A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Bright, cosy and welcoming cabin, Fern Hollow

Fern Hollow is a perfect place to retreat and rest, cosily and comfortably at the bottom of my garden, behind my 1950's semidetached home. It is a unique little hideaway in Rusthall, on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Sensitively and skillfully built out of a collection of architecturally salvaged materials. Warmed effectively by a woodburning stove the living area is a comfortable and bright place to work or relax. There is a little kitchen area and a sofa by the fire and dining table.

Had a really nice few nights at this cottage. The house has been done to a high standard with the kitchen and bathroom really nice and ‘home from home’ feeling. Great communication throughout and shop just a few doors down and 5 minute drive into Tunbridge Wells. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Tunbridge Wells.

Thank you Diana for being a wonderful host. We had a lovely 10 day stay. The house is perfect for a relaxing country holiday. Beautiful views and very peaceful. We are a family of four with two kids, and the house was a great fit for us. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Diana is very friendly, responsive and very helpful with anything we asked about. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for 2 nights as son was attending a fuction in Tunbridge. The Annex was lovely, had everything we needed, was very comfortable and spotless. Suzanne had thought of everything in what was supplied including a great selection of tea bags! So many thoughtful touches for guests throughout the home. Information pack was great and very useful. Loads of kitchen equipment and very comfy beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a beautiful little barn Taras barn had everything we needed for our short break, it was immaculate and comfy and very relaxing. The commuication was spot on and nothing was to much trouble. All the little extra touches were really lovely from beer and wine in fridge to dog treats and blanket for our little Ralph. Would definitely recommend little barn and would stay again in a heartbeat Thank you Tara and Rich

We stayed at the Cabin to attend a friends Birthday party in Crowborough. There is private parkimg included which was really handy and Jacqui gave clear directions the day before check in. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows and lovely fluffy towels were provided. We really appreciated the little touches, selection of teas provided including green tea, grear quality toiletries, real milk in the fridge etc Jacqui offers a taxi service booked in advance which we would really recommend looking into if you are not driving. We decided to 'just get an Uber' but that was totally unreliable in the evening and caused a bit of stress! Really enjoyable stay for our first AurBnB.
