Honestly, one of the coziest apartments i've ever been to. The house is newly constructed and the interior is super new and comfortable (although not 100% finished yet). Everything is in pristine shape - from the sofas and bed to kitchen utencils. Even though the house was constructed recently, there are no construction works in the nearby apratments, so it was really quiet. And you only have one neighbors, and they were super quiet as well. There is something special in the design - maybe it was combination of lighting, wooden surfaces and small details - which makes the place extra cozy. There are a lot of small details (like cotton disks/swabs, washing gel, mini figurines, anti-mosquito repellent, books etc.) which make this place feel like home. Like literally, i felt like someone made this place with a lot of care.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the apartment overall felt spacious and welcoming. I especially appreciated how easy it was to get around from this location by taxi. Communication with the host was excellent — very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free, relaxing stay!

I really liked the accommodation. Very clean, there is everything you need for living. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the metro, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

Mako’s place was great with a gorgeous terrace! Very convenient location and very walkable to most places. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful apartment in Tbilisi.

Everything was perfect In flat, location is great, very close to all needy facilities . Restaunants, shops on walkable distance. Wifi speed is high convinient for those working online Bedroom is with smart tv Living room as well. Ac is in both room Dish washer Cloth wash machine Drier machine is also plus. Mariam was amazing and her place was very clean and I felt very at home! Mariam was kind, informative, responsive and overall I just feel I had an outstanding experience. She is a wonderful host and a wonderful apartment to match! Would most definitely recommend and stay again. There is an excellent cafe within the complex that serves delicious food and there is a store right next to the apartment along with an atm. Literally a 3 minute walk. Very convenient. 10/10

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay at Mk's apartment in Tbilisi. Everything was just as advertised and the space felt cozy and like a home away from home. Kitchen was well equipped, bed and couch were comfortable, hot water in the shower no matter the time of day. All the basics were covered. The apartment is well situated with a grocery store, and SPAR just steps away. Mk was responsive and answered any questions I had. Being on the 9th floor gives you a nice view of the city and mountains in the distance.

The place was amazing. It’s in a very good neighborhood. You feel very safe day and night. You can buy whatever that you need from the 2 malls downstairs. And there’s a lot of really good restaurants in a walk distance. The tower itself is beautiful and clean. The apartment gives you a real home vibe, the first thing that you notice is the amazing view of the green mountains. The furniture is beautiful and practical in the same time. The host is very friendly and helpful. He always makes an extra effort to help. And he’s always relatable and trying his best to give a good experience. I highly recommend this place

It was a special stay. The location is excellent and the apartment is at a high level of cleanliness and the kitchen is equipped. There is a washing machine and the host provided laundry supplies such as soap, softener and dishes. Thank you for the quality, the wonderful handling and the access was easy, and thank you Tamuna And Mariam And tata for everything.

I had a wonderful stay at Zura’s place this week. The apartment was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. View from the balcony is beauty. Zura was an excellent host, very responsive & friendly. The check-in process was smooth, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the neighborhood was safe and lively. Metro is right opposite to the building, bus stop is nearby, SPAR, Carrefour, Currency exchange is in walking distance. I really enjoyed my time here & would definitely stay again if I return to Tbilisi. Thank you Zura for everything.

We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has a large kitchen and a bathroom with bath tub. The location is fantastic so that we can easily go anywhere on foot. The owner responses quickly so there was no worry about anything. We really enjoyed staying at the apartment as well as spending time in Tbilisi.

Teona's apartment was truly an amazing surprise. Super clean, equipped with everything you need, and in a fantastic location. I loved the view of the trees in the park. There are restaurants and shops nearby—everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's been a few days since we got back home, and I know for sure that I want to return to this place again 😊

A Memorable Stay with a Wonderful Host! We had an amazing stay at Konstantin’s Airbnb apartment. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome. He personally received us and followed up to ensure everything was perfect even before check-in. Konstantin was very flexible, respectful, and incredibly friendly. He engaged in pleasant conversation and gave us helpful tips on what to explore in the area. What truly stood out was his thoughtful gesture of inviting us to a traditional restaurant, which made our Eid celebration even more special. The apartment’s location is excellent—there’s plenty to see and do nearby. Parking was never an issue, as secure parking was available on site.
