Apartment in Mlini 50m from the sea

Apartment is situated in a village Mlini, in region Župa Dubrovačka, 8 km away from historical old town of Dubrovnik. In beautifull village Mlini you have clean sea, pebble and sandy beaches, promenades near the sea with pine and cypress trees, nice coffee shops and restaurants which are offering tradicional dalmation food. Also village Mlini is close to old town of Dubrovnik. There is a local bus that goes every half hour, taxi or even water taxi so like that you have great opportunity to explore the region by sea and it leaves you right infront of the city walls of Dubrovnik. Apartment is situated 50m from the sea, and that's only 2 minutes walking till the first beach and park with a restaurant. Also near the sea there is a park for children, and next to the park beach and a restaurant. Apartment has a terrace with fireplace and nice shadow from grapewine. Room has double bed, and there is a possibility for two extra beds in living room. There is also toilet and kitchen. In living room there is a television and satellite. Apartment is 10km away from the airport (15 minutes driving). We also offer a free parking place.

Beautiful, luxury 100m2 apartment situated in family house with spectacular sea view, 5 min walking distance from the beach through gorgeous forest pathway. Apartment is renovated in 2021, living room being built century ago in old traditional style. Peaceful area away from city rush with beautiful beaches and nature itself. Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat are just 10 minutes away with a car or if you prefer sea travel boat station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located in Župa Dubrovačka, in a small village called Soline. Soline is approx. 30 minutes driving from the Old town of Dubrovnik and 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik Airport. You will find many beaches, bars, restaurants, and a shopping mall in the area. Apartment has a balcony and is entirely at your disposal, there are no public spaces besides for the downstairs terrace that you can freely use for a barbeque. Welcome! :)

Katarina is a very welcoming and helpful person. The combination of the well prepared apartment, the view, the mountains, the ocean, the small forest and Katarina's family around is like a little paradise. I highly recommend the place and I will stay here for another week and definitely come back.

I stayed there for four days, and it was one of the most beautiful experiences. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the sunset from the room was unforgettable. The location is exceptional — close to Dubrovnik, with lovely restaurants nearby and a shopping mall just a 6-minute drive away. The host, Ivan, was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend staying here!

We visited Mlini in May and stayed at Ivo and Inge's apartment with our two children. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea and the garden. The apartment had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we cooked in the kitchen every day. Ivo kindly picked us up from the airport and took us back, which was more than generous. The fridge was stocked with essential groceries upon our arrival, so we didn't have to rush to the store immediately. Ivo and Inge were also very considerate of our children. Our stay was wonderful, and Mlini is a peaceful and beautiful village, perfect for returning to after trips to the bustling Dubrovnik and other more touristy areas. Thank you!
