundings are possible on foot or by bike on signposted cycling and hiking trails. The city of Soest is 6 km away and can be reached by bus and train. The Möhnetalsperre can be explored by bike.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person
