Beautiful cottage. Great backyard deck. Updated kitchen. It felt like home. I loved the quiet. It was kinda like glamping, surrounded by a camping environment with a beautiful home with all the amenities in the center.

We enjoyed every minute at the lake house. It was peaceful., so beautiful, and just what we needed! EvanWood was kind and quick to reply to any of our questions. If we have an opportunity, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This place was great- actually a lot bigger than we expected. There was a musty smell when we walked in, but thankfully there was Febreeze provided, as well as anything else we needed. We could hear noise from the people and dogs upstairs, but I didn’t mind. I would definitely stay again.

My stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. I did not want to leave. Becky’s home is absolutely stunning, more stunning in person. The layout of the home is perfect, the beds are extremely comfortable, the pool, the lake, the sunrise, sunset, kayaks, beautiful sounds of nature, so much to do without having to leave… Becky is wonderful, she is quick to respond at any time, she is kind and ensured I felt right at home. I can’t wait to bring the kids next time!!!

We traveled from Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia to Ruston for my daughter’s graduation, and this guest house was the perfect home base for our close-knit family — including my 18 month niece and daughter’s dog! With a group of eight, we needed a space that offered both comfort and privacy, and this property delivered. The primary suite was especially appreciated by my mom, who enjoyed having her own peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the celebrations. As a bonus, we got to enjoy the live music from a nearby event venue, which added to the festive atmosphere without being disruptive. The home was well-equipped, cozy, and just what we needed to make this special weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend for families looking for a spacious and relaxing stay in Ruston!

Sommer's place was nice and roomy for our large family stay. We were in town for ULM graduation and it was nice to have everyone under the same roof and a comfortable place to hang out.

We go to Grambling to move our daughters in and out of college every year so we try to find nice houses to stay in while we’re there. This particular house is so beautiful. I really enjoyed the balcony to the master bedroom. It was perfect for me and my husband. I loved the way the house is designed my son liked it so much he said he wants his house made just like it. The beds were so comfortable. We had family game night with some of the games there at the house. My grandson had fun playing outside in the yard. He was all over the house. My kids enjoyed sitting on the front porch, balcony and the yard. The host Lisa was the best host we’ve had yet. She communicated very well. She even checked on us to see if we had made it safely. She had the refrigerator stocked with cold water. She left snacks out for us. We had a very warm welcoming. This home is so beautiful. The area is so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home and host.

This place was so perfect for our family. We were there to drop my daughter off at camp which was right down the road. The cottage was so perfect. I loved the country setting and privacy. The cottage was beautiful and clean. The host provided me the check in process and all the instructions for the cottage were listed inside the cottage. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

This place is a little piece of paradise! From sun up, to sun down, the view will amaze you… even from the inside. At night, the sounds of nature and plush bedding ease you to sleep. The space is beautiful and intentionally designed to make you feel right at home. Anytime I had a question, it was answered quickly and in detail. You can really tell Katy and Mark put their hearts into what they are doing. Thanks for a great stay. ❤️

If you are looking for peaceful and beautiful surroundings, this is it. The home was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities needed for a great stay. The host was responsive to any questions that we had and made the check in process very easy. All in all, I highly recommend.

This was a perfect stay for our trip to Monroe , LA. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the coffee area, the themed decor, and the spacious rooms. I highly recommend this house and would stay again!

Great location on the water! It was the perfect spot for family to gather for a college graduation at La Tech! Spacious and clean. The hot tub and game room was a great touch and kids and adults alike enjoyed fishing off the pier! Only negative was the BBQ grill was not as shown in the pics. It just made it difficult to grill the planned steaks and burgers for everyone on the smaller, cheaper grill! I would definitely recommend it for a great getaway for the family!

We stayed the weekend in order to attend my son’s college graduation at ULM. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to enjoy each other, as well as, enjoy our own private spaces. This home has 6 beds! We enjoyed cooking meals in the very big kitchen with bar space and a dining room table. The outdoor space is huge with lots of seating for enjoying the lake. My children enjoyed fishing right off the bank! The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable! Our host was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to enjoy peaceful, quality time with family!

This property was centrally located in the WM area. We stayed for 7 nights and loved our accommodations. It was comfortable and beautifully maintained. Thank you for one of the best Airbnb stays we have ever had!

I felt welcome in the home. My son absolutely loved fishing out back. The host had Jenga and that was big hit during the rain and hot parts of the day. Kitchen and accessories was very nice. My son is already wanting to go back

This was the perfect stay for a large family from out of town. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfy. This will be our new goto spot when in West Monroe.
